Dr. Douglas Grucz is kind and helpful. As an pileptic with several autoimmune conditions he always is on top of the blood tests and other information coming his way from my specialists.

This office is so unprofessional, my son had an appointment with Doctor Syed schedule at 10:40. There was an accident so now Im running late, I called to see if it would be a problem or should I reschedule because Ill get there a couple minutes after the grace period. The receptionist so It shouldnt be a problem just explain to the front desk the situation. I get to the office at 10: 57 waits ten minutes to check in and waits 35 minutes in there lobby and after all this they tell me that my son cant be seen and I need to reschedule..so I spoke to the manager Monica who seem to care I was wrong..she has me sit in a room while she talks to the doctor, when she returns Im informed that they book appointment in 20min time slots and that she is over booked and running behind mean time it now 11:40 and Ive been standing here for 40mins ...for my son to never be seen.

The doctor I see there is efficient and listens but good luck getting an appointment through the office or a call from the nurse. This is a recurring theme. On average you are on hold for 20 minutes before a person answers and than depending on what you tell them you want to schedule for, they tell you a Nurse will call you by the end of the day. Twice now, I have never received a call. Today it was about my son having what I suspect was a Siezure of why I wanted a doctors appointment. The receptionist said, she doesn’t think they schedule for that there, a nurse will call me by end of the day about it. Seriously, you don’t schedule an appointment with the Family Doctor pertaining to your patients health?The other time a Nurse was supposed to call and did not was In July when I was sick, possibly with COVID and I was wanting a test. At the time you needed a note from family doctor to take to the urgent care that tested for it. I called 5 day’s in a row saying a nurse never called back and could they please just set up a telehealth appointment. They finally did telehealth appointment and then the doctor never signed in and when I called after the no show, I was told they were having internet troubles. I just rode quarantine period out and never did get a test. I did not complain in a review that time because mistakes happen and I knew they were dealing with a learning curve but now it has become pattern. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new family doctor and it has nothing to do with him personally. But rather the management of the office.

Dr. Weide was a really good doctor that I had before my family and I moved to West Branch.
