Me and my girl came here & this my first time coming and it was a pleasant experience. Felt very comfortable. My girl likes Adenike. She real cool. She helped us both out. We ll come to this location if we have to come to an urgent care just because of her. Keep her around. She a good one.

The staff were kind and courteous. Nike was very kind and professional and did an amazing job answering questions during my visit. And best of all it was so quick! Thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not waste your time coming to this place. They are ANYTHING but urgent. Online check in is a joke when they tell you they can not see you for eight hours. Why does an Urgent Care set appointments? It is supposed to be a walk in facility. False advertising, rude front desk clerk, and while I was waiting in line I watched a kid who was clearly very sick touch multiple things in the lobby including chairs, a fan and a box of tissues just sitting out on the table for anyone to use. Absolutely the worst place to go for an emergency.

Staff and Doctor are very friendly. Ive been there twice within the past four weeks- doctor was thorough. She took her time to examine me and give me appropriate treatment. They all worked quick and efficiently- I was in and out within 40 minutes (which included them giving me a steroid shot and a breathing treatment). Definitely would recommend!

Very clean building and super nice staff. They really listened to my concerns and helped me every way possible. I had to bring my son with me because of lack of a baby sitter and they didn’t even mind. While I was leaving they gave my son a bunch of stickers and he was happy! Will definitely come back here if I catch a cold or anything!

My understanding is this is an urgent care. Upon entering 2hrs prior to their closing time I was told I would have to come back tomorrow they are busy. There is one person sitting in waiting room, so is this a doctors office where you make an appointment or Walk In Urgent Care as advertised?

This place is great for urgent care. They are quick and efficient. I saw Adenike and she was very good at her job. She listened well and explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Joy at the front desk was a big help too! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional and as quick as they can be with the high volume of people. Been sent a few times by my employer for COVID testing and haven’t had any issues! Get here early and you won’t have any either!

I had nurse practitioner Paul. I was seen fast and felt like a person. Prescribed me meds to help prevent my situation from getting worse and listened to me. I love coming to this urgent care vs. others because I also feel like I’m being heard when telling them my symptoms. Ty

My last 2 visits are the only reason Im giving 5 stars & that I will continue to come back!!! Adenike helped me both times. She is AMAZING! As many years as Ive been coming here, I didnt have good experiences because there were rude unprofessional women. Adenike is the most helpful educational genuine caring person EVER! I had a wonderful and fast visit. I came in to get a covid test and was shocked at how gentle Chrystal was while administering the test. I have had the test done 3 other times. Once at Mercy, once and Akron general and once at the Cleveland clinic and all 3 times it was the most violent test I have had done to my nose. Thank you for not making me miserable. I will also be informing my husband that your clinic works with the VA patients/vets.

I was seen a couple weeks ago at urgent care for a sinus infection and COVID swab. Nike was amazing, educational and gave me information for follow up care . She was even kind enough to send in scripts since I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. 10/10 Would recommend her to others!

This was my 1st experience with a stand alone urgent care that was not directly affiliated with a hospital and I must say I was very impressed! The nurse practitioner that I saw was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The wait time was less than that of my local emergency department. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back if I need urgent care services again!!

My son had been dealing with ear pain. We ran to this urgent clinic to be seen in what I thought would take hours from experience that is how it has always been, however the staff there was very quick and knowledgeable! Adenike and Maria were Absolutely two of the best healthcare workers I have encountered! They were kind, happy and smiling! I could not believe the customer service that we were given. Not only were we treated amazing, Adenike did not hesitate on her treatment plan for him! I was so impressed! We need more people like them in the healthcare business! Went to this facility to be COVID tested. Brought my entire family and the staff got us in and out quickly! They were so busy but gave us a time slot so we did not have to wait all day! The nurse practitioner was very informative and professional. She made sure my children were comfortable receiving the test. We would definitely go back!

The wait was long but considering were in Pandemic I was treated quickly. The triage nurse was friendly and efficient.I highly recommend going here. I was treated Professionally, Efficiently and Very caring Nurse practitioner. she gave me a breathing treatment she called me in prescriptions to my pharmacy she was very friendly and understanding about my family situation excellent excellent. My wait was 2.5 hours but the ER would have been way longer. Thanks for being so good and thorough.

A friend recommended this place after I couldnt get in to see my family doctor. They were able to see me the very same day I called. The nurse practitioner Adenike was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I went there a couple of months ago to have a COVID test done , I was so happy with all the staff everyone was very friendly and very professional. I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen , and I got my results back within 20 minutes. I loved going there I highly recommend everyone to go there . ❤️

Very rude staff. They tell you to use the app to sign in then when you get there they tell you thats not your appointment and they wont see you because they close in 3 hours and dont have an appointment. When asked what the point of the app is, when it literally says its your appointment time, they cant explain it to you because they literally say they dont know.

Went here for a covid test.. Easy process and awesome staff! They worked so hard to get me in and out fast which I very much appreciated. Nike was outstanding! She was very informative and so kind. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and got me in and out in manner of 10 minutes for my covid screening. Nike was extremely kind and thorough about any questions I had. If you need a covid test done quickly I recommend going here, and requesting Nike if she’s available!

Staff refused me service because I didn’t have a mask, and they wouldn’t offer one. Only to get back in my car and see the staff take their mask off ... HMMMM

Adenike was my provider and she was AMAZING. I could tell it was busy morning with people lined up outside and was informed the system was down as well. All that and I was still treated with great care! She sat and listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before I left. She made me feel a lot better just talking to her.

A good clinic to receive a quick COVID-19 test and result. I appreciated Crystals (the medical technician) quick and responsive support of the long line of patients. She answered questions thoughtfully and efficiently. The time the Physician gave me to give me an additional check was kind and quick. They are in need of additional support in the office given the demand for quick testing and to get the email result out as quickly as the phone result.

Nurses are very rude. I understand they’re very busy, but they could be a little nicer. The check in process is extremely confusing as well. You have to download an app called CallIn Urgent Care, register on there, and then sign in in the office when you get there.The line was insanely long. I waited 2 hours to be seen. I know that wasn’t their fault, but I feel like if the check in process was a little more streamlined, it would be an easier wait.Practitioner named Nike was extremely nice and I would come back solely for her. She was very friendly and personable.

I just left this location after completing my first covid test ever. The front desk staff and the nurse who completed my test were wonderful. Very kind, verbal and to the point. However, the nurse practitioner man was rude and had a bad tone from the start. He never greeted me. I was sitting in the room for 15 minutes so I pulled my mask down to breathe a lot. So very rudely when he walks in, he tells me to pull my mask back up. He then had me move to the bed. He then apparently pointed to my coat, so I pulled down my mask and he very rudely says “put your mask back on” in a tone that made me uncomfortable. I didn’t know he pointed to my coat because why would he right? He didn’t even use his words. He just expected me to know what to do. This was my first test and I didn’t know what to expect. He was not comforting, pleasant or kind. I told him he had a tone issue and he began arguing with me about it saying “people have told me that my whole life” Well to me, that’s an issue you need to correct no matter who you are and what profession you work in. I work with children. Use your words and be kind! Thanks!

I went here for Covid testing. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both very friendly and accommodating. The test was gentle and I was in and out in no time, make sure you arrive 2 hours before they open to get a time slot for testing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Even though they are exhausted and busy as hell they treat everyone with respect

The nicest people ever. With COVID, they are constantly busy and in a high-stress work environment, but they are still extremely sweet and helpful. I have had multiple experience with Valerie in particular, and she is always polite, helpful, and caring. Really appreciate their work in the pandemic!

Husband was seen in Urgent Care. Stated he pre-registered on their app. Walked-in and was seen immediately. Stated staff was friendly. Went there for a rapid Covid test was was also seen by a nurse practiced. Stated it was a good experience for him.

This is great place to go to get a rapid COVID test! I did not have an appointment and they squeezed me in really quick which I thought was very nice considering they are very busy right now with COVID testing. Crystal was my nurse she was very nice and very thoughtful and very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone needing to get tested!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wait wasnt too long and I found out by the time I left that I was negative. The only thing I did not like was they make you fill out an app which was NO FUN. Technology is great, but it is also very frustrating.

I had a great experience! I had Derek take my COVID test and he did a great job! He was very nice and professional about it! Everything went smoothly! I highly recommend!!

The lady at the front desk, Crystal, was extremely rude. Never in my life have I met someone so unprofessional. Upon entering the building, she told me I needed to re-register through the app because it clears out from the night before. When I told her the app wasn’t working, she told me to wait in my car and she’d call when it was my turn. During my wait, the insurance company called me with instructions to fix my personal information, which required me to go back into the office to let her know. Crystal dismissed my concerns and responded in a belittling tone, “I wish they would stop telling people to come into the building a million times”. At that point, I had only been into the building twice, and thought I was following the protocol that the company told me to do?? I finally received a phone call from their office, walked back into the building, and she asked me to wait in my car again because she assumed she did not call me. I showed her that I received a call from her, and she mumbled under her breathe in disbelief. I’m not sure what I did to offend her, as I maintained social distance, had a mask on, and spoke to her in a friendly manner, but her attitude towards me was uncalled for. The sweet nurse apologized on her behalf as she also felt her tension. Terrible experience.

My daughter and I went and got a Covid-19 test here a couple days ago. Hers came back positive. I checked mine as soon as I got home and it was positive, looked back at it the next day and it was negative. I Repeated called them (with no answer) to figure out what happened. I went in there today and the girl at the desk says “oh it was entered in wrong. Your test was Negative”. They could have Called to let me know they screwed up. She didn’t even apologize. I wouldn’t ever go back here as they are clueless.

The waiting process is unclear.People were coming up to the door and had no idea what to do.You must first download an app. to be seen.(fill out name, address, DOB,phone, and insurance info.)After you fill out required information on the app., you go inside to check in.After that, you sit in your car for hours until they call you.No way for you to see what place you are in line.After an hour and a half I went inside to see if they had any information.The receptionist said she will call me shortly.After they turned the open sign off, I went to check again.(I figured I might be the last patient)The receptionist said to me I called your number, no one answered. We are open again tomorrow. Sorry.She walked away shaking her head like I was an idiot.All I did was follow instructions.I wasted 2 hours for nothing.I get what these health workers are up against. I feel for them.But I was just trying to get a COVID test.I wasnt being pushy and waited very patiently.I wasnt treated right.

Followed instructions given by the corporate website in order to get a rapid covid test. Downloaded the app and pre-registered for an appointment for a walk in service an hour before coming. It said it was scheduled just for me to show up and be told that they have a list and it is full and the app doesnt mean a thing. What is the point of having the service and appointment set up over the app if it doesnt mean a thing when it comes to how the location does the testing? Receptionist said they cant change it and have been trying but corporate wont post or change anything about it.

I was there Sunday. They were very busy. I had trouble getting their app to work on my phone but they were very helpful trying to get myself and my mothers information registered as their system was giving them issues. The practitioner was very nice and explained everything very well. Overall good experience. Thank you to the staff there!!!

They got me right back for testing, and the results took 30 minutes to get back. Chrystal also answered all my questions in a quick manner!

I wouldn’t give any stars, this place isn’t urgent care. I went in to an empty waiting area. They do appointments no walk ins, I went last week they were closing before the time and then today, she said I needed a walk in sheet, I will never be going here again! If y’all need urgent care try another place cause this one isn’t it.

Very busy place...but hey what do you expect only place to get a rapid result...as long as you download app...register very early in morning..I registered at 6am...got there at 7am....stand in line till they open at 9am..you should have no problem...I was in and out in 20 minutes.....they are extremely nice and organized.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND:)

I signed in via app for my rapid covid test at 857am, physically signed a sign up sheet at 945am. They said it would be a few hours so I waited...at 2pm I walked in to check my place in line and the receptionist told me they were treating people who signed up at ten and I told her I had signed up twice earlier. She took my name and glanced at a paper that wasn’t even on the counter and said there was roughly ten people in front of me.It’s currently 545pm, 9 hours later and neverGot called in for my test. I left and wasted my entire day sitting in the parking lot of the walk in. NEVER AGAIN.

The nurse practitioner, Nike, was amazing!! I can’t say enough about her! She was quick, efficient, very attentive to my needs especially at a time I was feeling so terrible. Would recommend highly!

Came in to have an ankle checked and get an xray around 5pm. Was told I needed an appointment for an urgent care at 7pm. Came back to hear she scheduled 7 other people at the same time for Covid tests. What kind of emergency care is this? Do not recommend at all. Will not return for any services.

I visited this Urgent care located on West Tuscarawas Street, in Canton Ohio on November 14th, 3 minutes PAST closing time. The nurses on staff ADENIKE & VALARIE DID NOT TURN ME AWAY! They were VERY UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHETIC, CARING AND EXTREMELY DEDICATED! THEY WORKED QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND THOROUGHLY GOT ME IN AND OUT WITH THE EXACT CARE I NEEDED.I APPRECIATE THESE LADIES HARD WORK AND NON-STOP DEDICATION!Many healthcare professionals expertise goes unrecognized and sometimes unappreciated. Nurses are such magical people. Thank You Ladies❤️❤️

There are so many phenomenal things about this place. Thankfully I read previous reviews that let me know its best to get there before they open so you can get an early spot in line and appt. But soon as they opened they were outside giving everyone appt times. We used the very easy user friendly app to check in and add our information. We came back at our time and was checked in fast an easy. Extremely, extremely friendly and professional staff. One person was even singing to the radio and was really good! Once it came time to get a Covid test, the nurse who gave it to my 11yr old son and I was able to calm our nerves by talking to us and was very gentle and made it a very easy experience. It was not painful at all not even in the slightest and was a barely noticeable, less invasive rapid response test. Nurse Practitioner/Dr. Adenike was knowledgeable, charismatic, friendly and patient to answer any questions. We were in and out fast and efficiently without feeling rushed or forgotten. I seriously wish this could be my new Primary Care Physician or childrens Pediatrician. Such a great experience. 10 stars ⭐

Other than a long wait time, the staff was very kind and considerate. I hurt my back bad but the amazing thing was he was more concerned with the fact that I was severely enimick. I was astonished that he looked at the whole instead of having tunnel vision. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWARE.

Rude employees. Walked in asking if they did x rays and was told they didn’t have time and to try somewhere else. Apparently they are only doing Covid testing so if you need seen for anything besides this don’t bother.

My husband needs a heart transplant, has an LVAD. The transplant team required him to be tested for Covid 19 because I was positive. Their NP, Adenike, came to his vehicle to test him, in order to limit unnecessary exposure to other people and diseases. God bless her! A truly compassionate person! Thank you!

Instead of seeing actual patients they would rather do covid tests all day long at a rate of $175 a test. CVS is giving free Covid tests under the CARES act. Don’t waste your money.

Went to this urgent care for a rapid covid test I showed up when it opened and got put on the schedule for the day. I was able to get in and out with my test results in 30minutes. The staff was friendly and professional especially considering how many people walked in to get a covid test. I would recommend this place to anyone my only advice is to show up early cause it’s so many people trying to get covid testing right now. I’m so thankful for the staff that was put at risk working on the frontlines during a pandemic so we can get a covid test

Drove 40 minutes away to get a rapid test which I was paying $150 for so they lost money because they turned me away.

I was there on four different occasions, I have 5 kids! Each time I was there, the office staff were friendly and professional and the doctors & nurses were Amazing!!!! I was in and out! I had a 15 minute wait time and the doctors and nurses all listened and took the time needed to care for my children! It was everything a medical facility should be! And it was very clean! 😊👍🏻

I took my son in the other night and the staff was so patient and kind. He hates going to the doctor/urgent cares and it is very difficult to get him to feel comfortable. They waited until he felt at ease to perform any checks on him and tried to make the testing fun. We will definitely be back!

First of of got here 10 minutes after office opened. The Dr decided it was cool to eat lunch after only being there for an hr, with 6 people waiting in the office. Downright terrible service.im calling corporate as soon as possible this makes absolutely no sense.

We had a great experience with Urgent Care! Our nurse practioner, Adenike, was extremely helpful! My kids both had covid symptoms and could not return to school without a negative test result. Adenike explained everything so well and made my kids feel comfortable including my dtr who has special needs! We got our test results that same day and my kids do not need to miss anymore school. Adenike is awsome and will definitely return there for future needs!

If you want to get tested for COVID, your are more likely to develop antibodies before youre ever get tested if you go here.Extremely poor service. Waited for 5 hours in parking lot after being told there was a 5-hour wait for COVID testing. Then got the same BS app excuse that others are reporting in the reviews, so I re-registered through the app this time. and apparently the app takes 45 minutes to get to their system (must be on dial up). Another 2 hours later, I finally got tested.Its wild to think that this place would be out of business if it wasnt for COVID. They should enjoy their employment now because once this pandemic is over, they will likely be out of business.

Came here for my husband who ended up having two ear infections and a sinus infection. Ashley and Valerie were absolutely amazing! Such amazing and kind people that knew how to make my husband feel comfortable, and helped us find the best price for the medication. We will definitely come back for those two!

My boyfriend went here for a COVID test and we waited for over 2 hours for him to finally receive the test. They were supposed to call us with the results and they never did. Now they will not answer the phone. Very disappointed.
