I have been a patient of Dr. Kessler’s for 10 years. I used to live in this area but have since moved to Blue Ridge. I drive to see him, no questions asked. Id drive even farther if I had to. There is no other doctor like him on the face of the Earth. Very caring, sympathetic to your problems, and more knowledgeable than any other doctor I have ever seen. I am honored to be his patient and would wait ALL DAY to see him, if necessary.

Dr. Kessler has been my Dr even before he opened his current office. There is no doubt he is the very best doctor you will find anyplace. I am a Vietnam Vet diagnosed with Agent Orange and on my third cancer. Dr Kessler has been directly involved with multiple specialists in and outside the Northside system.He is an unbelievable human being, transparent and caring! His staff although very busy do a great job, with a big shout out to Jackie!!Trust me he is worth the wait, and those that have left bad reviews for waiting, you just might have ;lost a Dr that could save your life!!

No question worth the wait, and its not hard to tell that Dr. Kessler is extremely knowledgeful and also genuinely cares. Id wait all day if I had to.

Dr. Alexander Kessler is a compassionate doctor who listens to his patients & thinks outside-of-the-box when trying to give excellent medical care to all. Yes, you will wait awhile to see him but its worth the wait!! After seeing 7 ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS & 3 INFECTIOUS DISEASE DOCTORS last year, I can say with no doubt that Dr. Kessler always exceeded in the best bedside manners, willing to try alternative medical ideas, strives harder to improve your diagnosis where as the other doctors failed with all three issues. He doesnt abandon any of his patients no matter what their DIAGNOSIS!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kessler since he opened his practice 9 years ago. He is the best doctor I have ever had. I have recommended him to several of my friends and colleagues and they all still use him. Sometimes you have to wait, because he does not rush his patients. If you are more worried about your schedule than your health...go to a doc in a box. If you want old fashioned excellent doctor care, you cant beat Dr. Kessler.

The first time we are satisfied with a primary care physician in Georgia since we moved here from Florida during 2008. We’ve had a few. Some of them acted like there was a timer for each patient so they could get as many as they could during the day. Then, luckily, we found Dr Kessler. You always have his undivided attention with no rushing through the consultation. Some times we have to wait a little, we don’t mind because we would rather wait for a good doctor than have a rushed consultation. If you want production line care, go somewhere else. If you want good medical care, go to Dr Kessler.

Dr Kessler is an excellent doctor! Kerry had been sick for a long time and no one had been able to get to the bottom of things....but since seeing Dr Kessler he is much much better! The reason it takes a while to be seen is because he takes time with every patient! He does not rush you through like an assembly line! So, yes, sometimes you wait but the wait is worth the time he spends to diagnose you and then develop a plan of care for you. His nurse is spectacular......

Dr. Kessler has truly saved my life! He is one of THE BEST doctors in the world! His bedside manner is WONDERFUL! He truly cares for his patients and spends alot of time with you! I love him dearly!

Dr. Kessler is the best doctor around period. He will help you when nobody else can. Heather Hardison his Nurse Pracritioner is simply amazing. Jackie does an incredible job running the front desk, answering all the incoming calls, doing all the referrals and check in/check out. She is super woman ! Kelly is so sweet and Sheila is the best at returning calls and getting your lab/imaging results to you quickly! Erika in billing/management is the sweetest and most efficient!!!! Keep up the amazing work guys you rock !!!! For such a small staff with as many patients as you see nobody else could do it but you !!!!! 😘

Dr. Kessler himself is excellent. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and diligently works to provide me with the medical care I need. I see Dr. Kessler for a rare immunodeficiency, and he manages my case and infusion medications, and actually has experience, compared to many physicians who I know more about CVID than they do. He is in my top 3 best physicians I have seen across the country (and I have seen many). Some of his staff is fantastic (billing/Medical records), some are lacking. I have been seeing him for over a year, and I have noted an improvement as of late in his nurse returning calls and length of time in the waiting room.. but I also schedule my appointments as early as possible. He will spend time with each patient though, and actually answers his on call phone after hours, so I am willing to take that over waiting a bit longer in his waiting room.

Had an appt. At 10:15 am still waiting 11:26am. I was told to arrive at 945am, arrived 950 am. Waited at window while a patient was told he had wrong appt. Time, he took forever, and was upset that he was given a different time. When he finally left, walked to window, receptionist told me, oh youll have to hurry with paperwork, your late???? No, been waiting, I finished paperwork by 1018am, what was the hurry? Only one left in lobby, had appt at 1015am?? I find it extremely rude and in considerate to waste my time, if I have an appt. At 1015am why an I still waiting away 1133am. I have therapy appt. At noon, dont understand why everyone after me is in to see doctor?Shouldnt be first come or by appointment time? LETS PRIORITIZE, our time is important also!

I moved back to Georgia in 2005 and my former doctor had retired. He was wonderful and truly I was spoiled, he was the best doctor in the World!! So, for eight years I had gone to any number of doctors in the Canton area...and have even gone to Emory to find a personal doctor that I could totally trust in every word he said. I HATE the drive from Canton to Emory!I have at 75 had a couple of serious incidents where I actually NEEDED a doctor, but for just regular stuff I am comfortable going to his P.A. and she is fantastic! I just love her.... SHE IS PATIENT WITH ME!!! I guess I can see Dr. Kessler any time I want, but most of the time I really dont need to waste his time. He has more serious patients.I never have a problem with her renewing my prescriptions if they are the common kind that you really take year in and year out...my insurance pays for all blood work done at Quest and they have a person in the office that is with Quest, so you dont even have to go to the Quest building.For most medications and cholesterol all you need is a blood test, so you can save the things when you NEED to see Dr. Kessler or Heather for when you REALLY need a doctor.My favorite saying is I dont make SOCIAL CALLS on doctors.Being my age and remembering when people only went to doctors when they NEEDED A DOCTOR! Especially during WWII when most of the doctors were serving in the war. We had a shortage of doctors. I also have had three BABIES and always appreciated when the pediatrician doctors didnt force me to have more well baby checks than I needed.They dont see babies, and I am not planning to have any more; but I am really fed up with all these CORPORATION BUSINESS DOCTORS that want people to come in every three months to collect their VERY EXPENSIVE office calls for just a WELL CHECK...are you KIDDING ME! Even with good insurance, and I do have good insurance. The total cost, today, for a simple office call, not the co-pay, is outrageous! It is more the cost of doing BUSINESS than the actual medical CARE.I realize that for a doctor I am very demanding and dont want to waste money on medical care I dont NEED. I have been kicked out by three CORPORATIONS, because I refused to make the every three-month MANDATORY WELL VISITS” just to tell me I AM DOING FINE!!! It is like making you go to WALMART of doctors’ offices for what they can get from the insurance. That ISNT FREE, it makes all our premiums GO OUT THE ROOF, and people simply will not SAY NO.Dr Kessler is excellent as a doctor and has the attitude of a Dr. Welby and Dr. Kildare and Dr. Gillespie. While of course they are fictional...they are the ideals of what people want doctors to be. That is what I had for 25 (Harvard Internal Medicine and Cardiac doctor) years in Sandy Springs and I was young and healthy ...then I moved. I would drive back Northside, and Sandy Springs to see MY DOCTOR; from Albuquerque. If that gives OBAMA any idea as to what KEEPING YOUR OWN DOCTOR means to some people. 1600 miles one way.I give a full five stars to Dr. Kessler and nurse Heather Hardison. THEY ARE REALLY GREAT and I have been going to them for about three years now and feel totally settled with my finally found doctor. I am sure most people know what I mean with a REAL DOCTOR...I sincerely hope, at 75, my Dr. Kessler doesnt change. I would be heartbroken if he were to join a group and live under the CORPORATION RULES of the ACA doctors and make demands of me that I simply cant handle. I adore my doctor and his office staff. I think they are great! I couldn’t be more pleased or confident. They also are great about returning calls.

Very poorly ran office. I had a appointment for 10 AM. At 11 AM I still had not been seen yet and there were still two other people who were in front of me with appointments before mine. I ended up not getting in to see the Dr. Until 12. Very poorly ran office with lazy staff and a reception lady that cared nothing about keeping a schedule or the length of time they were running late and the effect it had on other people and their schedules.
