Horrendous place with horrendous bedside manner. Do not go here. This place should be shut down and a local Pizza Hut or dominos would be a better use of this retail space/location.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacksons for at over 10 years, and would have given him and his staff 7 stars in the past. Im not opposed to change, its how we grow, but what has changed when this office partnered with this urgent care is a huge step in the wrong direction...at least in the area of customer service. The climate of personable attention and consideration of the customers time is no longer there. I am sad to say I am in the market for a new General Practitioner. Dr. JACKSON, BONNIE, CHRIS..WE MISS YOU!!

Since Dr Jackson retired, the new owners have made a mess of this place. They now require you to return every 6 months instead of annually for any medications so they can double their income. I was told, this was the agreement Dr Jackson made and yes, this is about increasing income. I explained to the co-owner that they are hurting the elderly and poor with this policy. After 10 years, I am having to find a new doctor.

Dr. Jackson and his staff are great! I’ve been seeing him for close to 7-8yrs now and he is always attentive and his staff is always helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Jackson for a few years and his staff has been awesome. Now that he partnered up with an Urgent Care I will not go back! Karen the receptionist was so rude to me on the phone and refused to let me talk to a nurse . If you want good customer service/ medical care DO NOT go here!!

I’ve been a patient almost since Dr Jackson started his practice in my neighborhood. I appreciate his patience and his staff is very skilled and courteous. I also appreciate very much the personal calls about my test results and that they are open on Saturday. You can’t find that anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for 5+ years. He has always been friendly and attentive. After the first checkup five years ago I was very surprised to get a personal call from the doctor with my test results from the blood work. Before coming to Dr. Jackson, all previous doctors of mine would have a nurse call with test results. I greatly appreciate the personal attention that Dr. Jackson provides his patients. In addition, his office is open on Saturday which is very convenient. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone living in the immediate area.

I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff. The nurses there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate excellent customer service. My experience at this facility was the best I have ever encountered.

Where did Dr. Jackson go?

Ive used Dr. Jackson about 4 times now over the past couple of years. The facility is clean and Dr. Jackson is very nice, but thats about all of the nice things I have to say about this office. The rest of the staff that Ive dealt with is not very personable. One of the nurses always reeks of cigarettes. One time I walked in and signed in to be seen for a bout of vertigo I was experiencing and I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and a half before the woman at the front desk asked my name and proceeded to tell me that they werent taking walk-ins that day. Another time I had labs drawn and the results came back that I had high levels of potassium. The doctor explained that the lab that they use is about 50 miles away and that the blood can get shaken in transport and yield false results. Why would you use that lab then!? He had me go to the local hospital and have the labs re drawn and results were negative. The problem with that was the doctor left the day after for a week and I couldnt get those results until he got back. It would have been nice to know he was leaving since I needed the results asap to be cleared for a surgery I was trying to have. I will only use this Dr. as a last resort from now on. I would recommend anyone else do the same.

I think dr. Jackson is a great and friendly doctor. The office location is extremely convenient and he really takes the time and doesnt hurry you at all. I did find a new doctor though and will not return to this practice because honestly of the nurses. They were extremely friendly thats not the problem every nurse smelled like she was at a bar with in the last 15 minutes. I understand and appreciate that smokers struggle to get the smell off of them, but they all smelled heavily of cigarettes while telling me how to improve my health.

Doctor is great but the front office receptionists are terrible! They are beyond rude, and couldnt care less about the people that come into the office. They both have so much attitude and interrupt people constantly. I hope Dr. Jackson hires better help soon.

I went to see Dr. Jackson for the first time and was very impressed with his attention to detail. My wife has used him now for several years and will forever be the only practice that we use. I highly recommend him

I would not recommend Dr. Jackson or his practice to anyone! Both my husband and I have tried him. I went for an annual physical. When the nurse called me back to check my vitals she was number 1. so unfriendly and 2. she stunk of cigarettes so bad it gave me a headache. Dr. Jackson came to the room to do my physical and he was only in there maybe 3 minutes. He just was not thorough at all and wouldnt even give me a chance to ask questions or bring up any concerns. My husband just went for the second time today to check up on some medicine he had been taking. My husband also has horrible leg pain that has been going on for a long time. He explained to Dr. Jackson that he has been trying the Chiropractor, but the Chiropractor recommended him seeing a doctor. The only response Dr. Jackson gave my husband was sorry the chiropractor can help you with that. My husband also had his blood work come back abnormal and this was also to be discussed at this appointment, well that didnt happen either. My husband asked about the blood work and he literally said have a good day and walked out of the room! That is pretty scary that a doctor would address the concerns that you bring to him. I would steer clear of Dr. Jackson and his unfriendly staff!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are very professional and caring with awesome personalities. We appreciate that everyone always remembers us as people and not just another patient.

Wonderful Doctor. Takes the time to listen. Personally calls you with test results. Offers alternatives to ongoing issues. He does NOT just throw pain medications at you. Nursing staff responds quickly.... Best Family Doctor I have ever had............

Dr. Jackson is great. He is very structured in his approach which is what you want in a Dr.I find he and his staff to always be pleasant and easy to work with.
