I have had a great experience at heart and vascular with Dr. Muller and all of the staff. Dr. Muller made me feel very relaxed at my appointment and for that I am grateful . Also I have had 2 or 3 occasions to call in with symptoms that were concerning to me. The nurses were very thorough and conveyed my concerns to Dr. Muller and I received a quick response on all occasions.Thank you for helping me through this experience.

Last week I had a nuclear stress test at the Canton office. I was anxious about it, but the skill and friendliness of the two women conducting the test immediately put me at ease. They explained every step of the procedure and we even had opportunities to laugh and talk together. I was treated as a person, not just a test subject. I very much appreciate their care.

New location. There wasnt anything I didnt like. Light and bright. Plenty of patient seating. Easy check in. Staff is very courteous and cheerful.

Bought my mother to her appointment looking for new cardiologist as we just moved to GA. Unprofessional staff. Loud music played throughout the office. Asked staff to turn down music twice without any result. Staff not knowledgeable. Doctor finally came in. Horrible bedside manners. Rude and arrogant. Rushed visit. Did not examine my mother. Only seem to care about making money and not patient care. Bad reputation in community after discussing our visit with other patients in the community. Do not be fooled by fabricated reviews. Will NOT be returning.

HVC is a very caring and has the best staff. Dr. Buntaine was very thorough and caring. Every one did the testing were professional and helpful. I feel my heart is in the best hands!

They listen to patients!!!! My last cardiologist did not believe it was real if it was not in his computer. Also you get heart and vein care in one place. No more referral nightmares!!!! They are driven by the patient conversation. If your current cardiologist does not listen make the change. You will be very happy. I am thrilled. I have heart and vein issues and feel very safe both treatment plans for each condition will be in harmony and the relavent information shared between the two treatment doctors and I feel secure and safe at last!!!!-

I was checked in quickly. Dr Bhatt was friendly and asked a lot of questions during my exam, then discussed what he thought would be a good plan of action. I was checked out just as quickly and given a paper with instructions for the testing scheduled. I work in a medical office and was looking to see how this office is run. The staff who interacted with me had a friendly ,efficient way that put me at ease about being on the “patient side” instead of the nurse’s side. I appreciated all this.

I came in for a Nuclear Stress Test and had the good fortune of having Melissa and Heather as my nurses. I truly appreciate the care and attitudes they bring to their jobs. They were sweet and funny, which helped to ease my bad feeling (during the test). Melissa got me water, coffee, and crackers, and made sure I was comfortable. They had great interaction between them, and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I give both of them 5 stars. :)

Dr. Adam was extremely caring and smart and took care of my wife. However was disappointed to see the office packed not following social distancing or half the staff and patients not wearing masks during this pandemic.

I have been a patient of Heart and Vascular Care now for over 6 years and I wouldnt think of going to anyone else. The doctors and staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but also caring with great bedside manner. They are attentive to detail and good about getting back to me when I have questions or concerns. They have taken excellent care of me and I am very appreciative of this. I went in to their Canton office with chest pains and several test were run. When I went back the follow up I had my wife and grandaughter with me.At that time I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heart. The Dr more or less said the pain I was having was my imagination. That the pains if there were any was because of my copd.How he missed a 98% and a 80% blockage that put me in the hospital a short time later I will never understand. Thank God I got a good Dr when the ambulance picked me up a short time later and carried me to the Cartersville hospital.Thank God I did not listen to him. I knew something was wrongTo this day my grandaugjter still talks about how rude he was about the whole situation.

Everyone there was extremely pleasant and helpful. The results were delivered to me in a way that I could understand and explained the same way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires this type of care.

I recently transferred to Heart & Vascular Care due to my specific needs to be seen on Fridays. June did a wonderful job with getting me established upon my first walk-in. She truly made me feel welcome & made my transition easier than I expected. Kathleen (nurse practitioner) is very professional, personable, & attentive and I feel very well taken care of here. Because of my frequent needs, I look forward to keeping check on my heart issues with this wonderful team and would highly recommend.

Heart and Vascular Care reviewToday I met two very friendly professional employees at the HVC office in Canton. Their names are Greg and Heather, if you have the great pleasure of meeting these two, they will help you relax and feel like you’re at home with family. I was a bit tense when I got to the office as I was thinking about the heart testing I was about go through. Heather noticed it right away and started calming me down. Where she left off, Greg took over and he continued to help me to settle down until I was fully relaxed. Heather found out I was soon going to go through a procedure she had gone through herself, so she begin to share her experience and end results. I was apprehensive before talking to her, but when she finished her story I was ready to go through mine. Heather knew how to calm me down and so did Greg. These two are more like family members when it comes to helping patients calm down before facing unknown procedures. I found a heart health partner that was interested in more than slinging some pills at me.

Nice office, but it is impossible to get anyone to answer a phone call. It took me two days of calling and I finally had to select that I was a physicians office to have someone answer my call. When you select patient you are told your call will be returned, which it never is. It is amazing with the amount of support staff they have that no one will answer the phone. I was also sent a bill for the full amount of my visit since they never filed with my insurance. Extremely frustrating!!!

After dealing with uncontrolled hypertension for so long I finally decided to see a specialist. Dr. Buntaine made me feel very comfortable and he listened to my concerns. I wish I could tell you all the names of the staff members I came in contact with because they were all so nice and helpful.

Wonderful staff, never have to wait long. Dr Beach is just the best! I have been going since 2013!

Dr. Bhatt is a great doctor. He is kind, attentive and listens to your concerns, issues and symptoms. Never seems to be in a rush and is very thorough with the exam and tests he feels are needed. Also quick to let you know the results and treatments if any are necessary. Im very comfortable talking to him about my concerns and many questions and most of all very happy to have found him. I have been suffering with a health issue with declining symptoms for quite a while and in the spring of 2018 Dr. Bhatt diagnosis me with May-Thurner Syndrome. Dr. Beach performed my surgery in July 2018. I am happy to report that I have recovered completely. HVC has very skilled and skilled/talented doctors who listen and really care about their patients. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a thorough exam, which consisted of several test. Dr. Bhatt is amazing and takes time to listen to my concerns and answer questions.His staff is great and helpful. I love the online software, very easy to use and track my records and appointments. Heart and Vascular should be a model for all healthcare practitioners.

Brought my mom in for a stress test. The experience could not have been better. Waited less than five minutes to be taken back. Normally my mom is a very hard stick but they were able to start an IV very easily. All the staff was very nice and attentive and made sure her needs were met. Dr. Bhatt checked in on us several times during the procedure. At the end of the study Dr. Bhatt went in and reviewed the images with us to show us the findings. Wouldn’t hesitate to come here again in the future.

Ive always received excellent care here from the doctors; however, some of the office practices drive me crazy. Today, while checking in I was asked my last name which begins with a T . I was told I needed to get in another line (for the Ts) even though there were already two people waiting. It only took a couple minutes more but the original receptionist had no one waiting and could have easily checked me in. It seems that you must fill out new paperwork each January even if there are no changes to your insurance or contacts Why? Also, each year they try to charge me a $70 copay for a pacemaker test which is covered by my insurance. I payed it last year and it took me three months to get them to refund it. This year, they wanted me to pay again and I refused until they actually check my insurance. Again, I get good care from the doctors but the admin rules are less than desirable.

My husband Tom finding that he needed a nuclear stress test contacted Dr Bhatt at Heart & Vascular Care. Tom was very impressed with the happy staff and the friendliness in which they greeted him. They made him very comfortable at a time when he was somewhat nervous.Dr. Bhatt was very professional, took his time with Tom, and answered all questions. The test was performed at the Cumming office, and they were also very professional. I would highly recommend their offices as well as Dr. Bhatt.

Excellent care and compassion. We had very good experiences with professionals doing stress test, Doppler tech, nurses as well as front office staff. All were caring and knew their jobs. Dr Bhatt is very knowledgeable. He goes into detail with regards to care. He explains his duty in the care plan as well as our duties to make a healthy life. Also, had a brief encounter with Dr Eisle (sp) who was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this group for any cardiac needs.

I needed a last minute echocardiogram and stress test and Dr. Bhatt and his team were amazing in squeezing me in for a visit. The appointment could not have been better; everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and considerate. Greg did an excellent job explaining the echo process and making me feel comfortable. Heather was attentive and kind when administering the stress test and I felt very well taken care of. After the appointment, Dr. Bhatt very considerately relayed results to me as soon he could.I wouldnt hesitate to come here again and highly recommend their services.

Staff is rude and arrogant. Don’t come here!!! They can’t diagnose anything with the same images that other drs found an issue after I went somewhere else. If your 5-10 mins late, they will refuse to see you. Don’t bother coming here, go to a Welstar or another independent.

I have been a patient of Dr Bhatt at HVC Canton for 2.5 years. The office staff has been great to work with on any scheduling, insurance, or information items that have come up.Dr. Bhatt is excellent! He has always been great at explaining what is going on with my heart, what my options are, the various risks, answering numerous questions, etc...He provides advice and service that are well beyond what I have come to expect from most Doctors. Examples include trying out new home monitoring equipment, recommending an electrophysiologist, and consulting after hours when I went into AFIB.I highly recommend Dr. Bhatt and the HVC Canton practice.

The survey opened under another name, shared. Computer,But this is. STEVE MILESUntil recently, I’d have given them 20 stats.MIST of the staff is so nice and sweet. And Dr Beach is tgevDr if Frs. And he had to order Kathey straight from heaven.I had some issues Dr Nesch wanted address. It was back and forth with the insurance.After the 4the denial, them thinking it was cosneric and denied. Dr Beach kept sending more info that it’s a medical Neccesseity.After several weeks since I last heard, I called and they said they were waiting on ins and they had 45 days “from the original date” to respond. Which was ok....but the original date has been months ago.ICalled insurance, they said that H& V had not gotten the return paperwork in by the deadlime, so it was closed. LI asked what needed to be done next, they said H&Vwiuld ga e to take the last infoThey had and resubmit it.....AS A NEW CLAIM!!!So much for this few months in limbo.IStillSay go!! You’re time with Dr znesvh id well worth it.
