Some lovely employer of this office named Carrie needs our prayers. I have been a RN for 11yrs and am fully aware of HIPPA laws. This lady would not allow me to reschedule my husband’s appointment over the phone even on speakerphone with my husband on the phone too!!!! Wow!!! Talk about Giving someone an inch of authority and they take a mile!!! I will be praying for this person that they can find it in their hearts to do what is best for the patient from now on.
