Excellent experience. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and his staff for the care and attentiveness to any questions that I had during my gallbladder removal. The staff was the nicest group of people Ive ever met working in a medical office. Professional, smiled, returned phone calls. Dr. Roberts is easy to talk to and did a fabulous job. Dr. Bisconti repaired my friends hernia. As I am his advocate, I was involved in the original office visit and subsequent post surgery results. Dr. Bisconti is very friendly and was very willing to answer our questions and took his time telling me about the surgery. I really liked him. The office staff were very nice as well. I highly recommend him.

I was treated kindly by everyone in the office. Very short wait time every appointment. Very pleased with my surgeon and the staff.

Had hernia surgery and they gave me 3 days worth of pain pills....was still in severe pain and called the office. Was told to go to ER to get readmitted. They did a CAT scan which showed fluid and was told not sure if it would dissolve its self or become a abses. They didnt admit me like they said they would and sent me home with 12 pain pills to last a week. 1 every 6 hrs....that didnt even touch the pain...add ibuprofen to the mix...doesnt work even when taking 6 at a time. Cant wait til Fri when I go back to their office in same pain!

I wasted an entire afternoon for an appointment that they moved back an hour. They do not answer the phone. There is no way to pay your bill shy of mailing in a check. Who even has a checkbook? Impossible to communicate with or transact business with. Get with the times please.

I was an emergency surgery and Aultman was the only hospital that had a surgeon available.I was made to feel like trash from the second the squad left me. From the nurse to the doctor. He told me several times what a big girl I am my weight is embarrassing to me but I cant help it I have a medical problem that causes the pituitary to act up meaning weight gainThey cut my throat during surgery (and it was for my appendix)The doctor informs me this happens I couldnt find a single thing about that and had never heard of it happening beforeI am a nurse, I dont claim to know everything but have enough medical background to feel as if something wasnt rightGo on to have an appendix taken out and leave with self esteem issues and stitches in my throatThis was the rudest doctor I have ever came across and I have bumped into a few doozies in my career

My name is Lisa and absolutely loved Dr Borth and he saved my life after being,down,for,a year with surgery my first surgeon messed up.highly recommend Dr Borth to,anyone and the,office staff amazing.

These people are some of the worst. My wife came home crying because of the way she was embarised and treated. We both work in the medical field and know how people should be treated but this was beyond horrible. I can only pray that you all loose your license to practice!
