Long wait time. We have waited nearly an hour beyond our appointment time . No reminder calls from the office . We like the treatment and how Dr. Meeta treats the kids but cannot afford to wait hours even after taking an appointment.

My husband and I left our son’s former pediatrician and came to Dr. Meera and we are so glad we did so! The staff at clinic are very friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing as well! She was very patient with us and answered our questions thoroughly! We are very pleased with this clinic, staff, and doctor.

Great Doctor, knowledgeable and kids love her! We have moved to Canton area about 2 years ago and have been referred to Dr R. by our friends. Her office is accommodating for quick visits. Dr. R is very good with the kids and informs them on the right things to do in a friendly manner......

My 13 year old twins have been patients of Dr. Rs since they were six weeks old. She is a terrific physician and always makes time to talk and answer questions. You never feel rushed during appointments, and she has always made my kids very comfortable. Her staff are all great as well.

The doctor is great with the kids. Treatment is appropriate. I like the talk she has with the kids, helping them be healthy as they grow. But, I have 2 complaints. #1 Not mentioning their office hours, in their automated response. #2 Wait time, not only outside but more inside. Hope the office can fix these.

I have twins and they had appointment with Dr.Raghunathan and I didn’t received reminder phone from doctor office so I missed appointment. And dr . Raghunathan charged 80$ for two missed appointment.When I missed appointment with my family doctor they charged me 25$ and I said sorry to them then they cancel my charge.Other doctor charged 25$ for missed appointment . And dr Raghunathan charged 40$ per patient for missed appointment . She s really rude , she has attitude. We r not going back to her.People don’t go to dr Raghunathan she’s crazy . Dr Raghunathan r u going to take all money with u in hell.

Love love love going to the doctor here, im almost grown so ill have to stop coming but it was such a great tool having doctor R and my pediatrician!! very smart and just a well being. love this office ❤️

Dr R is the best!!!! She is kind and gentle and has diagnosed things for us several times missed by other doctors!! Both my kids love her,!!
