I am a transfer patient from a retired ENT. And I have been greeted with welcome arms. I like the fact your a name not a number! I have not seen Dr. French yet. But Taylor the PA has been fantastic! And I love the office staff.

I was traveling from Michigan to Georgia and got an ear infection. The pain was so bad as soon as I drove into Woodstock I looked for an Otolaryngologist before even checking into my hotel.I was given a prescription for an antibiotic. I asked about something for the pain & was told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen - which I knew wasnt going to work. After picking up the script and taking the over the counter meds I couldnt stand it any longer I bought a fifth of Vodka to self medicate. later that night enough blood came out of my ear to saturate a Kleenex tissue. The pain was excruciating.Back in Michigan I knew I would have to follow up with my own ENT. I called Southern ENT to have the records of my visit sent over & they said I would have to go to my doctor and fill out a HIPPA request & have them FAX it to Southern ENT. So I drove the 25 minutes and did as instructed. The Records didnt come as promised.But the WORST was my bill. I was charged $915 for an office visit. $600 of this bill was for a nasal endoscope that took all of 45 seconds.A month earlier I went to see my surgeon at University of Michigan Medicine - a world class medical facility. My surgeon - an ENT - did the same procedure as the Nurse Practitioner at Southern ENT. The charge from U of M was only $526. Southern ENT thinks they can charge almost twice as much as the University of Michigan Medicine. I got a separate bill for a hearing test that I wont argue with.

Very pleasant staff....Dr. French has always been very knowledgeable . He has the right answers for the situations.

Upon my arrival at the specialist office I was incredibly sick and was recommended to this doctor’s office to help figure out what was wrong with me. When I went into the office the nurse/examiner did not tell me that a test was being done on me and that this test was going to cost $400 after she did this test they claim that they did not see anything wrong with me, and said that I needed to make an appointment to get a CAT scan done to see more which would cost another $300 and I had to go to another place. They charged me for things and tests that they did not disclose would be charged or tested on me and now are calling to collect payment, but not calling to see how my health is. I do not recommend going to this specialist they do not care about your health.

Karin is my mothers audiologist. She was great at explaining and helping mom to understand about hearing loss and how she could help. Karin is an audiologist who cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for their hearing. LOVED having her help and expertise.

The audiologist took probably a total of about 30 minutes with me. During that time I had a hearing test, she told me I had a 28% hearing loss (hearing loss cannot be measured by percent); she told me a little about the $6,000 hearing aid she recommended (I did not get to see it or try it); if I ordered them by 2:00 I would receive something for free that I would use with my phone for TV. She phoned me at home about noon saying she was leaving for the day and I would have to order them then in order to receive the free item. Needless to say I told her no. Since I did not feel comfortable about her I made an appointment with another audiologist and had a completely different experience. Dr. Nunn and her staff are very professional and I feel I made the right choice by going to their office. She was with me for a total of 2 hours.

I saw Dr. French for a vocal cord nodule that he diagnosed and recommended voice rest, patience, and speech therapy as treatment. After 2 weeks it was getting smaller and he offered the options of surgery or waiting longer. He was supportive of my desire to wait, and as he predicted, my voice slowly got better. He is an excellent doctor, very thorough and kind. The office staff is great too. All the good reviews are true. I highly recommend him for ENT issues.

The Doc is a great guy. I followed him from where he was in a practice in Alpharetta to his own practice in Canton. I drive over an hour to see him if that tells you anything!!!

I received excellent care and service from Southern ENT Specialists. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and Dr. French is professional and has a calming bedside manner. I highly recommend Southern ENT Specialists.

Karin Lockridge, Audiologist, was outstanding. Been trying for a long time to get my husband tested for his hearing loss. Karin immediately put him at ease as she went through the testing process. His hearing loss was extreme and she was patient in helping him understand how he would be able to hear again.Using a cell phone is not something he wants to do but with Karin’s help he has learned to use the cell app to operate his hearing aids. Thank you, Karin.

Dr French is great with his patients. He takes the time to answer questions & any concerns. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. French is an amazing ENT. We have been going to him for 9 years. He is caring, answers all your questions, never makes you feel hurried. Top doctor in his field. He has a beautiful new office in Canton. The staff is wonderful. They are warm and welcoming, hard to find in most offices these days. If you need a great ENT, this is the doctor for you and you wont regret it.

As a new patient I was seen the same day! Due to a painful ear infection I was given 2 injections (antibiotics and steroid). I’m all better and very happy. The staff was friendly and patient.

Dr. French literally saved my life. He diagnosed me with a rare disease and listened patiently as I asked a hundred questions. He is caring, kind, and compassionate and his staff has gone above and beyond to fight for my care. Dr. French did a great job with my surgery and continues to be a joy to have on my care team.

Dr. French of Southern ENT Specialists is a wonderful ear, nose and throat doctor. He truly cares and is invested in making sure his patients receive the highest level of care. Whether you need allergy testing, sinusitis treatment or dealing with sinus headaches or sleep apnea I highly recommend!
