He knows how nervous I am after almost 25 yrs of his service. But he soothes me with his voice and assurance of the necessary procedures step-by-step;His Staff is so professional with State of the Art equipment, especially the X-Ray Machine. Due to the COVID19 Dr. Kelly and his Team keeps everything sanitized and clean; They wear Face Shields and take your temperature before you can be assisted. They wiped down the area before and after your visit.SHOUT OUT TO - Jade,The Office Mgr. His Dental Assts Aubrey, and Georgina, are so professional, My Very knowledgeable Hygienist Kim, Bridget the newest team member is so pleasant to speak with.At times I will see a Substitute Staff member and they are always so nice. I hope Dr. Kelly is around forever! :-)

I paid for services rendered before I left, anytime there was a balance. They quoted me my portion of the bill after verifying my insurance, and I paid them the entire amount before I walked out of the door. I had an appointment, and Someone from his office called me literally 10 minutes before my appointment and said I owed more money for a crown that I had paid for in full. I checked my account, and I had paid $288 on the day of the procedure. The lady didn’t say I’m sorry there was a mistake, and you owe a small balance for this or that reason. Just you owe a balance, and I must pay it, which really surprised me since they quote the price. The dentist wouldn’t see me because I owed that dumb balance. He’d rather lose 2 patients than write off HIS own mistake. He and I had a great patient-Dentist relationship too....Whatever. I found a wonderful dentist after I left there that day. Wish him well, but I’m not going back there. He was wrong for that.

Dr. Kelly and his office staff are the best around the Canton area. My family and I have been going to his office for well over a decade and I am very happy with the consistent service they provide. They’re extremely personable and helpful and you can tell they really care not only about your teeth but also about your overall experience at their office. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dental care!

I had just moved to Michigan and needed to have an emergency root canal. I did not know where to go or which doctor would be able to work with my schedule in order to get my procedure done so that I wasn’t in pain. Dr. Kelly’s staff called me over the weekend, scheduled my procedure and were flexible with their schedule in order to relieve my pain. I will be forever grateful to them for their compassion and professionalism!
