I have been going to Mr Wilson for years and he is a great guy and always takes care of me. The staff is great as well. Highly recommend

I made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth taken out. He didn’t let me know what was going on when he was working on my mouth. As soon as he comes over to me, he tells me to open my mouth and gives me shots without warning me or anything. And then he pulls out my tooth without letting me know he was going to do so. He didn’t give me laughing gas, he numbed me instead. Which I’ve never heard of that before. After he pulled my tooth out he said I was done. He didn’t let me know how to care for the extraction or what to do for it. He literally just said “yep you’re done”. He didn’t let me keep my wisdom tooth. If you don’t really care for your mouth then this is the place to go, but if you have beautiful teeth and care for the health of your mouth find somewhere else. This dentist office is a joke and I’m surprised he’s still a dentist.

Worst dentist Ive ever been to in my life. Scheduled to get a crown because my front tooth got knocked out. I waited a month and a half for the appointment and then was told they were going to do a filling instead of a crown. Drilled on my tooth that was already filled earlier this year and refilled it and the filling popped out of my mouth after I got home. Scheduled me for my crown again next month. No thanks!

The people who work here have no clue what they are doing. Worst place I’ve ever dealt with.

I was going here for a root canal an cap....the ladies were very nice however after all the x-rays were done he was not even in the room for 5 minutes an says my tooth that has decayed on the side all the way to the middle of my tooth as well an he said it just needed a filling....like are you serious I only went here cause my sister in law an what not goes to him an said good things but after my experience I will most definitely not be going back.....also when I was questioning one of the assistant ladies saying a decayed tooth needs a filling all she said was is we just do what he tells us to do. Like really so if hes going to mess up someones teeth you guys wont say anything to defend that person as well. Thats just sad.

I’ve been going to Dr. Wilson since I was a kid he always made me laugh and feel like part of the family. I take my kids there now as well, he makes your feel comfortable and is quick with pulling teeth. He did have this one crazy dentist working in there before who was just not it🥴 they fired him shortly after. The dental assistants are nice every time I go in too. I’m never nervous going to see Dr. Wilson I know I’ll be in and out of there with no problem always a welcoming experience.

Went to get a filling 3 days ago, I kept my appointment with Stark State Dental for a cleaning 2 days later because I didn’t want to loose my spot they do a great cleaning and everything is checked by their instructors who are dentist. He couldn’t believe I had got a filling decay was still inside and the stuff Dr Wilson filled it with was gone, just a hole. I had been having sensitivity but thought it would go away in time. The Stark State dentist also said I needed to have another cavity taken care of under my capped tooth that Dr Wilson never even mentioned or saw I guess . He tried to get insurance approval for a partial for me without ever asking me or consulting me. I never knew anything about it till my insurance sent a letter . Very unprofessional and the office doesn’t look clean either. The women working there are very nice and professional though,I feel sorry for them.

I loved my experience with Dr.Wilson and his team, from the time I entered his Establishment up until I left every last person had awesome bedside manners, Thank yall for the hospitality😁

From the time i arrived,during my exam and procedure, i was treated well and the dentist is no rookie! Hes great at what he does and im so thankful to have found him & his staff 🤞🖤😁

I would give this office 5 stars if the waiting room was somewhat more inviting but I still had a really good experience. My wait wasnt long at all and the woman who cleaned my teeth and did my X-Rays was incredibly nice. I told her I was super nervous and she explained the process of getting a tooth removed and everything. She even checked to make sure my mouth was numb before the Dr came over to remove my tooth. I see reviews talking about the Dr being ghetto and being located in the ghetto... so what? I didnt get any ghetto vibes from the Dr at all. He was very friendly and he kept the mood light, he could probably tell how nervous I was lol.

Make an appointment for thrusday. I write it down on a sticky note and read it back to the lady. Then few days later they call to conferm, its 20 min earlier than what I have wrote down. No problem maybe my mistake. I go over the time and date 2 more times for complete accuracy. Then show up and they are not even open! Call and answering machine say we will open tomorrow! No call, no warring, nothing. Tben i read the reviews and they confirm what I have heard from ppl. No second appointment set up here!

My overall dental experience is always great, however the receptionist is very short and rude every single time I call. It makes me cancel and make an appointment elsewhere.

This place is a joke dude left peace of my tooth in my gums and messed my mouth up did not even pull the right one that was bothering me hes a joke

My first visit was today with Wilson. And I couldnt be more pleased with the overall experience. He had extracted my upper left wisdom tooth. Didnt feel nothing at all. He did it so quickly and effortlessly. I barely bled for it being a wisdom tooth. He did an amazing job on my tooth. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Just because your located in the hood doesnt mean you need to act like it. Dr. Wilsons talks like hes uneducated. Using slang and calling his female staff by anything other than their name. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL . I Would just as soon as pull my own tooth or do my own root canal before I would return to him. I believe most of his 5 star reviews are FAKE how else do you explain so many 1 star reviews plus the same amount of 5 star reviews. It doesnt add up.

Today was my first time going to him and i must say i seriously would tell everyone to use him! Made sure i was ok. Pulled my tooth with no issues pretty sure i wont be changing who my dentist is! Thanks Dr. Wilson!!

Dr. Wilson is the best at extractions, I am always very pleased with his work. He lets me make my own choices rearguarding my treatment plan. Dr. Wilson also provides great follow up care. I am at his office now. The music is good and the staff are very friendly and Kim at the front desk is AWESOME.

They got me in two hours after calling, and what a life saver that was bc I couldnt deal with the aggressively constant throbbing and pain throughout my face.. found out where exactly the issue was and did a check up on my whole mouth to make sure I dont have any other issues..nice staff.. chester was a funny dude..

If I could rate negative stars I would. As a man he is usually very friendly, but I highly discouraged going to him as a dentist. Not only did I have a horrible experience with him, Ive talked to others that had a horrific experience.

Have been going to this practice for about 20 yrs. I LOVE Dr.Wilson, he is a wonderful dentist and very pleasant. Now the business has grown and everyone else, horrible. Its sad. So disappointed and will likely never return :(

Enjoyed my first visit and got two teeth extracted that day. Tried to call and cancel my appointment for next week and the receptionist was very rude and said What...so you just dont want to come in? As a professional myself, I was very appalled and displeased by the rudeness of the receptionist. I will probably not be going back...

I went to Chester Wilson last Wednesday. When I first walked in I should have known something was off. The waiting area did not even have central heating,there was one tiny plug in heater and maybe six chairs,smallest waiting room,not inviting what so ever. I got called back pretty quick (which was literally the only decent experience) but as soon as I walked back I was very put off. The rooms were not even rooms. I could see another patient right next to me where a divider was placed in between the two of us but was clearly never finished. The dentist (if you can even call him that) came in wearing his street cloths,baggy pants and a tee shirt that almost touched the floor. He did not have/put a white coat on,which almost every dentist would do. He was the rudest professional I have EVER encountered in my life. He kept making rude and beyond disrespectful comments about my teeth. (The only issues I have with my teeth are my top four in the front are compact and I am looking into getting braces or a partial.) But I was there to get a tooth pulled. But even worse than him was the disgusting,despicable women who cleaned my teeth. She literally would NOT stop saying things about my teeth. She kept saying my teeth were the worst teeth she has seen in over a year (which I HIGHLY doubt concidering they are in the hood/ghetto.) I was already balling my eyes out because the shots the dentist gave me were hurting my cheek,and then what he was saying made me cry even harder. She clearly saw how upset and distraught I already was but she would not stop remarking about my teeth. While she was cleaning I kept trying to ask her questions,she would not answer,she just kept telling me what to do. (spit/bite down ect.) I have never been more humiliated in my entire life. The ONLY person who showed me respect was the initial nurse I had that gave me my xrays. And with my son being in the hospital since he was born,and then have to go through that ordeal,I have never been more upset,anxious,scared in my life. I am 24 years old and now I will be absolutely terrified to go to another dentist. My mother and sister said a PROFESSIONAL would never remark or say ANYTHING like they did to me. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. I can honest to God say what happened to me was a traumatic experience. No dentist (or dental assistant should EVER say the things they said to me.) Straight ghetto at its finest. Terrible,awful,disgusting place.

I went to dr Wilson few days ago didnt have a bit of problem always liked him and his staff is super nice I had called one morning and tried to get app the lady said that all app filled she took my name and number she said if somebody called and cancelled she would call well an hr later she called and I was able to get in that afternoon had 4 fillings and tooth out and gotta go back in month I would recommend to Dr wilson hes awesome...

I recently went here and i came despite all the bad comments to get my tooth pulled here i am 3 weeks later and my mouth is still hurting i had a recent appointment to get my feelings i will not go the whole time he was doing my mouth he was laughing and talking with my boyfriend tools in my mouth throwing his head back laughing !!! never in my life will i ever go here and i would prefer nobody to go to this dentist let alone he was dressed in his own clothes he is terrible do not go !!!!!!!!!! if i could id give no stars please take these bad comments in consideration !!!!!!
