Started seeing Dr Johnson in the early months of 2019 and I seen other dentist for second opinions. I was going to have to have a good bit of skilled dental work preformed.I felt Dr Johnson’s was the one I could trust because it was going to cost me thousands of dollars and That I couldn’t afford due to living on a limited income but I knew it had to be done. I last seen him in January 2020. More than 30 fillings , 8-9 teeth pulled, and a upper and lower plates. I ask Dr Johnson at the beginning about root implants and he replied that I wasn’t a “candidate “Before I was due to go back and have my teeth cleaned and “4 more fillings”, my upper and lower plates were mostly metal and they where very hard to wear some areas too tight and some areas too loose. Within 2 months I was taking my lower plate out and one of my lower teeth broke off at the gum, then about 2 weeks after that another tooth broke off.Fast forward to April of 2021 I had to go see a specialist and told me without any doubt all my priorWork that had been done was useless. All he had to do was to look at my x-rays and the medications I had to take that it would never get any better and suggested I have all my teeth taken out and have root implants and sent me to see another specialist for dental,facial and implant. He , his assistant and lab techs spent 3 hours in the room with me! I had another problem it was going to cost me 19,000 to 20,000 dollars. So I had to borrow the money to have it done. As of May 10th I had oral surgery and on my way to healing but how would everyone feel if this had happened to them? If your having a real problem with your teeth Please Please don’t go here. I feel like he should at the very least feel like he owes me compensation for what happened but we know that will never happen. There are people that will never even acknowledge that they did wrong. Even an apology would help.

The people are super nice and good at what they do. My family and I always have a good experience. Oh and they don’t keep you waiting. Very punctual with their appointments so be on time. Highly recommended!

I broke a tooth and Kim was able to work me in to Dr. Johnsons schedule the same day. Christy (Dental Asst) and Dr. Johnson were very helpful in assessing and recommending a plan for remedy. The crown was scheduled for next week.

They are difficult to deal with especially for appointment setting.
