You can call it the best dental clinic in Michigan.The staff are so nice the doctor are professional and patient with my two girls, specially Dr.Hadidi when she did the filling for my daughter.I highly recommend this clinic for adults and children too.

I recently had 4 outstandingly well done crowns by Dr Al-Hadidi since I started going to this office 8 months ago. After waiting many years to find the right dentist to my molar crowns. But just the other day I was able to get my cleaning by Cheyenne an amazing hygienist who did an outstanding job. To give a little clarity here, I’ve been working in the field myself for eight years. So I am very specific on who works on my teeth!! These two have amazing skills an great personality’s. I highly recommend this office to everybody. Those are my favorites but all the doctors an hygienists have the same great skills an they all give off your family vibe, this office is amazing!!

I have been a patient here for many many years. My dentist retired. My new dentist destroyed my dental health. An unnecessary crown replacement did not fit. It caused an infection, a broken tooth and 4 teeth extracted. Now to find time and $12 grand for 2 implants then.....

I had a new patient appointment today at this office. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The organization of the office was great. They were on time and the staff were so pleasant and welcoming. I saw Linda , who cleaned my teeth, and she was thorough and friendly , plus she did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Timpner was the doctor I saw and she was equally pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office.

The oral hygienist was so kind and patient, the most gentle teeth cleaning I’ve had. The Doc was so personable and straight to the point, made sure I understood the plan and why we were planning it. But really all of the staff were well informed and kept me in the loop. Also, the price estimate was very close to the cost so I was prepared. Very happy!

I love doctor Hadidi! Both times I’ve seen her she’s been so gentle, precise and quick. I seriously don’t want to go to another dentist and I request her because she makes the process so fast and painless. I got 2 wisdom teeth removed here, 2 days ago. I am thankful that they were able to see me same day, but that was the only good thing about my experience.All went well until after my extractions. Dr. Hadidi began telling me post-op instructions as soon as they finished stitching me up, as they were flushing the nitrous oxide from my system. She gave me 1 pack of gauze, said change every 15 minutes & told me to take 3 ibuprofen and 2 tylenol after getting TWO impacted wisdom teeth removed. They stood me up took me to pay and then told me I could leave. They never checked to make sure I had a ride, (which is apparently customary after laughing gas). 20 minutes after my operation, the anesthesia wore off, and I was in the middle of CVS balling my eyes out from the excruciating pain. I tried to take the OTC meds but my throat was numbed and swollen.I had to return to the office to be administered more anesthesia because I couldnt function, and couldnt stop crying from the pain. (Ive never cried from pain before in my adulthood) Still writhing in pain she stuck the painful needle in while I gagged from having a frozen mouth but still felt pain at the site of removal. She stopped and reprimanded me for squirming from the pain she was putting me in. She only toned down when I pleaded to her through my cries that I was sorry and couldnt help it.I tried my best to tell her I couldnt swallow the 5 pills. She said yes you can you just think you cant because youre numb. I couldnt even talk but tried to explain that I had tried! I tried to swallow water and the pills and literally choked on the water, while the pill would remain in my mouth. I mean come on, I had 2 wisdom teeth removed! She insisted that I could.While I couldnt speak she reprimanded me for not having changed my gauze yet. Why didnt you listen to me!? Why didnt you change your gauze? I told you every 15 minutes! Look at the clock right now. Now change it in 15 minutes! I mean after a surgery when youre in debilitating pain & trying to get meds and coming down from being sedated, watching the clock to change gauze was not on the first thing on my mind.This time she showed me how to change the gauze and prescribed me adequate pain meds. However once again the anesthesia wore off before I could get the prescription; because it was controlled it took extra time to fill. I once again could not bear the intense post operative pain and cried involuntarily for 30 mins while I waited for the prescription.The dentist should know that anesthesia wears off and should have medicine in the office to administer. This was the worst most painful dental experience in my life. Im glad they extracted the teeth but Id never go back for anything else. The more I think about it I cant believe she actually reprimanded me for my reaction. It made me feel so bad.The office staff were nice, though.

Really a super great place! Was a new patient and they offered me a same day appointment due to a change in their schedule! I was so thrilled! Most places gives you the hassle of having to ask. They were beyond helpful, they were just all around great! Diana cleaned my teeth, but she doesn’t normally work at that location... BUMMER!, she was amazing. I’m just beyond satisfied. I’m 24 and normally scared of the dentist but not anymore. 😂

I have a dental phobia (wont look in my own mouth or anyone elses, avoid the dentist at all costs, etc) and have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past. This office changed my life! Tanya and Dr Hadidi were so patient with my tears and anxiety and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had two teeth extracted and a cavity filled and didnt feel a thing! I have been drilled on in the past without being fully numb and will never fear that happening again! Could not recommend this office more!

I have so many great things to say about Dr. Al-Hadidi and the team at Canton Dentists, I dont know where to start! I went in for the Icon Resin Infiltration treatment to get rid of the white spots on my teeth that Ive had since I was young. I had done some research and didnt want to set my hopes TOO high as the procedure was relatively newer and I didnt want to be disappointed. To say the spots on my teeth bothered me would be an understatement; they were something I had been insecure about my entire adult life, really since my early teens. I had tried Kor whitening (more permanent bleaching, and more expensive) to blend the spots, which didnt really work, and really just resigned myself to the idea that I was going to have to get veneers at some point.Fast forward to hearing about this treatment and finding Dr. Al-Hadidi. The staff, Brad and Natalie, were excellent; very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! I was so comfortable before Dr. Al-Hadidi even came in! When she did, she explained the procedure to me very clearly, taking the time to all my questions. During the procedure, she consistently made sure to explain what she was doing every step of the way and made sure to ask how I was doing, and this procedure is NOT a painful one. I appreciated much how much she was willing to communicate! Finally, after the procedure, I saw the results: the spots are GONE. I cant even tell they were ever there! I almost cried. Dr. Al-Hadidi also filled a small gap in the middle of my two front teeth, which was quick and easy. I can finally say after years of insecurity, I have a perfect smile.As a successful patient, I HIGHLY recommend the Icon Resin Infiltration treatment to anyone who is insecure about having white spots. And of course, I cant thank Dr. Al-Hadidi and her team enough; YOU ALL will be the reason for the confidence I have about my smile for the REST of my life.

Came here for a second opinion as the dentist I normally go to had a proposal plan that I was rather hesitant to proceed with. The dentist I saw was Dr.Phil Watkins and I couldnt be more satisfied with how the appointment went.He has excellent clinical acumen and took the time to answer all of my questions. Further, he quickly understood my concerns and resolved them across the board. I truly want to stress the importance of going to a dentist that practices with a conservative approach to treatment as his/her baseline philosophy.Im grateful for the fact that I found my way to Dr.Watkins and will be going here for all dental appointments henceforth. Additionally, all 4 of my family members will be transferred here as well.Thank you.

If you are a minority the quality of your care will be based on the dentists stereotypes of your education level or income level, not the reality of who you are. I am a professional in the area, but the dentist spoke to me as if I were ten years old. There is an undertone of disrespect and hostility toward some minority patients--One of the nurses did not even greet me as I sat in the treatment room. She looked at my chart, rolled her eyes, sighed and then flounced out of the room. The dentist rushed through the appointment, lectured me when I asked a question and demeaned me throughout the appointment. Totally unacceptable behavior...and yes, the office location for this review is accurate.

After 25 years of excellent service, I am amazed at how stress-free going to the dentist can be! Dr. Phil is fantastic at putting me at ease, explaining the process and getting the job done!

My parents live in Canton and recommended this office. I live in Saginaw so definitely not a quick drive. After giving it a shot though, I was so impressed. Their facility is top of the line in my eyes. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and from what I saw, very willing to help each other out and make sure their coworkers are good! I am terrible with names so I cant remember my hygenists name but she was fantastic. And if shes reading this Im sure she knows who she is :) So I definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. My husband didnt want to drive so far but after I told him how impressed I was, he wants me to make him an appointment as well :)

This is a great dentist office. They are understanding and work with you if youre late getting into the office for service. They reschedule service over the phone or during your visit. The hygienists are friendly and top notch. If you need a dentist, dont bother with others, just call Canton Dentists and youll be a glad you did.

First of all, HIGHLY recommend this office. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They took awesome care of my husband who isnt fond of the dentist in the first place and hasnt had a visit in quite some time. We have no insurance and paid out of pocket and they were very straightforward with cost and fair. We called during a broken wisdom tooth crisis at 9A.M. We live fairly close, left at 9:35, drove there, filled out paperwork, and my husband was in the chair by 10:30, if not sooner. They made him feel so comfortable during his tooth extraction. Annemarie was amazing and very reassuring! Dr. Watkins was a very genuine, caring, and kind man and did a great job. Not only that, the receptionists were all very friendly and welcoming. Best customer service weve ever had in health care. This will be my primary dental care from now on. Thank you so much Canton Dentists, you rock!!

No one likes a tooth ache I called yesterday to inquire if I could see someone. I was given an appointment for the morning and saw Dr. Watkins he made me feel comfortable and extracted my tooth Ann Marie his assistant was GREAT in making me feel comfortable. They explained everything to me and after the tooth was extracted I was feeling dizzy from the laughing gas they had me sit until I felt more like myself to drive. I would highly recommend them every dental service I have received there was great. Dr. Watkins phoned me last night to check on me you couldnt ask for better service.

I have had one of those years with a bunch of dental issues. Im not a good patient because I had a lot of dental work done when I was about 5 or 6, eons ago. I normally see Dr Phil but I stumbled upon a tooth abscess and needed a root canal. Oh joy. But this time I had Dr Tan and he was great, patient, and did a great job.

I drive from the Lansing area to this office every 6 months because they are worth it. I have been going here for over 20 years. When I moved out to the Lansing area, I tried a highly recommended dentist and ended up paying a rediculous bill and my husband was told he needed oral surgery immediately. We came back to this office for a second opinion and never left again. Our bill is beautiful, my husband is doing just fine 8 years later without surgery.Another reason I fully trust this office is after I was in a boating accident, my front teeth were a little wiggly. I called and they got me in immediately. They walked me through how to care for my teeth and gums. I am truly thankful for the care I received.Im not sure how many dentist offices have this amazing of a rating on Google, but if youre thinking of trying them, you should. Ask for Linda, shes efficient, warm and friendly!

Ive been going to this dentist for about 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that they have early appointments (07:00 am) so I can get in, get my checkup/cleaning completed and still get into work and not miss much of the workday. Great job all !

The best tooth-pulling experience I have ever had. Dr. Hadidi was professional, knew what she was doing, explained the procedure and answered my questions, friendly and got the tooth pulled within one minute !!!!!!!!!!!! Her assistant was also friendly and knowledgable. Much better experience than I had with another dentist six months ago. I highly recommend her.

Have been coming here for about 7 years now! Its been great! I love most of the hygienist I have interacted with. All the DDS are great, they are not money hungry, will only suggest what’s needed. Otherwise will accommodate you as much as they can.

My 3 year old daughter had her first dental appointment here and it was great. Both my young children saw Nancy and she was amazing. She kept them busy and interested and did a wonderful job getting them through their appointment. The doctors were warm and friendly and both of my kids cant wait to come back in 6 months. Have been going through oral surgery and Im very happy with my experience with this practice. The oral surgeon, Dr. Pasternak, has a very calming demeanor which really helps a lot considering Im going through a long process of dental implant. The practice itself is very trustworthy and the dentists will always suggest multiple options.

Dont usually do reviews much but here it goes.....Dr. Wakins went above and beyond today with my dental visit, with all the craziness thats going on in the world I was shocked they didnt cancel my appointment like every other dentist has been doing, The office staff and other dentist have always been kind but Dr. Wakins was just so friendly, caring and took his time with a smile on his face, fixed TWO teeth that werent in the plans for today but because he realized it was hurting me while fixing my broken tooth, he also patched me up until I can make another appointment, he didnt have to but he did without question and that means a lot, thank you Dr. Wakins.

I am not unusual in my trepidation when faced with going to the dentist. I was in extreme pain right before Christmas and was able to be worked in on a Saturday with Dr. Greenbaum. A plan of attack along with antibiotics and a prescription for a stronger dose of ibuprofen held me over until a consultation with Dr. Botero , root canal specialist. The absolute latest technology was employed to pinpoint the specific source of my pain was diagnosed. I am happy to report that all is well with the offending tooth and I experienced the absolute minimum of discomfort. Throughout, Dr. Botero explained the procedure and exhibited a mastery of her art. The entire staff was very friendly, informative and offered the best care fore me. What normally is the ultimate in dental horror for most people was the exact opposite. I can’t imagine anything that could have made this procedure any better from a caring or procedural perspective. I have some more dental issues to resolve in the future and I can face them with minimal stress due to the excellent experience with my recent root canal.

I have been coming to this dentist office for over 20 years, even when I lived out of state I came back because of their excellent service. Dr.s Pinkney and Greenbaum have always done wonderful work on my teeth. Carolyn has been my hygienist the entire time and I highly recommend her!

Just became a patient here and had a root canal that was a better than expected experience. The office runs very efficiently and in one visit I did not even get to take a seat before heading back for my appointment despite being early. The staff is friendly and the dental work is exceptional and this well water raised kid has seen his fair share of dental offices. Have been telling everyone how good the experience has been and definitely recommend this office.

I just transferred to this office because my dentist retired. My first two experiences, one for a cleaning and one to repair a retainer, were both positive. The staff are proficient and professional. Dr. Greenbaum communicates clearly and outlines options, risks, benefits and what to expect with procedures. The repair was minor but I appreciated that he was skilled, proficient and gentle since dental work makes me nervous.

I love this dentist office. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and they continue to do a fantastic job keeping my teeth healthy. The hygienists and dentists are all very friendly and efficient, and I almost never have to wait long if I show up on time for my appointment. They seem to always have updated technology and really get to know me personally. Nothing bad to say after 30 years as a patient. Great staff. A courteous technician cleaned my teeth and answered all the questions I had about care. The doctor came in to do her inspection and was extremely courteous and engaging so that I felt comfortable in the dentists chair, and I was confident that she would guide me through what I could expect in future care from them and any possible complications that could arise from my particular tooth situation. Even the secretarial staff was engaging and pleasant from billing to setting up my future appointments.

I couldnt recommend any office more highly. They will ALWAYS figure out a way to see you quickly. You never wait more than 5 minutes. Staff is awesome.

My regular dentist, Dr. McFarland, patiently (pun intended) reviewed options with me for two extractions and referred me to Dr. Pasternak, the oral surgeon at Canton Dentists.Because of a previous bad experience with extractions (*elsewhere*), I procrastinated about getting the work done. Well,I should not have done so because Dr. Pasternak and Tina are consummate professionals who took me through the entire process in just over an hour, making sure I was comfortable and essentially pain-free throughout.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this dentist office. Everyone is exceptionally courteous, appointment hours are convenient and the care i received was fantastic. Would highly recommend this office for all dental care needs.

Finally! I found a dentist that has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff members and easy scheduling. The staff were able to answer all my questions and concerns, as well as provided tips/advice. My husband has been terrified of going to the dentists, but is now calmer than ever. Michelle was my hygienist and was so sweet and caring. She went above and beyond to mention all my concerns to Dr. Pickney to ensure I was being taken care of. She explained every detail that she was doing and provided images for I could see for myself.

Took my 3 year old here for the first time and I was blew away by their kindness and bedside manner towards children! Absolutely professional yet super friendly. My daughter and I were smiling and laughing the whole 20 mins we were there! Yes. 20 minutes!!! I had no wait time. I had an appointment on 12/07/2018 with the hygienist (Michelle) and I must say remarkable!!! She took the time to relax me prior to engaging her responsibilities of cleaning,,, examining,,, and making sure all is healthy with my gums, tongue, teeth and throat. It reminded me of going to an E.N.T. specialist without the E.N. The doctor that confirmed Michelle’s excellent deed was DDS. Phil MacFarland whom I recommend very highly. He keeps you at ease by detailing his examination,, explaining his process from start to finish making you feel confident of his abilities. He is an admirable DDS because of his refined techniques and compassion for his patients. My dentist of many years is getting ready to retire and I wanted someone close by. Ive only had 2 exams and 2 cleaning but my hygienist was Candace and she did a great job. I was called back on time and the cleaning was thorough as done in good time. I have only met two dentists there but Both Dr Timpner and Dr Al Hadida were very nice.

They Really Talk too much and annoyed me to leave them. A 5 star Dentist ?? feels less than 1 star. May be 5 star in Annoying.The Most irresponsible place I have ever been to .They did unnecessary X-Ray for my pregnant Wife without asking whether she is intended for the procedure it was intended to and use unnecessary comments in the name of comforting the patients . I am changing my Dentist today. Couldnt go without leaving comments.

Amazing! I moved to the area 7 months ago and had not found a dentist yet. However, over the weekend I was having extreme pain in a tooth. I called Monday morning to see if they could give me an emergency appointment. I also mentioned I just started a new job last week and was hoping to come after work. They fit me in at 5:30 pm!They took X-rays of my tooth which was not showing anything wrong. I explained my pain and the dentist took my word for it and recommended a root canal. They fit me in that evening! Three staff members stayed late to help me. It was dark out upon completion so they even watched me walk to my car! They are also coming back Saturday morning early to finish so I dont have to take time off of my new job.The root canal was painless! The dentist explained what she found. Which turned out that it did require a root canal.Seriously thank you SO much to Dr. Botero, Patty , and the rest of the staff!

I would highly recommend their services for cleaning & dental work. I love my hygienist Suzzy! She is very skilled and talented. Everyone is very friendly at the front desk along with the Dentists.Suzzy also took the time to feel my neck to notice a lump; which ended up being cancerous. I had to have an emergency surgery to remove my entire thyroid and cancerous growth. Not only did she clean my teeth she also saved my life!😍

Disrespectful slow acting mfs very ghetto at front desk... Poor job... Use to be a very professional place but they need to rethink and rehire....

My appointment on June 12, 2018 was excellent. I had a filling that broke the weekend before and this was the same tooth the dentist was considering doing a crown on. Dr. Greenbaum gave me the choice: to fill the tooth again or do a crown. I opted for the crown, because if the filling didnt hold, I didnt want to go through the procedure a second time. The staff at this office are very professional, courteous, and helpful.I would highly recommend this dentist office!!

My dental hygienist was very gentle. Usually after a cleaning my gums are sore, but not from this dentist office! Very clean. Easy to make appointments. They offer Saturday hours, which is very useful. First time clients also get a gift card, which was a nice bonus.

Last name is now Colburn ;) but, I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I received the BEST service today. I cant believe how friendly & welcoming everyone was. Dr Wilkins was fabulous & very informative and his assistant was just as amazing. I really felt like I was a part of their family. Dr Wilkins even called me several hours after my extract to check on me. I have never had that happen before. Im seriously in total shock:) if you are looking for a great place to go...:this would be the place. Not to mention EVERYONE was nice...not just them 2 I mean everyone I came into contact with. I literally just cant explain it....:you have to go check it out for yourself! ;)

I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!From the moment I walked into the waiting room/lobby, I was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff working at the front desk. I approached to check in, and was kindly directed to a screen, where I simply touched my name and was checked in for my appointment.After a very brief wait, I was called and escorted back to the room for my cleaning/examination. The x-rays were done quickly, right as I sat in my chair. Linda cleaned my teeth and Dr. Timpner examined my teeth, and they were both very pleasant and professional. Dr. Timpner explained the dental care plan she had for me, then Linda scheduled my follow-up appointment.As I checked out, my coverage was explained to me , as far as what costs my insurance was responsible for and what costs I was responsible for.Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience (as enjoyable as going to the dentist gets), and it is obvious that this is a very organized and efficient dental practice.

I was pleased with Dr. Greenbaums work on my tooth problems and have another appointment to finalize a situation I am dealing with. The office staff are all pleasant and made me feel comfortable.

I felt rescued after my recent, first-time consultation with Dr. Timpner. My former dentists office had, alas, set me up for unnecessary, expensive, and non-insurance-covered work. My sudden-and- radically-altered dental health (according to them) was a shock to me! So I went for a second opinion to Dr. Timpner, highly recommended by a friend. She checked my teeth against their records, cleared my dental health, and explained things to me. I feel 100% safe in her hands!

The staff here is all super friendly! Very knowledgeable, easy to schedule, & prompt service! They value their patients and treat us as such! Highly recommend!

This is a dental practice that Ive been with since 1983. The staff is excellent, from top to bottom. Ive always been treated gently and fairly and cant say enough good things of this dental practice.

I absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is nice, happy, polite, and knowledgeable. They have the best judge of character because they hire the best people there. My kids and I love coming here. I have never been to a dental office that makes me feel so comfortable. I have a terrible anxiety and they ease my fears everytime. I had 7 cavities filled here and they took care of me and my teeth are now cavity free and I keep them that way. My 5 year old had 3 cavities filled without medication. They were gentle with her and she was happy and pain free afterwards.I am so happy I found them and am very sad that since Im moving out of state I wont be able to see them. If I could I would take them with me. You will not be sorry you came to this office. They are the best around. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
