Dr. Woo and staff were excellent! Jennifer was super friendly on the phone while making the appointment. This was my first ever root canal and Dr. Woo and his assistant took great care of me. He worked efficiently and was done with my treatment quickly and painlessly. Truly caring he checked in on me the next day!!! Highly recommend his office!!!

I had a root canal done today that went very well. I had experienced tooth pain suddenly over the weekend. I was able to see my dentist and get diagnosed on Monday and get scheduled immediately for the next day. Dr. Huffer did a remarkable job explaining everything and describing each step of the procedure and was very understanding. The building and facility is beautiful inside and out. You can tell they take cleanliness and comfort seriously. The front office staff is so kind and helpful and the assistants are efficient and reassuring. I definitely recommend this place and this practice!

Dr. Huffer fit me in to his full schedule and was able to do my root canal, seemingly staying late just for me. My dentist referred me knowing how much pain I was is and they made time for me. The entire office was fantastic and I couldnt complain about a thing. Would absolutely recommend them!

Nothing but totally Awesome. The appointment was quick. The Staff was extremely clear, informative and delightful. Doctor Huffer was amazing, so polite, not in a hurry, and did a great job. I was seen by Dr. Woo today and it was the best Endodontic appointment I ever had. He was very attentive, patient and detailed. He left no stone unturned. He took a deep dive into my medical history and asked very important questions to have a complete understanding how my pain in my mouth may be related to a neurological issue rather than a tooth issue. Instead of immediately suggesting a root canal, he told me based on his findings a root canal wouldnt be necessary. He discussed my treatment plan after addressing all of my concerns. Hmmm.. how many times have you ever said you enjoyed a root canal? If you had the pleasure I had at Woo Endodontics this week, you would be joining me! The my appointment started without delay and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My referral had mistakenly written the wrong tooth for the procedure but Dr. Woo and his assistant immediately identified the discrepancy, called my referring dentist and got going in no time. Dr. Woo explained the procedure and the post procedure instructions extremely well. Having worked for a surgeon in the past, I also appreciate his demeanor and the respect he showed his assistant throughout my appointment. I think that always tells me more about a practice than anything else. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is nervous about a root canal, had past experiences that weren’t great or just aren’t sure which option to choose.

I have been experiencing tooth pain for 3 years. I was not neglecting it, as I had a filling, a crown and then a root canal. Dr. Woo performed the root canal with great professionalism, explaining all that needed to be done and was efficient and very gentle. I had absolutely no pain during or following the procedure. He saved the tooth! Important, as we only get one set! 😜His entire staff was professional, kind, very informative of the entire process! Dr. Woo is great. Getting a root canal is never a nice experience. Dr. Woo and staff were extremely professional with lots of great technology to make sure everything was done right and get me in and out fast. Would certainly recommend him to anyone in need. I bring my kids to him as well!

I also have trouble getting numb, but Dr. H made sure I was completely comfortable before beginning. If you have to have a root canal - I’d recommend this place highly.

No one wants to have a root canal! But if you have to have one, I recommend Woo Endo. The practice employs the latest technology, which is very important in this very high technology work. Dr. Woo is extremely capable and empathetic with his patients. And his attractive assistant kept me distracted during the hour long procedure.

The quality of work was excellent; however, the billing staff is highly incompetent.I had a root canal done, a while back. As they are about to administer the procedure, the billing staff comes back and tells me they have spoken with the insurance and I needed to cover the difference. I complied and we went on with the procedure.Weeks later, we receive in the mail another bill asking to cover more of the difference, close to twice the amount I paid originally. Needless to say, we were not pleased at all. I should have been warned up front the insurance was covering this much.

I recently had two root canals at Woo Endodontics and could not have been more pleased. The professionalism of the staff and Doctors was very impressive and my procedures went surprisingly well. I’ve never had root canals that did not hurt before. I was also contacted the next day to see how I was doing which I appreciated. I’d highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I was so impressed with Woo Endodontics! I have pretty bad dental anxiety due to having a bad dentist as a child/teenager and unfortunately had to have a root canal. Dr. Huffer and the whole staff were absolutely amazing and immediately put me at ease. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and it went 100 times better than I could have ever expected. Hopefully I won’t have to have another root canal anytime soon but if I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and you shouldn’t either!

To preface my thoughts of having to go to the dentist: I have hated it since I was a young child. I have dreaded it and my anxiety is incredibly high even thinking of having to go. Now with that being said- I had to unfortunately have a root canal and thank goodness I had Dr Huffer. He was amazing! I felt at ease the entire time and his staff was phenomenal. I went in for a recent root canal and everyone I was in contact here was friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable. The dentist even followed up the next day to make sure I was doing ok. Would recommend them

I am so glad my dentist sent me here for my root canal. First of all, im so grateful to the staff for getting me on the schedule quickly because I was in a ton of pain and couldnt wait for a later appointment. Dr. Woo and his technician made the experience as comfortable as possible and were so professional and compassionate. I guess that since I had been in alot of pain before my procedure, Dr Woo personally called me that same evening you make sure I was recovering well. I was really impressed by that since most doctors just ask their staff to call their patients. So yes I highly recommend Woo Endodontics.

I find that, as a whole, you can get your most solid referrals by finding out who professionals go to for services, within their own field. I run a local dental practice, and Dr. Woo is THE endodontist I trust to care for me and my family. He does incredible work, and his staff is an ABSOLUTE JOY to interact with. I saw him yesterday for a surgical procedure and had a wonderful experience, as always. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!

Dr. Woo and his staff were wonderful. I was very nervous about my root canal, but everyone including Dr. Woo was patient and friendly. He took the time to explain everything about the procedure and was very honest about what the outcome might be. The procedure went better than expected and Dr. Woo even called me later in the evening to see how I was doing.

Dr. Cramer did my first and only root canal. Along with being exceptionally competent, she was pleasant and cheerful. I had no pain before, during or after the procedure. Im impressed.

The clinic staff were professional and gave me the impression to be an extension of Dr. Woo. Although it was voiced to me the root canal job would likely require an additional office visit, to my surprise, it was all done that day. Even if it is a longer than usual procedure, the TV on the ceiling is pretty clever to watch local tv or Netflix . The office is clean, up to date, and also well organized. I would certainly use this office in the future when needed.

I came in late afternoon in severe pain due to an issue by another dentist. Dr.Woo was fully booked for the week, but immediately offered to open an hour earlier just to see me. I was petrified having to get a root canal, but WOW! Dr. Cramer and her assistants were so awesome!!! I was comfortable because they want their patients to feel comfortable and they enjoy their work. I’m not going to say it was painless because a root canal can’t be unless you’re asleep, but the pain was minimal, I never felt like I was going to freak out, and they were funny! I needed the laughter to lighten the mood because I probably looked like the walking dead when I got there because I was so scared. I will never be afraid again now that I know I have the best endodontists right near me. Fabulous experience. Everyone was kind, upbeat and compassionate. Thank you for drilling into my face! 😀

I genuinely never leave reviews, but my recent experience with Woo Endodontics was truly awesome. I suffer from extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I do not respond well to local anesthetic. I require several shots of local anesthetic, and it takes a long time for me to be completely numb. I was referred to Dr. Woo from Canton Family Dentistry for a root canal. Dr. Woo and his team took extreme care to make sure that I was calm, numb, and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I am extremely thankful to Woo Endodontics for making a root canal somehow a pleasant experience. While I hope I do not have to visit again anytime soon, I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone requiring a root canal!

I read this negative review and am compelled to post. I too have a very problematic situation that is requiring multiple visits to see Dr Woo. However, I in no way feel that he is to blame. All of the procedures Ive experienced with him have been as pain-free as possible and I have never felt as though they were trying to deceive me. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Woo called me multiple times from his personal cell to check on me and told me to call him anytime, even over the weekend if I have having any trouble. I also think Jennifer is awesome, so friendly and kind every time I have spoken to her. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone needing this kind of treatment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Cramer! It really makes a difference when you know your dentist cares. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and she even checked on me after my root canal! I have no pain since my root canal and honestly it feels like I didn’t even have one because she is that good! Thank you, Dr. Cramer!

Dr. Cramer is awesome. I have nerve damage in my face that is hypersensitive. She was understanding, compassionate, and gental. I would refer anyone to go there. All the office staff is friendly and kind.

I have had several root canals with Dr Woo and he is wonderful. Not once have I even felt so much as a twinge of pain and he is FAST. Believe me, Id had so many bad experiences prior to finding him that I was a basket case when I sat in his chair for the first time. Dr Woo is a master craftsman. I have had to have a number of root canals done in the past few years, and have had nothing but an excellent experience at Dr. Woos office (well...as excellent an experience you can have when getting a root canal). Dr. Woo does everything he can to make the procedure as pain free as possible, and his office staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the follow up that Dr. Woo does to ensure that all went ok, and trust that they are only doing the work that I truly need.

I visited woo endodonatis office on 3/29/2016 for Root canal work suggested by my dentist. He has all the necessary X rays provided by my dentist.I told them I am here for root canal. He took X rays again which was not necessary. First visit he charges $106.00 for consultation to see if the tooth can be treated. I was ask to comeback. Next visit was on 4/13/2016 . he found out that he cannot do anything because there is a big hole in the root canal, The tooth has to be pulled by another specialist. I was charged $175.00. I should have been told after consultation and X rays taken again that dr could not do anything. But did not and send me another bill for $82.00.Think before you visit his office .

It was a very good experience. They are very skilled. Very, very expensive as well.

My wife went to see this doctor to get a root canal taken care of. Unfortunately, she should have turned away immediately. The work done by this dentist was substandard. He did not get the canal done right and my wife had to subsequently go for another pain filled visit during which he admitted to being stumped by the issue.However, it didnt stop there, as they also quoted my wife a specific amount that the procedure would cost. They ran it by the insurance and they were 100% sure that there would be no additional out of pocket for us. This turned out to not be the case, and of course they blamed my insurance. After I called my insurance and also had a long discussion with the unpleasant office manager (Jennifer), she told me that they were not at fault and they needed to collect another 379.00 from me.I tried to reason with her and understand why they would tell anyone that insurance would pay 100% to then turn around and that not be the case. Be it known also, that they deal with this major insurer all the time, so there is no reason for them to not know this, other than to perhaps to deceive.On top of that, she could not get it through her head that there was no way my wife would go back to see this quack that could not get the issue solved after two tries...who on earth would subject themselves to another pain session?In short, she did would not fathom the idea that perhaps she should not charge anything else for the shoddy work done by the dentist, but insisted on payment and threaten me with collection.I ended up paying them just to get them out of my life.Consumer beware and go find someone else unless you want to be taken for a ride.

The Dr completed a 4 root molar, and I was home in under 2 hours.
