As always for it being a dentist, visit was pleasant. My issue is only ever the waiting. I have never been there one time and seen on time. The wait is always 30 mins or more

I absolutely love this place every body is so nice and the ladies are so beautiful. I have a favorite employee there here name is Jamie she works on my teeth every time and when I look up from laying in the chair the view is awesome. She has such beautiful eyes but , anyway there straight up with and tell you what you need done with your teeth i have had 5k worth of work done on my teeth and they did a awesome job with them couldnt be more happy with my new smile. I still need some work done but other than that there awesome. The only bad thing people would say is that you might have to wait a little bit to get in like 2 weeks or so but I dont mind the wait at all because they do such a fantastic job honestly.

The staff was so nice and took the time to make sure my mouth would be taken care of as soon as possible. Those women at the front desk deserve a spa day and a vacation. The only reason its getting 4 stars and not 5 is the office itself has no privacy. They should at least throw up some curtains ER style so that people feel like they have their own space. Other than that I will definitely come back and bring my family with me.

Never again! The receptionist Jennifer is not only rude, she’s unprofessional and borders on HIPAA violations. I’ve filed a complaint with the appropriate offices about her discussing my teen sons dental information within earshot of not only him but other patients as well. She was mad yesterday because I dared to question why they need your social as well as your insurance previously. The office manager decided to share with Jennifer my emailed question who then discussed it with the dental assistant who then changed her whole demeanor towards my son. If you value your privacy and cherish your children—- DON’T GO HERE! Bright Now Dental needs to train Jennifer and review their own privacy practices.

I have had a amazing experience at bright dental everyone is so nice and the Dr tells you everything straight up what you need and doesnt beat around the bush and she trys to save as many as she can. And the assistants are very beautiful my favorite she works on my teeth and I request her every time her name is Jamie she is has the most beautiful eyes and she does amazing work. I get so distracted by her eyes the time just seems to fly. But definitely a awesome place the only thing is waiting I see a lot of people complain but I dont mind because ik i get amazing work done every time.

It took 2 hours before I saw a hygienist for a general cleaning. Their lobby is closed so we had to wait in the car bc the mall was also closed at 9:20am. Then once we were called for a room there was only 1 hygienist. She was so rough with the teeth they were bleeding like crazy and that has never happened with my teeth before. I had to ask her to stop. It felt like she was scraping gums more then the plaque. I go to the dentist every 6 months and have good hygiene so there was not a lot of build up for this type of ordeal. I would not go to this dentists office especially if you are nervous about dentistry to begin with.

The dentist and the dental assistants are all amazing. Im sorry to say the receptionist that greeted my family and I had the personality of a door nob. In our opinion she was rude and very short with us. Im not much for being treated like just a person making a her paycheck. We did appreciate the kindness of the dentist, dental assistants, and ex-ray technician.

I went to this dentist for a couple of years before I switched. I had a horrible experience. I have had some fillings done on my teeth and they were extremely careless. My now dentist says the work was careless and some of them have fallen out.The dentists were rude and the wait was long. I felt shamed by the dentist that treated me and this supposedly small procedure left me in a lot of pain. I understand they are busy but the staff doesn’t even treat their clients well and treat us like a check off their list of patients. I used to not mind the dentist but now I have an extreme anxiety and fear everytime I go to the dentist. Switch. It is not worth it.

Do not trust. They do bad work, completely negligent and incompetent. Ok for regular cleanings but dont get ANY procedures done, not even fillings (unless you want them to fall out next day). They completely botch people. Mandy Dohar doesnt do any of the work herself, either.

My daughter and I have a close name and they always got our appointments mixed up!! Made appointments for me under her name made appointments for her under my name! Then they dropped us because us of a no show!! Really you are the ones that messed up!! My daughter was getting her wisdom teeth removed and they scheduled her appointment the same times as my cleaning then told her it was her fault. She even had the card they gave her!! Really people!! Get better office help!!

Had to take my son here because no other place had any openings for anesthesia for almost a year and he had a few cavities he needed taken care of and hes only five. We live an hour and a half away so it takes me 3 hours to drive to Canton and then home. When he first got the procedure done everything seemed great and the nurses were nice now its just a complete headache its been one month and we are now on our third trip there because his caps that they put on his teeth keep coming out! This is become a headache and a nightmare!!!

This place is hit or miss on their service. The receptionists seem to hate their life and they literally forgot my child was there so we waited an hour for a cleaning.

This place is just for check up and cleaning anything serious I would go somewhere else. I waited two hours until I almost had another appt. And they only did 1 filling which was a total of five minutes when I had the top be done and then come back for others its a scam to make money

Every time I leave here my teeth hurt worse than before I came. I recently had some fills done and they didn’t fill one of my teeth after the shaving process which left me in so much pain. Then I tried to contact them because I noticed immediately after the numbness went way and I can physically see where they forgot to fill, they told me they don’t have appointments for a while so I’m left with so much pain that it’s causing headaches and I can no longer eat hot/cold/room temp things on my left side. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had bad experiences. My 1st time the dentist was rude and didn’t help with any pain I had so it was a waste of my time. My 2nd time the dentist herself wasn’t bad it was the lady that came after her to fill my teeth in that left me in pain and made the mistake. Really over this place and I am going elsewhere from now on.

Never take your child to Dr. Eric Wood. He is extremely unprofessional. I am an RN and would never treat a patient like he does nor have I seen this level of negligent care with the hundreds of physicians Ive worked with. He pulled 3 teeth of my daughters, in under 4 minutes. I was in the waiting room for 4 minutes! She was taken back, prepped, injected with lidocaine, teeth pulled, gauze put in the sockets, and back out in the waiting room with me, in 4 minutes! Her mouth wasnt even numb and I could hear her screaming. Her mouth actually didnt get numb until we were in the car on our way home. He thinks because they are children, he can do whatever he wants, and parents arent allowed back there during his procedures. She is 10 years old and said that she told him she could feel everything and that it hurt. Please do not take your children to see him! Not only did he rush her procedure and not let her mouth have time to get numb, but when I asked him about aftercare, he said dont worry about it and turned around and walked away. I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. No mention of dry socket or how to keep the mouth clean, or gauze pads dampened, or when and what she can eat. I feel horrible that my child is now scared to death to go to the dentist because he created such a negative experience.

Completely unprofessional I was supposed to get a cleaning and never receive a cleaning they took x-rays but the dentist came in and looked at my exrays and then I n my mouth and didnt know didnt receive a cleaning. The woman who took my exrays pointed out abscess teeth that the dentist didnt mention!! No antibiotics or even mention of them? I have wisdom teeth coming in also....again just ignored...smdh I have no confidence in this establishment whatsoever!!

I wish I had checked these reviews before scheduling. This was one of the worst and most unprofessional dental offices I have ever went to. I scheduled a cleaning and was not seen until almost an hour later. The lobby is closed so you have to sit in the mall food court or sit in your car and wait for a phone call. I was told to report to a room that was not occupied where I had to wait again for another 15 minutes, just to be told the cleaning could not been done because I have braces. Also, not the cleanest exam room either. If you are looking for a dentist, please go elsewhere! In fact, run!

Felt every bit of tooth extraction after numbing me 3 times, it must have been an expired batch because it did nothing. It was pure agony. The dentist told me it wasnt pain I was feeling just pressure and kept going. All I could do is scream in agony, it felt like I was in a scene from the movie Saw.I now have a permanent bubble in my gum where the extraction took place.

If I could leave less than one star I would. My kids had back to back appointments after waiting 40 minutes in the car I called was placed on hold for over 10 minutes I hung up called back to see how much longer was told to hold which was hung up on then they called to let me know they were ready for 2nd child when I asked about the 1st childs appointment I was snippy told to come in. After waiting in there lobby for 15 more minutes the receptionist finally gets to us only to rudely tell me to not raise my voice repeatedly even though I was talking normal needlessly to say we walked out. They definitely need new and better staff.

Y husband went for a full mouth extraction, and only numbed him... THREE times. He told the dentist once they started pulling and breaking his teeth that he could feel everything! She continued to ignore my husband and kept pulling. My husband was screaming with agony. Bright Now Dental is the WORST!!!! In the end she pulled 13 and said nope go home.... PATHETIC PLACE OF BUISNESS! Never take your loved ones there!

I went in for a routine cavity filling. Took 3 hours past my appointment time to get seen. Then I was passed on between 2 dentists for the cavities. Then had to schedule a followup because of the pain im feeling. They said i needed a root canal and had to go all the way to Cleveland. For 2 weeks now I have tried and tried calling Cleveland location with no luck. Im in so much pain I cant sleep at night. Seems to me like they just pass people back and forth. Im going to do a walk-in tomorrow for help so we will see, but to avoid all of this I would not recommend

Bright Now has always treated myself and my family very well. I would recommend it to anyone.

Couldn’t say enough positive things about your dental hygienist I did not get her name however I wish I could my son has some disabilities and she was so patient and kind and thorough and really took her time with him!!! Super job

For cleanings, x-rays, and check ups they are good, especially if you are uninsured. I do not recommend them for orthodontics. I got my braces on in October of 17 and just got them off 3 days ago. They cant seem to keep an orthodontist for more than 8 months. Ive seen 3 different orthodontist in the last two and a half years. The orthodontist is also only in the office 3 days a month, so its always crowded and and you can never be seen at your actual appointment time. During the shuffle of orthodontist, they managed to lose several patients charts, mine included, which halted my progress as the new orthodontist had no notes to reference of where I left off with the last one. I love my new smile, but if I could go back and do it over I would have went to a private practice.

My son got a crown done by this Dental PlaceIt has fallen off....We have tried to Get a hold of them . . Either they tell us that they cannot help him till next month or they just hang up on us.. So now my son is stuck in pain with no cap or crown over top of that opened toothSo I would have to sayYou guys did not put a smile on our face

Spoke with the receptionist one time and she was extremely short and told me there was nothing she could do for me bc she was down to one dentist. She also seemed rude but maybe just bc her phone skills arent the greatest.

Just had them pull a wisdom tooth. Been in severe pain for the past 7 days, went to ER and it’s infected. Hospital prescribed me antibiotics and mouth was and pain meds. Bright Now in Belden Village never sent me home with anything other then severe pain.

From the the staff to the work done, I love this place. They treat you like family with the deepest care. Had a root canal. Was never in pain or uncomfortable. Even my aftercare pain has been very little. I recommend them (Canton, Ohio, Belden Village Mall) for all ages! All 3 kids go here!

Place is a JOKE!!! Will never come back. My wife went to get a cleaning and x-rays done. They sat her down 30 min after her appt then only did x rays and said they would have to reschedule her cleaning because of being way past her appt time. I confront them and was told that when you are a new customer you are not guaranteed a cleaning on your first visit. Been to multiple Dentist over the years. Never had this problem before. Its complete BS!!! Will never come back.

Took 18yr old son to the appointment. New patient and first time there.Day one: went to the dentist in Belden Villiage Mall. Got to the appointment 20 minutes early. Was told to fill out a paper. Which we did. Was told there’s more pages it to and to finished filling it out. Told receptionist didn’t know that. Receptionist said it happens all the time. Then why not say it’s a packet to begin with?! Finished filling it out. Was told to wait in the cold food court and they’d come get us. Asked how long it would be and receptionist looked at me and ignored the question. Said to sit in the food court. When all the paperwork was turned in, it was the appointment time. They didn’t call my son back until 40 minutes after his appointment time. While waiting we saw a lot of other patients arrive, get seen and leave. When son was called back, asked again how long it would be. Receptionist said to wait in the food court, ignoring question again. I asked again but louder. Receptionist said to wait in food court and walked off. We stood there waiting for her to come back. She never did. Son was expecting a cleaning but only got X-rays.Day two: took son for a cavity filling, but multiple was done. Didn’t expect that. Was early to the appointment again and had to wait an hour before being seen. Watched again as other people came and went. Son went back to get fillings. The next day he said his mouth hurt. Day after that it was hurting worse. Son called the dentist to let them know of the issue. They advised he should come in.Day three: son saw dentist about the pain. Waited another hour AGAIN to be seen. Was told they OVER FILLED his cavity and all that was done for him was a prescription for ibuprofen 800mil. Which did NOT help.Son is still in excruciating pain. Tried to eat and his mouth started to bleed! Can’t eat and can’t sleep from the pain. Currently trying to find a new dentist to see him immediately. Debating about taking him to the ER.Please shred and burn his file. We will never EVER step foot in your office again. The worst experience ever. I had a horrible experience as a child from a dentist and developed a phobia. I pray that didn’t happen with my son. I will post this on any review place possible. Bright Now dental needs to be shut down. Do NOT take your children to this place!

I took my son to Bright Now Dental in Canton and Im sorry I did. Not only did I waste hours of our lives but they billed my insurance for a cleaning and fluoride treatment which he NEVER received! Dr. Wood stuck his fingers into my sons mouth (with gloves he was wearing when he came into the room) and told me he needed a tooth pulled and one capped. He had x-rays taken and was scheduled for surgery. When they called to confirm the appointment I asked why he needed to be put under. They told me when there are over six (6) teeth being worked on, it was necessary. I asked what she was talking about and she proceeded to tell me that they would be pulling one tooth and capping 6. WHAT?! Why was this never discussed with me? I made sure she had the correct patient file pulled and in fact she did. She told me they cleaned his teeth and gave him a fluoride treatment! NO NO NO! Very untrue and now he cant get two cleanings a year paid by insurance. I took him to another dentist and had x-rays taken. They had no idea how Bright Now came to the determination that he needed such extensive work. Only two teeth needed attention! This place is EXTREMELY untrustworthy and shouldnt be allowed to practice any kind of oral health on anyone! BEWARE!!!!!!

I had an 11am appointment for cleaning and xrays. I showed up on time filled out some paperwork then did a couple xrays. I was then told the lady who does the cleaning was going on lunch at noon and that Ill have to schedule another appointment to have the cleaning done. This is an inconvenience and a waste of my time.

I will never be returning to this location or any bright now dental location ever. I sat in the lobby with my 3 year old for an HOUR and 15 minutes and we watched many other patients go ahead of us. We are new patients and I watched 3 new patients come in after us and go before back before us. Im 5 months pregnant with a 3 year old. How patient do you expect us to be?! This is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. You guys can delete my daughters file, we will not be back.

It has been 9 days and my mouth is still bleeding and in extreme pain They only do local anesthetics And the dentist is extremely violent when he is removing your teeth Then they know after a surgery youre going to be in pain for multiple days and only give you medication for 2 this place is a scam Even with my insurance I still had to pay $500 I literally paid them $500 to be in pain for 2 weeks I could have pulled my own teeth and been better off

Had low hopes with seeing a dentist after my last oneBut my dentist with this location (Amanda Dohar) made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything she was going to perform and even made me smile witch I dont normally do. When she performed the multiple extractions I did not even feel a thingMy only issue with this location is the wait time in the lobby waited over an hour and a half passed my appointment time but the service performed I can wait that long to see this dentist againHighly recommend this location and defiantly recommend Amanda as a dentist as long you have patience and wait for long lobby wait

They are neglectful and dishonest. They completely abandoned my care when COVID hit. I understand the need to take precautions but where I fault them is that they kept telling me to call each week to try and to be rebooked and they put me off for weeks...this was when my cleaning was already 2 months overdue. That was the time for them to tell me they wouldn’t be accepting patients during COVID and allow me to find a new dentist. I have preexisting gum disease and now my gums have been infected for months and I’m facing painful procedures to clean up the mess they left me with. They are neglectful liars and they will cause you to lose your teeth if you’re not careful.

The pediatric dentist is wonderful here. However, when I went for myself, the dentist made me feel ashamed about my teeth. As if I wasn’t already aware of this, I thought it was horrible etiquette. That doesn’t promote anyone’s desire for improving their dental health. He should have been more compassionate and understanding, or silent at the very least.

Let me start by saying that I do respect dentist and appreciate what you all do. If your an adult looking to professionals who at the very least care about what they do and the health of the patients this is not the place. The last two times I’ve been to this office the dentist I was supposed to see looks at an x-ray takes a mirror to my teeth then tells me they can’t do anything I’ll have to see a specialist. No care just oh yeah I can’t do anything and let me give you the reasons why. The last time I went for a chipped tooth the dentist told me there might have been decay under the filling... what he didn’t realize was they were the ones who did that filling. Go to another dentist private practice he preforms care no problem. Honestly, let this be your last resort.

I went to Bright Now dental for a consultation for new crowns and veneers on my top 4 front teeth. The staff is absolutely amazing. Sometimes there is a longer wait but I asked and they said it depends on what you are getting done and which densist/hygienist is available. My experience was nothing short of amazing. My new veneers and crowns are perfect. I finally have the confidence to smile and I highly reccomend this place to anyone!

They overbook, making wait times around 1-2 hours. They are incredibly rude, especially concerning patients with anxiety issues. They also accidentally drilled a divot in the side of my tooth when drilling to fill a cavity in a different tooth and then tried to say it had always been there. I would never recommend them to anyone.

When I took my son in today they would not allow me the mother back with him. I’m sorry I think this place is horrible. My son has anxiety and they will not allow me back to ease him. This place is not family friendly.

Very disappointed with the experience I had at this dental office. My first scheduled appointment I arrived on time and waited over an hour before I decided to reschedule my appointment. There were probably 10 other people in the waiting room as well who were growing just as aggravated as I wasFor my second attempt I scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning. I got called back shortly after my scheduled appointment time but by the time I got to the office to the time my appointment finished it was over an hour (mainly just sitting in the exam room waiting)I have been going to the same dentist my entire life up until recently due to insurance changing. I do not feel that my teeth are as clean as they should be nor was a thorough job done in my opinion.Most of the staff is friendly, however friendliness can only get you so far!

Took my 8 year old to the Canton branch because he fell and broke his two front teeth. We were seen by a pediatric dentist. His words were yes we can fix them but I dont do the work. So we had to make a second appointment to see a general dentist. The front desk staff were rude. There was so much commotion going on.staff would yell from back behind the desk. It seemed very disorganized. When you call and are put on hold the recording states that due to covid the staff clean the lobby every 30 min. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and not one person cleaned. I never seen a staff member hand sanitizer or wash hands. My childs temperature was taken but not mine. I only went here because my insurance changed and my childs regular dentist didnt take my new insurance. Will not be going back to any bright now dentist.

Alternative suggestions with factional routes you can take due to the type of dental insurance you carry wait for you decision to confirm their plan of action and how long it will take.. So together you map out an agreed upon dental plan of action with friendly text reminders

Absolutely horrible I went today to get 2 teeth removed by the oral surgeon told him I wasnt very numb he told me I was okay and gonna be fine. Well I am not numb anymore he has left pieces of one of my tooth in my mouth its sharp and when my tooth broke from him trying to pull it out he didnt give me a second to rest my mouth he just went at it. Im very disappointed at going here. Never again

The waiting time is absolutely horrible ! The past 2 appointments I’ve had I’ve waited for an hour past my time. The dentists/hygienists are extremely kind, however some of the receptionists are extremely rude. I even went and asked her why the waiting time was so long and she didn’t really give me a good answer. It’s a great place, great dentists/hygienists but the waiting time is forever and absolutely disappointing.

I’m giving 5 stars based off the staff alone. I had the nicest dental hygienist! I only saw the dentist for a split second but she was really friendly also. The only issue I’ve had is my mouth is a little sore but it always is afterward. Will keep coming back 😬

I don’t know what these other people are talking about in the reviews.I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and have received nothing but great service, all the staff is really nice and kind and truly care for their patients.

They had 2 other childrens x-rays in her chart. Those children needed fallow up care. Took them a long time to free up a dentist to double check and see that those were not her x-rays. She did not any fallow up care. Hopefully the kids actually got the care they needed. Who knows where her x-rays ended up. But she was not even there on that day. Then a few weeks later they sent me reminders for someone elses appointments. ...but the dentist seemed nice. We only seen him for about 5mins.

Really cant say how much I love this place. I have so much anxiety from having to visit the dentist that after I explain that to the dental assistant and doctor they were so amazing about it. Everyone is exceptionally friendly which made the experience that much better. It was really easy to schedule the appointment and they got me in very fast. Waiting for my appointment was quick as well as the appointment itself. They got me in and out very efficiently. Not only do I plan to keep going but Im also going to bring my son in who also has anxiety about doctors. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bright Now you are all amazing thanks

I went to Bright Now for the first and had an amazing experience. Dr. Jonathan Taylor made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during my procedure. He was honest and very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. The assistant Val was extremely comforting and made me feel relaxed during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend requesting Dr. Taylor and Val, when you book your appointment at Bright Now, hands down!

The overall experience was good but getting there and having to wait to go back until an hour after the scheduled time was frustrating. They said it isn’t always like that. Just make sure you don’t have anything extremely important directly after.The staff was very nice and professionally and the facility is in wonderful and clean condition.

They are terrible would not recommend this place to anyone the only person that knows what they’re doing is one of the front Desk lady’s named Val she is the best all the rest are rude and acts like they hate their jobs

I was very nervous to come here after reading all of the horrible reviews on Facebook, but decided to take a chance since I had a terrible toothache and needed to be seen immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so friendly and made sure that I was completely comfortable before doing any procedures. I was in and out very quickly and feeling a million times better! Huge thanks to the staff for being so wonderful :)

Took my son here today. Way better experience than his usual dentist. Staff was friendly and wait wasnt long. Will be switching dentists if his follow up appointment goes as well as todays visit.

I took two of my children there today. Although the wait time was long, we felt very comfortable there and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I will be bringing my other child there and continue going for the others. Also they made my children feel very comfortable there too. Taking their time to show them the instruments they were going to use and letting them feel them to make them feel safe.

They are mean they called me names because I called them to figure out what happened they dismissed my case and said I missed 3 appointments but I never have they were down right mean and disrespectful

I arrived 10 minutes early for my apt, however I was not taken back until 70 minutes past my apt time. This happens every apt I have had for past 2 years. Cant they call me & tell me they are running late. Just saying.

I take all four of my children here, they are wonderful and schedule appointments quickly. We love Dr. Wood, he is great with kids.

My son and husband went for cleanings and we arrived a little early to fill out forms since it was our first time there. My husbands teeth were not cleaned. The lady was in a rush to leave for a concert and when he pointed out some areas that were missed she did one little section and left all the other areas. Very unprofessional, she said when he goes back in 6 months, shell take care of it. He wont be back. Will have to pay for a cleaning elsewhere since insurance wont cover extra. They took my son back an hour after his scheduled appointment. His teeth were cleaned by someone else who did a good job. They need to reorganize scheduling so people arent waiting an hour and fire people who care more about going to a concert than doing their job.

This place is wonderful! My 3 children have been here for a long while. The staff are so nice, inviting and are very compassionate about their jobs and each member of my family. They cared about my mouth more than any other dentist ive seen in the past. They made me feel better about my teeth and it makes me happy to know that they can help and that they care so much. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of dental work done. Because of past experience, I was very anxious about seeing another dentist. Everybody from the receptionist up to the dentist was very compassionate and gentle. They explained everything before they did any type of work. They also went over any charges before the procedure. Great work Bright Now! You now have a patient for life, whenever I need any dental needs!

I WISH I could put 0 stars. First off when you call they are all rude and put you on hold for a half hour which is ridiculous. But the main problem. My son who is 7 was seen there less than 6 months ago. I switched dentists when I was put on hold for a half hour because it’s ridiculous. Went to new dentist because he had an abscess. New dentist did x rays and said the cavity and tooth has been dead for 12-18 months. So brite now seen my child every 6 months said no cavities EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I will never ever recommend this place. Instead I will warn people. There is absolutely no excuse for this being missed ! NONE !

Dr. Woods and i do believe the assistants name was Miguel, they were awesome. My son has a hard time coping with new things and they were just amazing with handling him. The girls there even helped me with carrying my 2 year old out. Awesome place to go too.

The staff, hygienists, and pediatric dentist are great! They are always very patient with my three year old son when he comes for his cleanings, and my hygienist and dentist are great as well. Wait time is usually long, otherwise I would have given 5 stars

The only reason this place is even getting one star is because the dentist herself. The staff is rude. My daughter and I waited for far too long! Appointment at 1:30 it is 2:11 and we STILL have not gotten called back. If it weren’t for the dentist my daughter saw on her initial visit I wouldn’t even give this place any stars! Go elsewhere for your dental work.

This place was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and the Hygienist was sooooo amazing. She was so nice and really did an amazing job. The dentist was just as nice. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Dohar was quick, friendly, and did a great job. I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist, and the entire staff was friendly and treated me with care and patience. This was a positive experience, and I will not go anywhere else. Val, Kate, and Joanne were excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Most amazing dental place Ive ever been absolutely loved them!! They were extremely nice, generous and have amazing personalities and helped me with my concerns and questions. Im extremely afraid of the dentist and they made me feel at ease.

Only negative was the wait time, but Ill explain why. The staff goes above and beyond to get as much work done as they can. I was so happy with the results!! For years I have been trying to get my teeth fixed and they did all my top teeth in one day. My teeth havent looked this good in years and I go back in 3 weeks to get the bottoms finished. I read some complains about doing too much work in one day, which is ridiculous. Why not get everything finished in one day so you dont have to keep coming back? Highly recommended!!

Horrible place! If you decide to go you better totally clear your schedule for the day because they overbook all the time and you never get in at your appointment time. Both times Ive made an appt to be seen and was on time and was left to wait over an hour each time. The first time i actually got up and left after an hour. This is totally inexcusable in my opinion. If i was even 20 mins late for my appt they would tell me to reschedule and turn me away. They finally called me back to a chair and now Im still sitting here waiting to be seen as the dr sits in her office directly across from my chair talking on her phone and chatting with her coworkers.

Amber is the best hygienist ever. I had some dental issues and major anxiety, but she was so kind and so helpful. She talked me through everything she did, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Thats the best experience Ive had with a dentist ever. I would recommend Brite Now, and ask for Amber. Shes the best!!!!

My appt was at 11am and it took them almost 45 min to call us back to the room.i think tht is pathetic, then y have my appt at 11. ppl are nice an friendly an get u in an out but the wait time was a little upsetting.

Had 4 teeth crowned, and a partial plate. Went thru the VA, they did amazing work.And was very welcomed and comfortable setting.

Bright Now Dental is one of the absolute friendliest environment!! You leave with many new friends. Always a pleasant experience. They have made a world of difference in my life. For years I had to wait to have a partial made in order to eat using my front four teeth!! LIFE CHANGING TRULY BLESSED!!

I have never met a more patient staff than at bright dental. They take their time with my son that has special needs and address all is Dental needs with a positive attitude and smiles on their faces. We are never afraid to ask questions because we know they will take the time to address them. Thanks for your awesome service that you provide to my son.

Every appointment i have to wait at least 30 mins to a hour past that. Had complications with my wisdom teeth extraction and the receptionist decides to forget about calling in my prescriptions.. go elsewhere if you can .

I am honestly afraid to have my jaw looked at after the experience I had. First I was told the wisdom tooth wouldnt need to be taken out. Then when I go to get different tooth removed I was told I need to have the wisdom tooth removed. During the wisdom tooth extraction he says I need a coronectomy. The whole right side of my face is un throbbing pain and has sharp pain to the touch of my skin in my face.ive bever been in so much pain from having teeth removed. Been well over a week and the swelling is at a point of hurting so badly I cannot get more than an hours rest without waking up In pain. And it also feels like he ruined another tooth in the process of taking the other molar out..

Dr. Wood sees 4/5 of my children, ages 2,6,6,12. His patience and knowledge makes him surpass any other dentist our family has used. My daughter had her first cavity and was EXTREMELY terrified. He looked at her tooth and was able to complete her filling without a numbing injection, which she greatly appreciated. We couldnt recommend dr.wood more!

They did great, in and out with in an hour. Super friendly hygienist, the dentist is very up front about what care you need. This was mine, and my husbands third visit and the service has been consistent every single time.

Worst service ever!!!! I have been here since 9:30 a.m and it’s currently 11:22 a.m. that’s almost two freaking hours. There’s been people who’ve gotten here after me and have gone first. This is ridiculous. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

I went to Bright Now on Thursday, December 27. Previously made contact on the telephone to inform them I was needing a cleaning . I was going to be a new patient. They asked me to send them a copy of my x-rays before arrival. I did as they requested. Arrived at appointment early and fill out new patient paperwork. They called me back 20 minutes after my appointment. I went back and they asked me what I would like them to help me with. I told them I am there to have a cleaning. The dental hygienist wanted to do x-rays and I explain to her they was already sent over previously. Then a dentist came back and explain to me that they cannot do cleaning only, that they cannot be responsible if they don’t do the total dental care of my mouth. I asked them why they did not tell me that over the telephone and he replied I don’t know I did not take your call. I explained to him that he had just wasted an hour of my time. I followed their instructions and did everything they required for this appointment. They was not apologetic at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been going to dentist all my life and have never been treated this way. Very disappointing.

The dentist I saw was great. Katie was helpful and super kind. I hadnt been in a while and she was still super inviting and understanding. I needed some fillings and a cleaning, so I scheduled an appointment and they said they could do the cleaning that day. The day comes and all I got were xrays and told to come back for another appointment for both my cleaning and fillings. I show up to the second appointment and waited for an hour and a half without being called back. I rescheduled for another day, and go on my way. For my third trip, I finally make it back in good time and they completely ignored that I needed a cleaning and only did part of the fillings that I needed, and then said Id need two separate appointments to finish my fillings and get the cleaning that I had now been waiting for (the original reason I went). During the fillings that I got done, the woman doing them was rude, sighing and ignoring me when I said I was in pain. She then let the tool slip in my mouth and just laughed a bit and carried on, while my mouth was bleeding and I was in a lot of pain. I couldnt even wipe my tears because she just wanted to hurry up and get done. I have another appointment scheduled but I wont be showing up for that. I gave two stars just because the doctor, Katie was nice. Everything else is a mess. I wont be going back.

Staff were very friendly and serviced my daughter very well. Dr.woods and the sedation specialist from California named dr.miller..did a great job..I was sooo nervous that my daughter had to be sedated but everyone made me feel comfortable and as a parent Its embarrassing when your child has cavities but they made the visit a breeze and my daughter loved them too..
