I have had the pleasure of working with Latoya Taylor twice since I have opened my account and she has been amazing every time!!! She needs to be promoted to the next position because she is fantastic at what she does. Seriously. I promised her I would send her flowers and they are coming, girl!I was with U of M credit union and I thought vibe wouldnt be on their level, but how wrong I was! U of M sucks! Go with Vibe! Vine’s banking app is the WORST. Good luck successfully depositing a check without a million errors and having to try over and over again.

I went through the drive thru, the attendant was very nice. I was able to do what I came for.

A terrible place to bank with... Their loan officers treat you like animals amd demand information about personal spending. They had the gall to ask how much we spend on everyday items including food, gas, cigarettes, and much more. They do not care about anyone or anything other than taking your money every chance they get with outrageous fees and charges. I had someone drop off our house payment and they demanded his drivers license even though they do not bank with them or are on our mortgage. They asked them personal questions as well. They also sell personal information gathered in cases like this. Your personal information is not safe once these people get ahold of it.

ATM works to not charge credit union accounts but when I tried to break a few 20s into 10s through the tube system and they refused unless I had an account with them. Is that not what a bank does? Is this a new covid policy? It was not made clear to me. My credit union is rather far away since moving but I dont think I will be considering this establishment.

Brandy Ackerman is the best. She always helps me. I have a car addiction and I’ve had bought tons of cars using Oakland, now Vibe Credit Union. Brandy is the best she’s so helpful and never gives any push back for my sometimes difficult and high amount of requests! She’s a rock star! Thank you Vibe CU and Brandy!!!

I’ve been banking with Vibe Credit Union for a few years now and my only issues are lack of advancement. It seems like everything has to be done over the phone. I bank with Navy Federal Credit Union as well and receive more incentives and benefits.

Never had a problem with this bank. Great people! They ask how you are doing and seem to listen. My card had gotten messed up , just from use. And they were able to print me one right there, I thought I would have to wait a week and get it in the mail. Very nice building, things are clean and presentable.

Every time I come here Im treated with warm smiles and respect, very helpful and kind tellers here.

Didnt go in, just stopped by to use the drive-up ATM. I use another Credit Union, and often Co-Op CUs have zero-fee ATMs. Usually I dont even mind using one that has a fee because my bank will refund up to $10 in ATM fees each month.But this place not only had a fee, it was a $4 fee! No way am I doing that. Ill find another bank, thanks very much. Heck, I can go to Meijer, buy a pack of gum for a buck, and get out cashback with no added fees. Less out of pocket AND I get some gum.Forget this place and their insane fees.

Went in as a new customer and was out with in 30 minutes. The employees are very helpful with their banking options.

Great credit union. Nice staff. Muna was a pleasure to work with. My only gripe was I had to show proof of what I needed my loan for which prolonged my process but all in all, great experience.
