Joy was the most helpful lady , I was trying to get the very lowest interest rate for a auto loan . She went above and beyond and I ended up with a 1.99%. I have to say Joys personality is an asset to American 1 Credit Union ! I highly recommend this Branch I drove 1 hour there to pick up the check for the loan ! Joy made it well worth the visit !

The drive through ATM had retained my card so I went inside the branch to take care of my transactions. A very friendly representative took care of that and also provided a new card for me. Excellent service!

I have been a member of American 1 for several years, they have always been ready and able to help with my banking needs. They have great individuals working for them, and they have a great work ethic to achieve the outcome that benefits the customer.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with customer service. They were nice but I was bounced between card member service and team member services 3 times and still no one could get me where I needed to go to get a new card ordered after they screwed up and shut my card down. I will be closing my account and never do my banking with them ever again. Do not open an account here you will not be able to use your own money.

Twice in the last 2 years I have needed auto repairs close to $1000. each. Ive made the phone call and they have been there to help me. I just had an excellent experience with American 1 credit union. My wife and I wanted a auto loan for newly licensed 16 year old daughter(Lord help the people on the road, LOL). The Member Service Specialist by the name of LaJoyce made the entire loan process painless and kept a smile on her face and was welcoming during the entire loan process. I made a car loan. I hadnt made one in at least 20 years before my credit union was absorbed by American 1. I called the Canton office and spoke with Julia Burridge and told her of the special circumstances I had concerning the loan. I came in and she was able to accommodate my peculiar situation and this was the most effortless and speedy loan I believe Ive ever made. As the saying goes There wasnt one rock that wasnt overturned. to make sure I fully understood the conditions of the loan.Also I have enjoyed my other experiences with American 1.

I had stagnant credit (not good not bad) I cancelled credit cards years ago. Found out that’s not a good idea. My credit score dropped significantly (haven’t checked it in years). After finding this out I tried to get a credit card everywhere and was turned down. I spoke with Julia at the Canton branch, I explained my situation and she was able to get me a card with no issues. This will raise my credit score about 30 points and with monthly use and payoff I should be back in the 800’s in no time. Thank you for your help Julia.
