My wife and kids are patients of Dr. Williams, but I wasnt until the day my crown fell out and I could not get a hold of my dentist. My dentists voice mail was not accepting messages and was closed the next day. I think this all happened on a Thursday night. I had a business trip scheduled for Monday. My wife text her dentist. His cell phone number was given on the message left after hours. He text back right away and said for me to come in the next morning. Excellent job taking care of patients and their families!

We went into the office today as new patients. From the SECOND we walked into the office I felt, welcomed. Never for a second did I feel uneasy or uncomfortable. My husband and I needed X-rays and my 2 toddlers needed cleanings..the way the office is set up I could watch both of my children as they were being seen. We love going to Williams &Johnson Family Dental! From the elevator ride up in the cool mirrored building, the staff is kind and welcoming. My young children enjoy going to the dentist as they joke with everyone there, can watch tv and get to pick a treasure from the prize box! Had an issue, they could not see me for several weeks, called Williams dental group, got me in same day, resolved my issue and I switched immediately. What a huge difference. They are so wonderful. My dad recently had an issue, his front tooth fell out, called and he was seen in less than 2 hours. Amazing. Not just a group of dentists and assistants. Williams Dental is fantastic. Very friendly staff, always treated with a smile. My first visit my teeth were in bad shape. I had a tooth that needed pulled. It was killing me. They scheduled a time for me to come back in the same day. It was a huge relief to get it removed. After that removal I continued to visit regularly. At first I needed cleanings 3x a year. Now Im down to the typical 2. My teeth and gums have made great improvement. So glad this place was recommended to me. Its a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. They make you feel at ease immediately!

Could not say enough good things about this place! I have always had a fear of the dentist because of a bad experience when I was a kid. They were very understanding, met with me before they brought me to the chair to talk about all things involving my teeth, explained everything they would do before or as they were doing it, answered questions, etc. Recently my husband cracked his tooth in half and Dr. Williams was able to be reached after hours and was willing to come in and look at it. We’ve continued to text with questions and he is always very quick and helpful. He goes above and beyond for his patients- which we are very grateful to be!

This is an exceptional dental practice. I come in five minutes before my appointment. Tori (Office Manager) greets me without turning her chair. Hi Brian, we were expecting you. No need to sign in. Tracey will be with you in a moment. Tracey (Hygienist) enters the waiting room 30 seconds later. Tracey has the unenviable job of cleaning my teeth. I am one of those people who build tarter rather easily. Tracey did a meticulous job of scrapping, scratching, washing and polishing. She said That Sonicare is helping you, keep using it. I think she did great. In conclusion, I like this practice and recommend you check them out.

Ive been going to this dentistry for years, ever since I was a small child. The staff has always been so warm and welcoming and makes an effort to make sure everyone is comfortable. The presence of COVID-19 has done nothing to sway this establishments values and professionalism. I waited in my car until I received a text that it was time for my appointment to decrease exposure time to other people who also had appointments. I was seen right away, and all staff were wearing bandanas to cover their hair, face masks, and eye shields. There was also additional plexiglass walls for staff working the front desk. I wore a mask and used hand sanitizer that was provided by the team. Overall, this establishment has taken the precautions of reducing the spread of COVID-19 in stride and once again always make me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

I was happy with my Dentist but that was it. The way you have things set up I was unable to rinse out my mouth and spit it out. I realize that you are just starting this new setup, but if I cant rinse, and spit it out, then you have lost me as a patient. Your receptionist commented that the old pedestal was not very hygienic. Not my problem. Your problem. Figure out a way to solve it.
