I have been on a medication for AFIB for 4 years. Over the past year Ive been having breakthrough AFIB attacks, some lasting just a minute and occasionally a couple of hours, at least every other day. I was concerned my medication was no longer going to work. I started chiropractic care with Dr. Moss to relieve pain in my back. After a couple of months, I noticed that I was no longer having any breakthrough AFIB episodes. I am now 4 months with no AFIB and I believe this is completely due to the chiropractic care Im receiving. Its allowing my body to regulate my heart rhythm. Met at a fair and told them about my back ache. I did an X-ray where he said I needed a few alignments. I agreed and went through a six month program. I was giving a follow up X-ray and told that I needed more treatments. However, after spending 2976 on aligning my spine, buying his brands of supplements, going to his classes, buying his at home workout foam, I began questioning his recommendations. I thought something was amiss so I went to physical therapist in Canton and a second opinion in Marietta. In both locations I did an X-ray and a mri. On both occasions my result conclusively showed that I had no spinal issues rather the muscle around my scapula was the culprit. I should have been going to a massage therapist not a chiropractor however this office lied to me scammed me out of money then when I terminated my contract they sent my information to an interest bearing collections. A contract they have yet to provide me with a copy to see the details of. Horrible people. Be aware and get second opinion. Don’t be fooled like I was.

My family has never been to a chiropractor. This was all very new to us. I decided to bring my 15 month old to Dr. Moss because our doctor told us he possibly needed tubes (after only having 2 ear infections) and yet another antibiotic. We decided we no longer wanted a quick fix but (in general) we wanted to help our bodies by being proactive and decided to seek a chiropractor. I now wish I had seen Dr. Moss before going to our pediatrician. My son has been adjusted 3 times and has slept better since his last adjustment than he has in a LONG time. Because of the progress my son has made and learning what Dr. Moss believes about health, the rest of my family (including myself) are going to be assessed and see where our bodies are lacking. I am so thankful for a chiropractor that is invested in my family and seeks health- in all aspects.Not only am I super grateful for Dr. Moss but everyone in the office is amazing. I have never met such nice people who remember your name after only meeting you a couple of times.I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Moss and everyone in the office.

This place is 90% sales 10% chiropractic. From the required 3 hour meeting after initial xray (complete waste of time, sorry I know you had a heart felt moment in there) to the testimony wall and minimal time spent with patients. I dont blame them for having a marketing strategy, and if local patrons have too much money to see through the sales pitches and high priced treatment plans more power to ya Dr. Moss but Ill never be back to any chiropractor like this.

I have had alot of pain with my neck and shoulder, including fusions in my neck and was told never to go back to a Chiropractor because of the fusions and also scared, Dr. Moss has taken all my fear away and in a short time that I have been going I already have so much more movement in my neck and my shoulder pain is gone!! so thankful I found this place, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed, I would recommend this place 100%!!

Not only did he help me with my neck I also have severe Carpel Tunnel in both my hands. For the past month my hands would stay numb all day. Two hands specialist recommended surgery. I told Dr Moss about it and he recommended me to speak with Dr Gia who is on his staff. She explained to me this scraping procedure that she does for soft tissues. I figured I would give it a shot. WELL after just 1 treatment with DR Gia I immediately had relief. My hands felt 50% better . That night they didnt stay numb. After my 2nd treatment they got even better. I am so thankful to her for what she has done for me and will continue to see her for treatment. I was “that guy”. A sceptic who had little time and even less faith in chiropractic. After months of hip and neck pain which were residual effects of surgery, I was desperate. Dr Moss, Dr Gia, Whitney and Rachael changed my mind and my life. The neck pain is gone and the hip pain is improving. I started going to Dr. Moss at the end June to beginning of July. I was having severe pain in my upper left leg. I could barely walk up the stairs at home. I also had numbness in my left thigh for the past 5 years. I had been to my drs and they ran all sorts of tests that came back negative and they finally said it was due to my diabetes. I didnt like that result because I knew my body and it was telling me differently but I couldnt go any further because of drs so I just lived with it. When I started having pain in my upper leg my daughter suggested I go to her chiropractor. I went with her to one of her visits. I was skeptical because I had been to a chiropractor once before and wasnt impressed at all. After talking with Dr. Moss, I agreed to let him do an exam and boy was I surprised. Come to find out that I had some pinched nerves. I tried to get my drs to check this out but they didnt.Dr. Moss discussed with me the plan they would use and I figured it wouldnt hurt to try it.I sure am glad that I did. I no longer have pain in my leg and the numbness is slowly going away. My thigh was so numb that I was afraid to scratch it for fear I wouldnt feel if I scratched to hard and caused it to bleed. I no longer have that fear.I had a recheck yesterday to see how I was progressing and the results were amazing. I am doing so much better. I still have some more work to do but I know that with Dr. Moss and his team I will succeed. Also with their help I was able to get off of most of my over the counter meds I had been taking. I even found out that the multivitamin I was taking had an ingredient that was also in cement. YUCK!!! I was taking a total of about 21 pills a day and I am down to 10 pills a day. 4 of those are prescription medications and I hope to maybe be able to get off some of those in the future.I want to also let everyone know that the whole team is wonderful. They are ready to help you anyway they can and they believe and practice what they instruct you to do. This is the first time I’ve ever posting a bad review but I had to tell people about how I was hit with the classic bait and switch. My first visit was great! I met with Whitney and consulted with another nice lady doctor who reassured me they would do a specific adjustment, that has helped me tremendously in the past. Even Dr. Moss told me he has done the adjustment before and would do it on my second visit. After Dr. Moss analyzed my X ray and my enlightenment evaluation, he states he doesn’t do that adjustment because he doesn’t know me that well. He wanted to meet my wife and kids for 90 minutes..what a waste of time. They should of mentioned that on my first visit. Instead of treating me, it seemed all he was doing was trying to do was up-sell me. It’s a sad day when doctors start seeing patients as a quota.

Our family (4) highly recommends Moss Family Chiropractic. As of today we have been patients for 11 months. The entire practice is very efficient so you are in and out of the office. The staff all have great personalities and are always ready to help. I went to Dr. Moss nervous about trying chiropractic care, but every step of care was explained very well. I had been suffering from constant neck pain. Twenty years ago I had sustained injuries to my neck from various falls from cheerleading stunts. Back then I was prescribed muscle relaxers and pain killers. All of these years most days I would take ibuprofen - most often 800mgs at a time - until I developed an allergy, and most recently was taking two Aleve almost every day. I suffered from terrible headaches because of the pain that some days left me sick and unable to go about my day. I had accepted that it was just part of my life and I would deal with it forever. I have to admit, I didnt really expect Dr. Moss to be able to do much about it. However, after one month of treatments, I am no longer suffering from neck pain. I dont take pain medications daily or have to deal with the headaches. I have learned so much about myself and my health through all that Dr. Moss teaches and would recommend him to everyone!
