Dr. Nate and Dr. Mike are refreshingly unique in their approach to the correction of spinal issues and pain. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the level of contribution required by the patient to make healthy changes for optimal healing! The stretching routines help so much and the free clinics to teach patients how to do them, among other key health subjects, are an added bonus. The open room concept and calm, quiet music is very relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I never feel rushed when I am there, no matter how many questions I ask. My back pain is nearly gone, when I had almost conceded that this would just be something I had to deal with. I am so grateful for being referred here and the help I received for my back pain!

Just finished having an adjustment to my lower back by Dr. Sikora and it feels great. I’ve had a compressed disc in my lower back. Dr. James here at Holistic Family Chiropractic took a series of X-rays several weeks ago. Using the X-rays to illustrate how outta whack my vertebrates are in that part of my back, they came up with a plan on how to correct the alignment. By getting the proper rest, eating the right foods, continuing to exercise and coming in here at least once a week it’s really working. My visit started almost 2 yrs ago when Holistic Famjly Chiropractic honored The Patriot Program for vets. I could barely turn my head from side to side and after many complimentary treatments through the program my pain and lack of motion subsided. Together we worked through the VA and now I get visits on a regular basis. Being diagnosed with bad disc and back problems from years of abuse in the military they are addressing the issue and working towards the end solution. The staff and Drs are above professional standards. Very easy to talk with and make you feel like you are not alone in this jouney. Vets go through your local VA and stay on track. Very professional and result oriented. Helped me to prepare for a marathon by balancing out my footwear with inserts. This resulted in a lot less stress on my knees and ankles, and I havent had a problem since. That was over 3 years ago. From physicals for my family to any injuries caused by our sometimes active/sports lifestyle, CFHM is first on my list to see, when we need something fixed.

I initially started chiropractic care about 2 years ago in hopes of decreasing migraine headaches. Within 2 months, they decreased from 1-2 per week to 1-2 per month!
