Alyssa does an amazing job every appointment! Every appointment I feel super welcomed in the store and the experience is always fantastic. I would recommend Deka lash to anyone!

I am pretty new at the eyelash lift thing so I wasn’t expecting too much but She only took 30 mins and I don’t like the results. I know my eyelashes are not as long as others but I went to a different salon a couple months ago and she was able to get more of a lift and her process was an hour long. The only reason I didn’t go to her this time is because she was booked. I didn’t even get any after care instructions or anything really. For the price I paid I think it was not worth it.

My Mom and I first experience at deka lash was terrible. Deka has this “big” name and all we are so good but are no good. We got our True Express eyelashes for a full set done and by the next day they were falling out. We understood that 3 lashes fall out a day but whole sets of lashes were falling out of both of ours. We called to explain this to them and the Manager said that we could can get them done but don’t have our expectations high because they were not going to be how they were. However our expectations were high that they would not be falling out before we got to Florida. My Mom explained to the manager that we are on vacation in Florida and would not be back in their 5 day window. She then said that when we get back we would be out of their “5 day window” and that’s not how they do things. We explained we would take a refund and negotiate what we thought was fair because we didn’t want to come all the way back and get 2 1/2 eyelashes put back on and it be a waste of time. But of course the manager said they don’t do refunds. We just think it’s not fair that we paid $100 a piece for these lashes and they didn’t even last a week. Fairly they should just give us a new set when we come back to get a “fix”. However we have not gone back yet to get them “fixed” because we are still in Florida! But after that I know we will not be back. PSA caution yourself before going to Deka.

Dekalash has earned my business. The facility is nice and clean. Makenzi is my lash tech and does amazing. Im never disappointed when she does my lashes. This is my second time round going and i must say hands down the best. She has stopped me from driving to Cleveland to get lash extensions to now driving 10 minutes down the road. Facility is nice and clean. They always run on time. Im truly satisfied with Dekalash and will remain coming to them.

Its a nice atmosphere you can easily get an appointment. They are working on a variety of express services. Not perfect lashes but getting there

Staff member who did my lashes (Nicky/Manager) didn’t listen to what I wanted. I asked for C curl lashes and she continuously said I should go with D curls (which i ended up not liking). I ended up with a very voluminous and heavy look when I wanted something much more natural. She didn’t use different length lashes on the corners and longer ones in the center as I had specifically requested to taper the open eye look - all were the same length (I had requested 12mm in the center and 10mm on the sides). She also failed to offer me any products, just took payment and seemed to rush me out the door when my service was complete. Being the manager, she had to stop and check in with other staff members and customers during my appointment which kept me there over 2+ hours. I like the idea of this franchise but think with it being a new location additional training should be done. Maybe I’ll book another appointment but with a different staff member, and request classic lashes instead of hybrid.

I had found an offer on groupon and they told me not to purchase , they will match the price . I paid for a volume set and it did not meet my expectations of volume at all. I had sent them pictures of pervious lashes I loved that was a hybrid set (and I can’t back to that tech she is no longer with us) . They offered to fix them for me and I came back the next day and they gave me a diffeent curl and dimension , I appreciate them fixing them for me . I just don’t like that they only used promade fans because it doesn’t get the same full dark depth look as handmade fans . But other than my own personal professional beliefs they were awesome and have a good crew and they all have real talent there !
