Absolutely fantastic! I have always had terrible experiences with salons but my stylist Briana made me feel so welcome. She was so kind. I gave her a very hard goal and she exceeded all my expectations! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a cut and or color! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with what I felt were genuine answers. Everyone working was also very kind, fun and helpful! I’ve never felt so confident in my life. Not enough space for all the good things I could say. 10/10 would recommend, 100% I will be back!💗

I have to say I am extremely impressed! I absolutely love my new haircut! Stacie was able to do my hair the way I wanted and it came out way better than I could have asked for! Best $25.00 haircut I have ever gotten!!!! I enjoyed having my hair shampoo and I even got a little style done! My husband doesnt like short hair however he loves my hair like this! Lori did my cut and color just a few weeks ago, and I am very happy with the results. She listened to what I wanted, and used her expertise to help me pick the perfect highlight colors for me. She is very professional, and super sweet! The salon was immaculate, and the entire staff was friendly! I will definitely be back to visit !!

Booked with Stacie for hair cut and hair color. She is always very professional and does a fantastic job on my hair. She really knows my hair as it is very thick and course. She is willing to take the time to work with me and help fix any problem areas of my hair. Been using her for years. However, last night there was another stylist working in the shop also, Nicole, who was very unprofessional. Nicole was not really helping to answer the phones unless asked and when she did, every time she got off the phone she had a negative comment to make to about the customer so that the entire shop could hear (makes me wonder what she might say about me if I were to call in). This is really the first stylist I have encountered in the shop in a very very long time that has not been professional.

I did not visit myself, rather my boyfriend did. The stylist was very friendly, but did not give the best haircut, he said. (Of course, I would have insisted that she recut it, but what do I know!)

The salon was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. My stylist is the best around. I always ask for her now. Shes extremely good at her job, and she always remembers exactly what I want in a haircut, color, and eyebrow wax. Going there is always a good experience. And it is awesome that now that Im older, I get a senior discount, which helps since Im now retired.

Great experience, nice ladies, no wait on a walk-in. Nothing negative to say at all. Its not a high end salon, its a strip mall haircut with great people and they do a nice job. Dont expect to be getting a $60-100 experience for $20 and youll walk away happy and satisfied... and thats the whole point, right?? Ill go back again! Thanks for the haircut!

Erica colored my hair brown. I never asked her to color that. Im a blonde. Also, cut it, she didnt cut it correctly or color it right. When she was all done I got to look at it. I told her I didnt like it -I HATED IT. Then I remembered her telling me if you dont like your hair you have a 7 day warranty. So I made appointment on the next day. She was giving me attitude. I was worried that she might make it worse ☹️, Also, there air conditioner is broken down it was so hot in there. They said last time this happened to took a week half too get it fixed. So I went somewhere else to get it fix. I paid them to make it look Great.

I took my toddler son for a haircut. I will definitely be back. The lady who cut his hair was very nice. They have a little tractor chair for the little kids to sit in. They also have a little TV to play a movie on to keep the kids attention. I would highly recommend place for kids haircuts! Plus it was only $12.95. So much cheaper than the other place that only does kids haircuts. :) And Famous did a MUCH better job too.

A few months ago I went to my usual place, for my usual cut, and there was a new girl📍rl, Sydney. My regular cut is a pixie with longer bangs. I left with something resembling a flattop, or undercut, being almost shaved bald on both sides.The next day I went to Cost Cutters, and Megan was so empathetic, helpfully, and positive. She was able to cut what I had left, to style my hair into a faux hawk. Its not the style Id choose, but everyone said I rocked it. I went back again in a few weeks to get it blended better after some growth. Now Im finally ready for my regular cut again, and of course will go to Megan. From the last cut its grown out so well, I can almost style it into a pixie. THAT is a great cut. I dont care if they arent a high end salon. I love this place and Megan!

Honestly this was probably the best haircut Ive had in a long time. I cant remember the name of the woman who cut my hair but she did a great job. Excellent service for the price. If I werent leaving Canton in a few weeks I would definitely be back again.

This particular store has such amazing stylists! I could not believe that they do high end salon work like they do at Famous Hair! Robin is an amazing colorist and stylist! I swear she is the best! I dont even have to do anything but mention a color and sit down. She is a master and Ive never been so confident to let someone just take the wheel on my hair like that ever! The hair stylist, Jessica, took something she heard from a client while cutting her hair and used it to bash and shame another human being. Youre supposed to feel safe and like youre being transformed when going to a salon. Jessica also trashed the clients hair. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.

Horrible with color. One of the managers colored my hair.... Was supposed to be red brown and turned it Barney purple... Took 5 hours doing it then refused to fix or refund me. I had to go to another salon and pay 250.00 to have the color stripped and redone. I had to make several complaints to the famous hair corporate before getting my money refunded.!worst experience of my life!!! Never go here for color

Expensive...the lady almost pulled out my ear piercing with her comb, was charged full price ($17.50) just to have my ends trimmed...Will never go back.
