Ever wanted to have surgery and then never be able to speak to someone at the practice if you have an issue? If so, this is the place to go! I love Dr. Stringham, but this practice is an absolute disaster. Be prepared to wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes just to be sent to voicemail! I think I’m having a surgical complication and I had to wait on hold for over 25 minutes and when I finally got transferred, I was sent directly to voicemail. Had so many issues with my medication post-op and the nurses kept on forgetting to send the prescription over. This went on for 2 days. Super displeased and disappointed that my insurance doesn’t cover anyone else locally.

I love this practice. Dr. Kauffman educates during the exam, and answers all of my questions without making me feel like he needs to get to the next patient. Hes funny and kind and, while I would like to not HAVE to see a doctor, hes definitely one to keep in my contacts. Thank you, Dr. K!

My first visit to Dr. Ingley....I was given a hearing test by Cindy Weiss (audiologist). She was prompt, friendly, and genuinely caring. She was very easy to talk with, and she did a great job making me feel at ease during the testing. I felt very comfortable and I enjoyed my visit. She did a great job listening to my concerns and she was helpful in making sure I did my best.

Doctor Kaufmann and the team at Northwest ENT are wonderful. Professional Staff that was prompt and polite from the receptionist through the Doctor exam visit through the Audiologist testing. Would Highly recommend. Get your ears cleaned and get you hearing checked. It is important!

My appt was on a Monday in the PM at the Canton, Ga location. The office staff were all professional and friendly. The wait time was reasonable (15 minute wait in lobby then seen immediately once in examination room). Dr. Kauffman was professional, had a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable with a clear action plan once CT Scan results come back. Based on this experience, I would recommend this Dr. and staff.

I have been working with Dr. Drumheller to improve my hearing. Owing to a rare complication whereby I experience a reflex reaction very similar to an allergic reaction when the hearing device is placed in my left ear canal, its been a challenge for me. Since I was initially diagnosed with significant hearing loss in 2012, I have tried several types of hearing aids. In each case, I experienced the onset of post nasal drip leading to sore throats and ear aches. After several weeks of discomfort, I would then stop using the hearing aids. Unfortunately, my hearing loss became progressively worse. After 8 years and several audiologists, I returned to Northwest ENT and Dr. Drumheller as she had provided me with the most comprehensive examinations and diagnostic care. She is also genuinely invested in finding a solution to my hearing loss. I am now using behind the ear hearing aids from Signia. I can wear the hearing aid on my right ear without problems. Though I still experience the reflex reaction in the left ear, I can mitigate the effect by varying the daily use of the hearing aid in the left ear. I am also hoping that the side effect will diminish over time. The benefits of hearing again are definitely worth the efforts. I am very grateful to Dr. Drumheller for her commitment to finding a solution for me.

After Dr. Kaufman performed surgery and recommended shots 3 years ago, my quality of life has improved dramatically. The allergy techs are my favorite! Lilly and Jessica are amazing and make what would otherwise be a hassle having to be there so often for shots, enjoyable and engaging. I cant say enough good things about these ladies!

Katie was able to change two parts on each hearing aid, clean them for a second time, turn one hearing aid up and the other down, and check Rod’s ears for wax! She also determined that drying Rod’s ears prior to inserting the hearing aids will enable them to work at their best! As always, Katie was thorough and efficient in diagnosing and correcting the problem! She is caring, friendly and professional at all times. We are highly satisfied and very impressed with the care and service she provides!

First time going to this facility and I love how inviting it is. It was very easy to find, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The office is nice and open and clean. The doctor u saw was Dr. Stringham and he is attentive, has a great personality and bedside manner. He was thorough and I was in and out which I liked. I was having a nasal passage cauterized and he explained everything he was doing and why. It hurt so much more than I thought it was going to but Im so glad it was Dr. Steingham and his team that were the ones I went to for this. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Dr. Stringham is a wonderful ENT. He performed my most recent sinus surgery and has been monitoring my progress for well over a year. I Got yelled at by some chubby secretary named Daphne about not wearing my mask properly. The other secretary was also quite rude. As we were leaving the Doctors office we walked by three other employees that had their masks down around their neck. A bunch of hypocrites. Ill drive an hour out of the way to avoid this place.

5 years ago Dr. thought I had Meningitis sent me to Dr. Kaufman he drilled a hole in my skull found nothing but infection cleaned it out all is good since then. Trust him with my life.

These people are amazing and knowledgeable. Only reason I didnt give 5 star, Im new and were trying to figure out my problem. Due to meds Ive had problems with, makes it more difficult. But they are determined and so am I.

Dr. Kauffman is excellent. He did an excellent job putting tubes in my daughter. He was thorough in answering questions, attentive to my busy toddler, and very professional. The staff was also excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend Northwest ENT and Dr. Kauffman.

Dr. Kaufman listened to me when my other ENT did not. He performed surgery and I have been actually sleeping again. So far, I have been very pleased with my results.
