I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Stryk and his staff. My child had blood work recently and, based on how it was reported by the lab, I was really concerned. I called Dr. Stryk’s office to make an appointment so i could get an understanding of the results and to discuss other things I was concerned about. All I had to say on the phone was that I was concerned and the person who scheduled appointments said immediately she would check for cancellations. They got us in less than a week later!!! Outstanding, especially for a specialist!! Dr. Stryk is so kind and really takes the time to listen and to make sure he covers all bases to reassure you. He is fantastic with kids and makes everyone so comfortable. I am beyond pleased we found him and that his office is so caring as well. Highly recommend!

We took our 10 yr old son to get tested for allergy based on our Pediatrician’s recommendation.  Everything went smoothly thank goodness. We worked with the front office to get our balance and we were told that they have to bill the insurance first before they tell us the balance.After they have applied our deposit and got the balance they told us our balance and we paid that bill (almost $1,000) over the phone that same day.  That was in January 2020.  We received a bill in March saying that we still have a balance.  Everyone was locked out because of Corona and the office was not answering calls and no way to leave voice mail.We called a couple of times with the same result.  We received another bill in April and still the office is closed and we couldn’t get any details as to what that remaining balance was.  While the whole world was on lock down during this pandemic, the office saw fit to hand over that remaining balance to a collection agency without us understanding the details of the remaining balance.We were so surprised to get a collection letter for the remaining balance (which was a few hundred dollars).  We called the office to try and get the details again only to be told that our account is in collection and only a manager can get the details and none was available at that time.We find the action of the office offensive and very inhumane in light of the extenuating circumstances the world is having.  We will be paying the balance now that we know the details that we had been asking for but what a great way to keep client loyalty and build trust during these difficult times!

Dr. Stryk is the best doctor I ever had. Super friendly & makes me feel important. He cares & is well knowledgeable. He explains everything very well for my understanding. I recommend going to him. I now know what Im allergic to & my asthma is under control. Feels good to be able to breathe!

I really think the Dr is great but did not detect my allergies I was having with consuming food. Ironic that he didn’t run any tests or even to do that since he is allergy doctor.The collection method it’s horrible. The staff has full range to talk to you in any means possible to you. They will deny you service if you have any outstanding amount. They don’t even care if you have an inhaler to breathe. I would NOT recommend them to anyoneAnd if you don’t have insurance your NOT going to get an appointment. Totally in it for the money

Dr. Stryk is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I dont think Ive ever had a more enjoyable doctors appointment in my life.Would recommend him to anyone with asthma or allergies.FYI, its suite 360. Use the main entrance and go to the third floor.

I highly recommend this practice for allergies. The doctors are very thorough, knowledgeable, and clear with the course of treatment. I do not feel like just another patient when I go, the doctors, nurses, and office staff are familiar with my allergy issues. The nurses are very respectful and know what works for my shots to make them more comfortable. The office staff have always been polite and organized with my information. If you are looking for an allergy clinic that has high standards, this is the place.

Great staff, caring treatment. I have gone to them for 20 years now and they have always given consistent care. If you are looking for an allergy or asthma specialist I cant say enough good things about them.

I have had wonderful experiences with Dr Stryk. This is one of the most organized and efficient offices I have been in; minimal waiting times, organized and well-presented forms and friendly staff. The office also knew which pharmacies would have the best rates for the medicines I was prescribed, sending the Rx to 3 different pharmacies to save the most money. Highly recommend this office.

It is really sad that you can’t call to get a rescue inhaler filled when they are closed for the weekend and the holiday. I only have one and it fell out of myPocket and broke. I am going out of town on Sunday and am in need of my medicine. Very disappointed that now I will have to go to urgent care or ER to get my inhaler that could have been easily solved.

I have been a patient of this practice for at least 2 years. Dr Stryk is one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have known. He is thorough and precise in all of his examinations and testing. He always dictates a note to my primary physician each time I have an office visit so that everyone is on the same page. I go every few weeks for allergy shots and the staff that I interact with are impeccable! Even when I have had insurance snafus we both work together to correct the issue. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking allergy and asthma relief. You will not go wrong!

My daughter (9 years old) saw Dr. Stryk yesterday - he was amazing with her! He talked to her and asked her all of the questions, then we as parents only needed to jump in when she didnt know an answer or we felt that her answer wasnt quite enough. The staff were all very friendly with her. The nurse that performed her allergy test explained the process to her and let her see the contraption they use to poke her back. Glad that is where her pediatrician referred her to.

Dr. Stryk is a phenomenal doctor who truly cares about his patients. His ability to listen, digest, and diagnose even the strangest of conditions is one of kind. Not only did he improve my quality of life, I think he saved it. I fully entrust him with my health as well as the health of my family. Dr. Stryk has earned my highest recommendation.

Dr. Stryk is very through and attentive to my medical needs. He is always cheerful and seems happy to help. My allergies are now under control. Can’t recommend enough!

I took my son and daughter to Canton Asthma & Allergy during the summer and left with a positive experience. Dr. Wang was polite to my children. She adequately addressed my many questions pertaining to food allergies and asthma. Services overall were very good and fast. I am referring my wife for a visit in the next couple of weeks.Note to Canton Asthma & Allergy: When you get a bad review, do not respond by casting doubt on the legitimacy of the reviewer. Simply issue a heartfelt apology for the patient’s poor experience and extend an invitation to contact your office to discuss the matter.

My 18 year old son went to Canton Allergy earlier this year while still at high school. While I have no beef with services provided, I do have a complaint about their collection methods. Apparently they sent my son several bills for over $600. Again he was not working so he ignored them. I was going through my old mail and found one of my sons bills. In addition to the balance they wanted $187.38 for collection fees which I find absurd. I tried calling today and offered to pay the balance, but I refused to pay the collection fee. I have seven kids and six are still covered by my insurance. We receive dozens of bills annually and I cover all of these. I have never seen any doctor charge collection fees this outrageous. The office manager refused to wave the fee. In fact I found her tone and choice of words to be very rude. Rather than work with me to resolve this she wanted to lecture me on how her two twenty something children would never let it get to the point it had to be turned over to collections. Well if that is the way they want to treat someone trying to pay a bill they will get nothing from me. Again, I am not complaining about the medical services provided. I am complaining about their predatory collection methods and rudeness over the phone. If anyone uses this practice dont fall behind on your bill or it will cost you a pretty penny.

I saw Dr. Stryk for the first time today and I was really impressed with him and his staff. Dr. Stryk spent a lot of time asking questions and thoroughly evaluating me. Hes very cordial and easy to talk to. Im glad I found his practice and highly recommend him!

Bad service

Its so nice when a doctors office is ten start on the three cs . Courteous, considerate and caring. Dr Stryk is wonderful and professional as is his staff. This is the allergy office to go to.

I highly recommend Dr. Stryk and Canton Asthma and Allergy. Dr. Stryk has greatly helped our daughter with her asthma issues and has gotten her on the road to doing so much better with her breathing! I am so pleased with how much better she is due to his intervention. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.

We highly recommend Dr. Steven V. Stryk and his team. They are all very nice and attentive to our needs. We are able to get appointments that work for us and we are in and out quickly with little to no waiting. Our son is 10 and has been seeing Dr. Stryk for several years. Our son has had multiple medical problems and we greatly appreciate the way Dr. Stryk works with our PCP, and other specialty physicians to provide the best care and outcome. In fact one time Dr. Stryk was so concerned he walked with us across the hall to have a joint visit with an ENT. We were so amazed that he took that time and effort to make sure we received the best care. We will never forgot how comforted that made us feel. Our son loves how goofy Dr. Stryk is and that he makes the visits fun for him. He says Dr. Stryk is the best doctor in the world. We are so happy to have such a caring, fun, and knowledgeable doctor as part of our health care team.

The scratch skin test gave me a lot of answers but I wasnt really happy with how rushed I was to get me out of there after my results. Dr. Wang threw me about 6 prescriptions for asthma and allergy medicines, didnt take much time for me to process everything she was saying, and kind of booted me out. Not the kind of service I want for a $600 appointment.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office and their staff! Very friendly receptionist and amazing nurses. Most of all I have the utmost respect for Dr Steven V Stryk, he helped me with an ongoing problem that I was suffering with for the past 10 years. I have been to several doctors and have never gotten answers...Dr Stryk took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform the tests to figure out the correct plan of action and medication! I was very depressed before he helped me to get back to feeling healthy!! I have not suffered from asthma attacks, bronchitis or coughed non stop since his diagnoses and treatment plan. He continues to monitor my progress I am deeply thankful for such an intelligent, respectful and caring doctor!! The world needs more doctors like Steven Stryk!!

Never go here. Never.First, they werent able to do anything for us and were rude about it. Ok whatever. Some people are just rude.But guess what happens next - they mail me a bill and then I make the payment on November 16th. I have this on record through my credit card.Now, on December 13th, they contact a Debt Collector and claim I have not paid the bill. Add debt collector fees and want me to pay that too.Well tried guys. Stay away from these people - their service isnt great, and then they keep look for ways to make more money off you.

They did not inform me about my deductible what so ever and a week later i got a huge bill in the mail.
