Jennifer Osborne You’re entitled to your opinion but I strongly disagree with you. You are misleading people by saying things like that. Doctor James Craig is by far the best doctor I have ever found and he can help save many more lives. Also, Camil is a perfect addition to the team. Please understand that they mean the world to me and many others.

Words don’t do justice for what this entire staff has done for me and meant to me. Full of compassion and understanding, no matter the situation . They are with you every step of the way until success is achieved , and believe me, if you follow there guidance , success will follow.Love you guys! Thank you so much.

I just wanna say how disappointed I was to find out this is where my daughter chose to come get the care she needed. The Doc I hear is fabulous but my disappointment is with the woman who works upfront greeting the patients and checking them in. Talk about rude and condescending! Sadly this woman Camille is a downfall to this business and unfortunately its people like her that cause these patients seeking a better life to give up and go back out there to the streets where they end up possibly getting something that is potentially deadly. She feels as if she can talk down and judge these patients and speak to them anyway she wants. Again its very sad this is the person the patients have to deal with when they first come in for their appt. Because of Camille this Dr lost a patient today. Everyone deserves to be respected.

This man is a wonderful doctor and I love the Manger. They care so much about their patients and want them to do better for them.

I go to this doctors office with my wife, who is a patient or now was a patient. From the beginning the receptionist Camille has had this condescending attitude but I stay out of things like that and I just kept telling my wife to just ignore her, do what you need to do, see the dr and let’s get out of here. By the way I met dr Craig a few times great guy very humble. The past month and a half my wife and I have been dealing with death after death in our family. There’s been times we had to reschedule and not ONCE did they apply a late fee or even mention a late fee. We even came one day according to Camilleat the wrong time and couldn’t be seen that day and STILL was not charged a fee of $220 the next visit. But because this time my wife in ALL her right told Camille she had a family emergency and was not willing to indulge in explaining what our personal family emergency was she decided this time when my wife showed up she would then let her know she would be charged a late fee. Mind you I was sitting with my wife whileshe was on the phone with them because we were on our way to our family emergency and absolutely nothing was said about this “no show/late fee”on the phone either. Why? Because I feel Camille really wants to be my wife’s doctor when she is not. My grandmother is a nurse and even said not even the dr has the right to ask what a family emergency was about unless my wife of course decided to speak to HER doctor about it. Did I mention I drive my wife a HOUR away from where we live to come to this office? Because we truly liked the doctor. We could have easily went to the doctor in town. Thankfully my wife’s situation is very mild but it’s people like Camille that send people who really desperately need to be seen back to the streets. She needs a new job path. The funny thing is my wife’s mom was with her and they told her to stay out of it when her mother would have actually paid the difference for her daughter to be seen but the condescending attitude and the lies straight to my wife’s face was more then enough to decide this was no longer the place she will be coming anymore. It’s a sad thing to see a office built to supposedly help people be turned into a money hungry place where that’s all they care about. You lost a patient you see every month over $60. Shameful.

Cant say enough about Dr. Craig AND Staff... Sometimes a bit of wait, but you dont realize it because office staff makes your visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Craig does give you his undivided attention. He also will help with issues you may be concerned about regarding your health. Hes very smart, discussing and suggestions to your next step (specialist, ect.) . He really goes beyond what most doctors in his field do. He seems to be interested in your whole wellbeing in general. Never do you feel like cattle on a conveyor belt.

Dr.Craig is an amazing doctor!! I just cant say enough how much good this man has given me. I have fallen off the wagon a time or two, and he is always there to pick me up,with open arms and so much love. Not one person in this office has EVER made me feel less of a person because of my addiction or mental illness. They NEVER judge! Its awesome to be welcomed by such great and loving people. Thank you for getting me through such dark times in my life.

Dr. Craig is so understanding, patient, and kind. He has incredible bedside manner and you never feel rushed. He actually cares about each and every patient!
