First things first: The nursing staff, for me, was first-rate. The rest is another story. I have been to and worked at other facilities, so I have some experience. On the phone I was told that I could bring my laptop and kindle and would be able to utilize both of them. If you dont allow them, dont lie. I would have brought books. My detox case manager filled out my weekly survey himself with 75% incorrect info. My clinician left 2 weeks in. That happens, but I wasnt told until 4 hours before she left. Why not transition me to a new clinician gently? I specifically requested a female clinician and got a male, who talked about his motorcycle, not once about me. The groups are good, although they are obviously optional as some patients went to zero in 30 days. The schedule is a joke, never correct. Then they blatantly lied to me to get me to continue treatment at their PHP. Specifically told me, after checking, that I could use my kindle, would have my phone every evening, laptop use, etc. My dad was dying and I said I would need to see him immediately. Not so, again lied to. I would take everything with many grains of salt.

Bedrock Recovery is the quintessential dichotomy. The staff at Bedrock is competent, capable, cares enormously for the welfare of its clients and is accessible. The clients are a torturous experience (NOT all of them). They act like its a vacation and a college frat party; repeat customers make it look like the premiere revolving-door detox center (although I firmly believe that their priority is the insurance company sending the check). In truth, similar to other detox facilities, it is essentially outright lockdown. Most people sleep all day but the clients with an IQ above 6 feel the emotional torture that is inflicted upon them consistently. Its food is the worst in terms of quality, conceivable; prison food is markedly better. On the flip side, Carissa is a super intelligent, unshakable supervisor; you WILL NOT FOOL HER.I didnt talk to her much but I have immense respect for her style, analytical capacities and commitment to the clients, who often act like callous and indifferent cement heads.I also want to acknowledge Alex, Erin, Bella and the super cool nurses, who really enjoy their job, which I guarantee you is not easy.Out of respect for the facility and, in particular, the professional staff I will not provide any further veracious analysis.Best of luck to anyone who chooses that facility; if it doesnt fit your persona, its perpetual agony.Note; the above incisive commentary is wholly accurate.

I filled out a form online and received a call back within 15 minutes! The intake specialist knew exactly what I was going through. He shared a bit of his story and made me feel comfortable. I was convinced that all I needed was outpatient but I’m so happy he provided his insights and knowledge so that I made the right decision for me. I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival as it was my first time in treatment. But it definitely erased the negative images that are associated with rehab facilities. It was very clean and the staff really tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I feel fortunate to have met so many wonderful people. It’s no wonder so many from across the country are referred here - if you’re looking for help, Bedrock is your answer!

The facility is clean and the staff was wonderful. The detox and in-patient treatment i received at the facility provided me with a great foundation to move forward to the next phase of my recovery. The meals were great, nice gym, lots of group activities and the 55 smart TVs in the room all made me feel like I was at home. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking to re-gain control of their life of addiction.

Multiple attempts for Kaylee from claims/billing to return phone calls.....and she refuses.Another CS Rep has left multiple message with Kaylee to attempt and resolve claims with insurance company, with insurance company personally calling to explain HOW to get Bedrock paid. But Kaylee refuses. So this is my way of letting her bosses know. Its literally unbelievable. We are trying to get them paid, and Kaylee refuses to acknowledge our existence. And the one time we got to speak with Kaylee.....she was extremely rude and argumentative.

For me, this was not a good fit. I spent too much time looking for the the things they promised (like phone calls to family), and not on my recovery. Case management was awful, truly horrible, and the clinical staff kept their own hours. My fellow clients loved this place, so obviously my review is biased. Please dont make your decision based on my review, just take it into consideration. Dont believe the call center, they will lie to you, and most likely have never been here! This is a very secure facility, which gave me a feeling of being incarcerated (Ive never been incarcerated, but Bedrock felt like it)

I recently had a loved one go through treatment here and the care they received was exceptional! The staff is very helpful in guiding their patients in the right direction specific to their unique needs. I’m in recovery myself for the past 3 1/2 years and have been in numerous detox facilities over the past ten years. Bedrocks treatment plan and after care plan was very helpful in my family members need. I would highly recommend Bedrock.

From the open and transparent communication from all levels of their staff to the seamless referral process, this is a business relationship that I hope to continue for years to come. My sister went through Bedrock Recovery Center a few months ago and it saved her life. The staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable and compassionate. They worked with our family to ensure she received the best treatment possible. They helped her determine the root of her addiction while also preparing her for the future. The group sessions were phenomenal and she received one on one care as well. She was a knew person when she left! She has been sober ever since. Our family has Bedrock to thank! I would recommend Bedrock to any family or person who is struggling with addiction. I’m beyond grateful for the care she received here.

Miracles do happen! My best friend turned from alcohol and drug addiction, for which she almost lost her life. She entered the program scared, full of anticipation, anxiety but desperate to turn her life around. I spent each day thankful that one more day had passed and and she was still at the program. The program gave her comfort, companionship, support and exposure to outside groups like AA and commitment meetings. They even had alcohol and drug free dances and parties that all the clients could attend, be out at a social event with everybody desiring to be free of their addiction and having fun. With time, many friends were made and ultimately support groups amongst each other. Life was changing, happy, building confidence and belief that she would have a fulfilling life free of addiction. It all happened and during and after treatment support groups are formed that remain faithful and supportive to keep the new life going. The old friend was back, living life to the full. For the first time in her lifetime she secured jobs independent of others weight. she even worked in a detox center following treatment and her own experiences gave her much compassion and empathy for those now entering the program. Her determination to have a new life was strong but without all the support this program provided during treatment and post treatment her upward road world not have happened. I would say, your desire for a new life, a release from fear and despair and addiction will be accomplished through this great facility. Reading this post is your first step to recovery, your thinking and hoping. Without a shadow of doubt, this program will give you much hope, belief and support that your dream for a new you will happen. Best of luck on your future, keep believing, it will happen. Your day of freedom will come with this program. Take care, be safe, be kind to yourself and believe. Get that help, this program will give it all to you ❤️

I went to Bedrock for detox in March. I came from the Midwest, and they made the travel and transition easy, pleasing and comfortable. As you can imagine, it was not what I exactly wanted to be doing that Sunday morning but someone was in contact with me at all times throughout the flight and airport to make sure I was doing okay. Then they were waiting for me at the baggage claim to take me to the Treatment Center. From beginning to end, I loved my experience at Bedrock. The food, people, nurses, beds, rooms, etc. we’re all fantastic. Many of the employees went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling my best and I couldn’t be more grateful. Covid was on the CSS floor during my stay in detox, so they had to find other locations and treatment centers for us to continue onto. Honestly, I just wanted to go back to Indianapolis but Aine found me an open spot at another center. It’s because of Aine’s & Bedrocks hard work and passion for what they do that I continued treatment and continue to stay sober today. It’s a wonderful place and I met amazing people in just my week spent there in Detox. I’d recommend to anyone who is seeking help!

Extremely unprofessional right out of the gate. Tried getting my fiancé into this center and the people could not have been any worse. They were able to accept her same day which was great down side we had to contact people and find flights to get this ball rolling. We told them we would contact them in a half hour to let them know if she would be coming that day or the following. Within the matter of ten minutes she received roughly 5 phone calls and then they started contacting her emergency contact number twice. After no one picked up they sent her a text saying they put all this time into her and now shes ghosting them. First off who says ghosting? No one professional thats for sure. Once we expressed our disappointment with this situation he explained we should be grateful that they were checking in on her. If that was the case then a text explaining that they had been trying to get a hold of her and unsuccessful that they were concerned would have been way better. Instead they acted like used car salesmen and said we were ghosting them. Based on all the other terrible reviews on this place I feel blessed that we did not pick this place we found another center and got her in same day.

I thank Bedrock for helping me get my life back on track. I had some brief sobriety in the past but fell back into drinking and , the disease tricked me into thinking I had my chance and blew it , that I could never get sober again. I felt like every road I took was just going to lead me to the bottom of bottle. Friends left, family wouldn’t talk to me. I was alone and scared and wanted life to end. All of that changed when I got to bedrock. My first few days I didn’t leave me my room because I was still in that dark abyss. Gradually though the amazing detox staff talked with me and made me feel loved and cared about. I began going to groups and learning from them and my care team that there may actually be hope. And eventually they showed me that there was actually indeed hope! Even the aftercare group by Keryn and Andrew inspired me to continue further treatment at Recovering Champions, and I thank God for everystaff member at Bedrock who saved my life! Dont ever stop trying! I dont care how many times you mess up!! Change will come and it is uplifting and motivating experience ! The best high ever is to be clean and get to know the real you. My wife went to this facility and immediately upon our first phone call I knew something was wrong. The staff was wonderful as far as keeping me updated with her progress, however she was taking cold showers and apparently every person in there was. When confronting her nurse about this they gave me excuse after excuse as to why she was not able to take a hot shower. Maintenance this and that and kept tripping over her words. Also can someone explain why the food is so awful? My wife decided to leave treatment on Day 7 due to feeling dehumanized. How about we were advised to bring her toiletries and they didn’t even let her have her own body wash (mind you I did an ingredient check on EVERYTHING to make sure no alcohol was in her stuff) I thought at least having her own toiletries would provide some comfort but they didn’t even let her use them? Her roommate completely took over her toothpaste and I specifically bought her special things that she could identify as hers and yet someone else is entitled to her belongings? I have tried calling several times since she left treatment and it’s almost as if they have blocked my number. No one has attempted to reach out and I have nowhere I can leave a message because my calls are being forwarded to a line with no voicemail box. This place is a waste of money and complete trash and I cannot wait to let my insurance company know how inhumane and awful they treated my wife. I had something shipped to her for Valentine’s Day and was attempting to call them to have them return the item to sender and again... my number can’t seem to get through to the facility. DO NOT GO HERE. OH And not to mention, neither my wife or I were allowed to see the facility prior to her being admitted, they had me leave her at the front door and would not allow us to see anything without her committing to the program. My wife is clean but she had to go to the emergency room immediately after coming home from whatever drugs they were giving her. She nearly died of dehydration on her way home and when trying to call to seek advice on what to do... was not able to reach anyone at all.

They did indeed help me get clean and sober, I can not thank them enough for that. I went to Bedrock Recovery center on December 27th 2019. I am now 105 days sober and bedrock helped guide and teach me how to stay that way. From the clinicians, to case managers, to techs, it was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. In saying that, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars. Although, they were amazing help and have taught me coping skills and learn my red flags and triggers and helped with my social anxiety, they are basically a new facility and are still working out a lot of the kinks. Some things that MAJORLY need to improve are as follows:-staff/techs need to either have gone through recovery or know enough information to be humble, respectful , honest and kind . There were a few techs that were down right insubordinate and had no sympathy or empathy towards clients-there needs to be more structure and consistency in day to day activities and same on-boarding for each client (e.g. day staff had different rules than night staff, not every client got a “welcome” packet , or toiletries, or rule and regulations sheet)-they need a better company for maintenance (hopefully they fixed this issue) but 90% of the time, there was no hot water-whenever a complaint was filed, not much was resolved including major violations (these things are major and need to be taken seriously)-also the nursing staff half the time was not giving out the right meds or the wrong meds to patients-patients had severe medical needs and it was nearly impossible to see the Doctor-the phone reps will lie to you (e.g. people were told there was a pool and jacuzzi, that they would have access to their cellphones, that there would be a phone in their rooms, that they could use phones in the facility whenever they want) these are all inaccurate statements and NO ONE especially fragile people in recovery should be lied to, to get them into a facilityI’m hoping and praying that this review is helpful, I am also really hoping that this facility has gained insight on the things that need major changes and adjustments. Even though a lot of this seems negative I cannot say enough how much more positive of an influence it was than negative. Thanks for hearing me out and best of luck and prayers to all people in or out of recovery that have the disease of substance abuse disorder like myself.Best,Lisa T.

The admission department is beyond absurd. After leaving detox. I went home and have an amazing support system. My husband, because I decided against better judgement to come off of my Wellbutrin and Lexapro. So my husband felt the difference in me. Not only that I was very disappointed in myself.. for using in the first place. I wish I got the guys name. However, not only did he accuse me on numerous occasions of being high. He also accused my husband of being under the influence. Because , he realizes that coming off of medications like that can really effect you. I have not used since the day I left. And Im very disappointed in the lies from the people that get you there. Theres only a few that actually care. A nurse i cant name. Ands, a tech. Who reached out to me after I came home. Im thankful for those two. But dont go there. It is not a good place.

Horrible! They are a scam. Do not go! Updating and providing more info. Due to the nature of some of the other glowing 5 star reviews, I need to warn that they are not being truthful in there representation of this facility. In fact, they are bribing patients with special perks to write good reviews and having staff or other members of Northeast provide them. I cannot speak to the detox, it was not open when I was there. The residents part of the facility opened 6 days before I arrived. Unless this place did a complete 180, then you are being duped. Facts: They lie, don’t provide the therapies advertised, they threaten AMA and call your loved ones behind your back, surprise balance bill you $$,$$$ with no ability to contact anyone regarding billing, nothing was available to me or the 65 other patients other than the gym. Someone mentioned exercise classes? The yoga room was not available ( no instructor), movie theater was flooded due to a broken pipe, salon not even close to being finished. Multiple people AMAed or transferred. There was clinical turnover and the nurse station was not properly manned and delivery of meds was questionable. I personally received the wrong dosage 3 times, which I caught and had issue with. I’ve reported this place to the state and my insurance. Will most like need an attorney. Stay away!

Their business office is poorly managed. I currently have left 5 messages for anyone to call me in regards to insurance (my daughter is a patient). No one has caled me back. This includes asking hy daughters therapist for help. It is really unprofessional.
