I enjoy Harvard Eye Care because they are always very pleasant when entering their facility. They make you feel at ease during the examination and they are very efficient in what they do. You are also in and out in a timely manner.

Compared to all the Harvard Square Eye Care I have been to (2 other location), I like this one the best! The staff are super helpful and are a fun group! the ladies were helpful in assisting me to find a pair of glasses that fit me. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

The facility is clean, the location is convenient either taking subways or meter parking a right out fronton the street. The optometrist and the agents, they are very kind and helpful. Bottom line - courteous, protection and care for what the patients need ... 👍🏻

Im so hurt to see all of these bad reviews. Ive been going to Harvard Square Eyecare for years and Dr. Florence Lee is one of the most AMAZING optometrists Ive ever seen. Shes super nice and very thorough. The front desk staff are very friendly and always helpful. If youre looking for a new optometrist in the area that is affordable and has great customer service, I definitely recommend this place!

I have been going for years and the Doctor always takes a lot of time with me and Is very thorough. I couldn’t believe the year of contact lenses was less than online. I love the glasses, I wish I had know how inexpensive they are.

Very rude. The girls at the front desk have no customer service skills what so ever! Doctors nice! Very helpful. As far as the front desk! I don’t recommend ANYONE to go here! Fix your attitude. Don’t bother calling here. You’ll get attitude from the front desk the second you ask a question. And if you even dare to walk in, be prepared for the same. I’ve heard the doctor is nice, but with no vision insurance the cost for an appointment is $230 for a new patient. One of the most expensive out there.

The staff here are not friendly, they make a LOT of mistakes, I have given them my e-mail 3 times but they still cant get it right. Doctor is nice...but not worth it - I would recommend looking at other places.

All my interactions have been smooth and professional. Dr. Lee is by far one of the better optometrists Ive had in my life.

Came in to look at frames and all of the cases were locked. Asked the receptionist to look at them. She was bothered that i wanted to try them on. While i had a few out she closed all the cases so i then had to wait for her to unlock them again. There are much better places to go in the area than here

Super staff, great service, cutting edge technology. Doc diagnosed a rare condition that others missed. Optician recommended a type of lens I had never heard of that improved my computer reading ability and dramatically reduced my eye fatigue.

I had an eye exam here to update my glasses and contacts prescriptions a few months ago. Very friendly staff and my optometrist was knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. Ive called back a few times since my appointment for various reasons and Ive appreciated how helpful and kind theyve always been.

I recently visited for a medical appointment. Within a few minutes Dr Florence Lee confirmed her suspicions about what had been irritating my eye for a month. She gave me some fun facts along the way, and always told me what she was doing while checking in to make sure I was okay. I’m sure if you do this everyday it’s easy to forget how unnerving it is when it’s your own eyeball. I’m so glad I made an appointment-the procedure was quick and painless, and now my eye is back to normal after a month. Highly recommend!

This has to be the worse eye Drs of all time. Absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional attitude of this place. My Fiancé has been waiting over 2 months for his glasses and then when I called to see if they were ready they wanted him to come back in again to make sure mind you I had to call them to get this information she didnt think to call us and tell us this. We had to call her and then it took them fifteen minutes to tell me that he needed to come in again which makes zero sense.

The Dr refereed us to a specialist didnt tell us why. the front staff is rude and unprofessional well we were waiting to go see a specialist my boyfriends eye started to bother him we booked an emergency appointment and they chose to cancel it. very Disappointed in this place

Fantastic service by all the staff, there was a little confusion with how much my glasses would cost but it got cleared up as soon as they noticed a discrepancy and were very professional. The extended evening hours are also perfect for people who work.
