I was acknowledged and greeted promptly at the door. The staff was friendly and attentive. The person who did my pre-exam was professional and efficient. My eye doctor, Dr. Lawless was outstanding! And the lady who finished my eye glass purchase, Tina, was the best! She was excellent at multitasking as the phone was ringing, people who were entering the store needed temp checks, and she acknowledged other customers waiting. And even with all this she made sure to complete my purchase without missing a beat! Im so satisfied, it was a great visit!

Absolutely excellent service!!! Dr. Lawless was very thorough and Asst. Mgr. Marc was very professional and accommodating! The young lady who did my pre-testing was superb as well.

It is great to come back to Lens Crafters , the eye exam , told me what, I needed to keep an eye on. The doctor, Sean Lawless, gave me a great detail on my eye exam. And the salesperson, Emily was very kind , and knows her job very well. I was greeted , when I walk in, a great staff at the Calumet City , Lens Crafters.

I really loved the way the representatives cleaned up and sanitized after every customers visit it truly made me appreciate being there today Ill give them the stars of I could.

I was treated to the utmost from the time I walked in until the time I left. All workers practiced strict & perfect virus protection methods. I wish all businesses did the same. Everyone was courteous, professional & understanding. Dr. Lawless is awesome as well. He doesn’t rush thru the exam, he makes sure you understand what is said & going on & he stops & look you in the eye to answer any questions you may have. The staff did the same. Too many times I go to the doctor or dentist, etc., & when you have a question, they are typing, not making eye contact & just seem not to care. But this office does care. EVERYONE was so awesome & made me feel like I was so special & that they would do anything they can to take care of me. GREAT OFFICE!!! Clean, colorful & sanitized & so many choices of frames & accessories.

My visit was really good. Everyone was kind and courteous, Minimal wait times. Had my eyes checked (my annual exam) for glasses and contacts. I finished the exam RX hadnt changed much, decide to keep my same eye glasses in that case. But wanted to get contacts. They send you home with a sample pair. I realized after wearing them they really dont do me any good. I cant read with the contacts. I would need to put on my eye glasses so whats the point in the contacts? If its too late to cancel fine but if NOT I Want to cancel that order.After I left, I received a call from the lady that checked me out stating that, she charged my card to the wrong customer? IDK How that was possible since I sat there and gave her my info, we verified it and all. She says she charged me $10 less, than what my total should have been. Anywho.. I told her I would be back, But at the time the amount charged was / is on hold with my bank so once they release it, well take care of MY cost hopefully MINUS the contacts.Other than that hiccup, the service was great. The Dr was very informative and professional as were the store clerks.#UPDATE (8/17/21)So as I previously stated, the lady called telling me she charged my card to the wrong customer & that she REFUNDED my card bla bla) she asked if I wanted to give her my info over the phone or come in, I said come in. But, I was going to wait bc the charge was pending. Well, they charge was Never canceled it cleared my account!So I “FEEL” like the chic was attempting to scam me. I “BELIEVE” she was hoping I gave her my card info over the phone ☎️ so she could use my card as she pleased, Bc Why lie about refunding or canceling the “original” charge?! I also was thinking 🤔 how could she have charged the wrong person when WE sat there and she verified /confirmed my info, she had to correct my address zip code from 15 to 28. How, how sway then, could you have charged the wrong account!I don’t trust people (I could be wrong) but hmmm 🤔 (fishy)

This was my daughter’s first eye exam. The staff was kind and pleasant . Dr. Fang was patient, attentive, and explained the process every step of the way.

Despite them not receiving my online appointment confirmation, even though I had the email to show I did, the manager and her team were able to get me in for my exam and to see the Dr.Dr. Lawless was very thorough during examination and with explaining the changes in my vision and I appreciate the time and effort they put in to accommodate me.When I was finalizing my purchase, the staff was able to answer all of my questions and made sure I received the best deal available based on a promotion and my insurance. Great job.

Dr. Fang was EXCELLENT. But i was highly disappointed that the staff did not have time to perform a contact lens training class when i was asked if I needed it as I initially made the appointment! Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for my contacts. And they wouldnt give me my prescription in case i wanted to take it elsewhere. I plan on switching companies as soon as this is taken care of.

Lenscrafters is the place to go for glasses.The Doctor and everyone there were very friendly and polite, explaining everything they did. I explained the type of frame I wanted to the young lady that waited on me, she went and found exactly what I wanted. My husband ended up getting him a pair also. Dr. Patel did a very thorough and excellent job!! Answered all of my questions and provided all of the information that I needed to pass on to my primary care physician! Best exam I ever had! I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and LensCrafters!

My husband took my sons to their 1:20 and 1:40 appointments. At 2:45 they still hadn’t been called in to see the doctor and decided to leave. Ridiculous!!!!! I commended my husband and boys for their patience because I would have high tailed it out of there. Total waste of time. We will never choose this place of business again.

Very professional, nice and pleasant atmosphere!

I did not feel comfortable entering a building that was boarded up. If it was necessary to board up the building, it should have remained closed until it what ever the reason for boarding it up has been corrected. I did not feel safe because the windows and doors were covered with plywood. I will no longer patronize this location.

Covid precautions are maintained upon entering and when trying on frames. Was called for pre-exam and exam in a timely manner, both were very thorough and excellent customer service during the entire visit.

So, I did some comparisons and contrast and Needless to say,I was really impressed with LensCrafters cutting edge technology compared to America’s Best, VisionWorks just to name a few.I found the Calumet City LensCrafters Team to be knowledgeable, caring, kind and compassionate. That’s my five cents.

Very pleasant experience, took PPE precautions with COVID19. The eye physician explains in detail your eye exam status, answers all eye questions to put you at ease about any eye problems. I always use LensCrafters and recommend them to my coworkers.
