Wonderful experience! I was particularly thrilled to have the best, most thorough eye exam I’ve had in years. Dr. Chen truly fine tuned my vision. She is a gem! Pray she’s still there when I return next year.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! As a multi business owner around the area, these ladies need to be re trained for customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Cho is THE best!I went end of Feb. to order new glasses, I was told I wasnt due for another exam until July. Im in the Eyecare Club and briefly thought, what does it matter but I left any way cause new glasses werent a major issue. I decided to return in April cause something kept bugging me to see the eye doctor, no pain or discomfort just felt the need to go. It was evident to the testing lady (dont know her title) and then Dr. Cho something major was going on with one of my eyes. He prescribed eye drops and told me to come back in a week. After returning my vision had improved greatly. Then Dr. Cho explained in detail what he saw going on with my cornea the week before, Im glad he didnt share the details then it wouldve cause major worry. Im SO glad Dr. Cho took the time with me and he genuinely showed concern for me and my eyes!! He also exhibited the same behavior two years ago as he worked with me to insure the right size and fit of my contacts. Dr. Cho is THE best!!!

I have been coming here for years but never again i am an over the road truck driver and when i ordered my glasses i let them know I wouldnt be in till july i called to check on them the girl and I use that title lightly was rude and said they wouldnt hold them any longer even tho i told her the date i would be in she said she was sending them back and I would not get a refund thankfully i found someone to pick them up u will not take a 500 dollar loss they would of had a fught learn customer service you lost me and everyone i have sent to you

I was in and out pretty quickly. The doctor did not try to sell me on a new prescription or glasses. He also gave me good advice regarding additional ways to take care of my eyes.

I liked my service every time I go. Its always fast and simple until you get to choose your glasses, but this time I went with contacts instead. And they are very comfortable to wear.

The service was great and the staff was very professional and friendly. The doctor was very informative and helpful. Glasses were back within a week. Very satisfied with this experience.

I never have a long wait time. The eye doctor really seems to be concern. Everyone there is nice and i can always find a very nice pair of frames there at a reasonable price and really expensive pairs.

Unprofessional females that work here. The black female at the door checking the temperature is very rude. Do not make a online appointment because they will not honor it. I wouldnt recommend anyone here they need new management.

I came to have my glasses repaired at the River Oaks America Best store . The screws came out of two pair of my glasses. They opened at 9:00am, I came in at 9:20 how are they running behind this early in the morning. The person working has a attitude cause shes the only one here. This will be my last time coming here. They need better customer service.

Went there to get my glasses repaired. They did a good job, but gave me my glasses back without cleaning them after they had their hands all over them.

Update of my experience wasn’t told about insurance cancels promo so paid more for one pair but there team got in contact with me and they offered to fix it and came it and paid the 72$ for the 2 pairs very happy with out come would recommend coming here👍 Minus they never asked for my number and I called them and my glasses have been ready for 14 days

I had a great experience here. I was a few minutes late but there was no problem and I did pretty much no waiting at all. I went in Monday and its now Thursday and my glasses are ready for pickup. The staff seemed nice and very friendly I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

I use to go here back in 2017. I guess expectations have went down. Yesterdays visit, I found myself being patient with an associate that seemed to not want to handle my file. Did a lot of waiting and experiencing attitude from the staff. New Doctor was nice. Everyone else should be replaced.

We was go to get new glasses for my sis but a lady only 2 people we got out and 7 people went inside the lady didn’t say nothing

I lost my trial contacts before I was able to follow up and order my contacts. I called and was told they would reorder my trials THREE different times. Every time I would call in to check if they were there, I was told the order was NOT placed. I been with Americas Best for 10yrs now and I had never had anything to complain about until I came to this location. NEVER AGAIN!

A after read ng all the negative reviews for River Oaks store I decided to judge for myself, the staff was amazing. Aaron ordered my glasses and couldnt have been more pleasant to deal with. His smile lightened the room and he made me feel very welcomed. Anyone that sent a negative review must have had an attitude because I gave them five stars and recommend this store to everyone I know.

Worst service ever. Came in for contacts and they ordered the wrong prescription then did so for my daughter as well. Since we used our insurance for the exam it will now be out of pocket to go to another facility for a corrective prescription for both of us.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - Americas Best at River Oaks is hands down the WORST eye care provider in America. They falsify their promotions and tack on extra hidden fees behind your purchase. The selection of contacts and frames is extremely limited and the associates working at this location are horrible, my customer service was a joke. If at all possible i advise you to stay away from this mockery of an eye care center.

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY SEND ME TO THE BACK, IM CLUELESS AS TO WHERE IM GOING, THE DOCTOR COMES FROM THE BACK PULLING HER DRESS DOWN ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) SHE WAS RUSHING THROUGH OUT MY EYE EXAM, EVERYONE LOOKED LOST IN THAT PLACE, AS I WAS ASKING ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES TO ADD THE TRANSITION ON MY SONS GLASSES, SHE TURN BACK AND TELLS ME THIS IS GETTING PRICEY I NEVER ASKED HER TO ALERT ME AS TO WHAT THE TOTAL WAS, I WAS PAYING CASH FOR ALL THAT I WAS ASKING FOR. SERIOUSLY NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! WHILE I WAS THERE, I WITNESSED A LOT OF WALK IN PATIENTS , WALK RIGHT BACK OUT.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAD TO WALK OUT!

Was a couple mins late and the lady at the front said i had to reschedule, didnt even get up to see if the doctor could see me on top of not answering the phone the 4 times i called while on my way to tell them i was going to be late and THERE WHERW NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY BUT ME... You need new staff they really make you look bad as a company

Just lost three customer, I was told last week I could order my son contacts even though his prescription had expires a couple of days ago, call today and was told I couldnt. TheY came up with all the BS they could as to why I was told two different things within days. So my family will be going to Lens Crafter

I called this location to ask a question about what I needed to bring from my primary eye specialist, but before I could ask the question I was put on hold. Not for a few seconds, or even a couple of minutes...but for FIVE MINUTES plus. I may have been on hold for even longer, but I just hung up the phone and called another company. I will not be going to this company AT ALL!!
