This is the absolute best place to take your children especially if your child is apprehensive. Dr. Nebeker and his staff are so kind, gentle, and instructional with the kids. It’s all about what is in the best interest of the child.

Love this dentist! They are amazing with kids and my daughter has never been afraid to see them or been upset over her visits. Also shes always so excited to leave with a new tooth brush and tooth paste. Great, great kids dentistry.

They recorded my number wrong then canceled my 8:30am appointments for all 4 of my kids because they messed up. They never informed me when I made the appointment that I need to verify if so many days before the actual. Then their solution is they can fit 2 kids in and want me to just wait around with all of my kids till to see if they can fit me in. Honestly it’s super unprofessional they just canceled the appointment.

They are seriously the nicest people ever! They’re always so attentive with my kids, I have never ever experienced anyone not wanting to help me. The girls are always so sweet and understanding. They’re always so gentle and caring, I always look forward to taking my kids there. They have the best customer service!

The last two time i ahve taken my kids here in the last month have been horrible experiences due to the staff at the front desk. They are rude and short and cut you off when your talking. They scheduled my son for a oral clipping and it had to be a specific day and time with a certain dentist. I took off work and woke my 1 year old up at 6 am to go in and find out they cancled his apt and never called me to tell me they cancled or that he needed to be reffered out to a surgeon. When asked she just handed me the surgeons paperwork and was extremely rude. Not willing to help with anything or try to understand what happened. Extremely unhappy with the staffing at this dentistry. Will be raking all 3 of my boys to another dentist.

Amazing! We have been to a few different dentists and this has been the absolute best. The hygienist was so good with my daughter. She explained everything and talked to her...and the dentist listened and answered all of my questions. He explained his thought process and left me feeling confident in the decision we made. They are all friendly. My kids arent afraid to go to the dentist because the dr is awesome with kids and the assistants. They get us right back its clean there. And before covid they had the best waiting room as well.

They are always great with my girls and make sure they are comfortable and have a good experience whether it is a cleaning, crown or filling being done.

Great place. Nice people, has a little train theme that I like, and a little bit of entertainment as you have your teeth checked out.

This was my daughters first time going to the dentist and first time at this office. She loved it they have a train that goes around the room and she loved watching it go around. Also the dental assistant we had was wonderful with her and so helpful keeping her occupied while I filled out paperwork. Her dentist was great as well was friendly and did his best to make her comfortable even though she wasn’t a huge fan of getting her teeth looked at. Great place so far I’d recommend to others.

My daughter has extreme dental anxiety but these guys did an amazing job making her feel comfortable and calm. She is terrified of needles but the hygienist, Jordan was so gentle and calming that she let him numb her with no issues. The assistant and dentist were also amazing. They definitely have our future business!

We had a very pleasant experience going to this dentist office. I took all 3 of my kids there, which usually is a major undertaking to say the least. But the staff made it so smooth and easy. Each kid had their own chair and space making it easy for each to get individual attention from the staff without me having to entertain them in between their turns with the doctor. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes and all 3 kids left with smiles on their faces. It was amazing! Smiles 4 kids in Caldwell for the win!!

Amazing experience! My daughter is autistic, and very sensitive with sensation and touch. This office was so amazing at handling her and her special needs, communicated everything great, and took wonderful care of her. All four of my kids had great experiences, and no longer have any fear or discomfort about going to the dentist. Best dental office I have found by far! Highly recommend!

Both my 4&6 year old were very nervous to be at the dentist, but the fun environment and friendly staff quickly put them at ease. You walk in and there’s a train going around the ceiling and a waiting room with iPads. The exams are quick and they make sure the kids are comfortable. Their teeth looked so clean after as well. They can’t wait to come back and argued over who got to floss first when we got home. I personally loved how easy scheduling was and the way they know the transparency of what I’m going to be paying after insurance, before they do anything.

I truly love their patience and knowledge of working with children. They can calm my heavily energized toddler and make my six year old excited for a filling... I couldnt ask for more.

I Love this place, my kids always have a blast there even though going to the dentist office can be scary at their ages. Thank you for your professionalism and patience with these kiddos and for letting me schedule all three back to back on the same day. That’s convenient for our hectic schedules.

This is a very busy dental office. But he is super friendly. They even need the cleanings As simple for kids as possible. They talk to them constantly so they’re not scared. No complaints about this place

Dr Nebeker with Smiles 4 Kids is amazing. He knows exactly how to get the job done efficiently, professionally, all while making my son and daughter feel comfortable. Both of my kids have required caps, fillings, tooth extractions, cleaning and sealants. My experience is pleasant every time for both myself and my children. Highly recommended.

The staff is great at Smiles 4 Kids. My daughter was very nervous for her first dentist appointment. But they too the time to put her at ease, showing her each tool and what is was for. She loved the treasure box at the end of the appointment and got herself a cute little toy.

The staff and doctors are always great with my kids. They are patient, happy and friendly with plenty of small ways to make little kids feel comfortable. They wait until the kids are ready to cooperate, and they talk about what they are doing to put their patients at ease. They dont lie to them, but they use imaginative phrasing to help kids understand about their oral healthcare.

Ive brought my kids ranging from 5 to 13 here and they do a great job explaining what they are about to do and the function for each tool. Its great when your kids dont mind going to the dentist and here they have no fear of it at all. Ill definitely be continuing to take my kids here.

The doctors and staff here are amazing. My LO had an accident and knocked out one of his front teeth, the other two needed extracted, and bit through his tongue in 2 places. This mom was panicked. I called Smiles 4 Kids because it was the first pediatric dentist that popped up on my google, and even though it was after hours (9:30 pm), within 10 mins of calling their office, the doctor and 2 of the assistants were on their way to the office to take care of my son. They didn’t hesitate to drop what they were doing and take time away from their families to help. At the office they were very kind and comforting and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience at all. They took such good care of my son that I have decided to switch my kids from our current family dentist to this office. Would recommend this office in a heartbeat.

My daughter has been going there since she had to see a dentist. She is 8 now, had a few major issues when she was little, they handled all of it great and my daughters teeth are great now.

Highly recommend Dr. Nebeker. Always kind, professional and great with my kids. He always repects my decisions as a parent and I never feel bullied into treatments or procedures I choose not to have done on my children. Prices are also incredibly reasonable if youre uninsured.

My son developed a terrible toothache during a weekend. I called the office and though they didnt answer, the office manager still got ahold of me outside of business hours to offer help. They got him in first thing on Monday and took great care of him!

Make sure they run your insurance again before coming in. They assume last years information is the same and dont bother to check, even though the front office will tell you they checked it and youre good to go.

We have gone here since our son needed his first dental appt., he is now almost 8. Everyone in the office is friendly and there is never a long wait. Dr. Nebeker is wonderful and even probably saved our sons life when he was younger. The ER laughed us out of the room and the following Monday Dr. Nebeker told us we needed to go straight to the ER and get our son on antibiotics asap. He even called a colleague to let them know we were coming. Our son had a submandibular gland infection and was admitted and hospitalized for an entire week. He was given antibiotics and steroids. We can never thank Dr. Nebeker enough for truly caring.

The staff who care for the children are amazing! So, heres the reason for only 1 star. My 2 boys have been going there for 5 years. A year ago my 2nd boy had to have some work done, we dont have medicaid so we have an out of pocket cost. I paid my portion and the work was unable to be done. So we left. The portion I paid still a credit on his account. My oldest son since has had 2 routine cleaning, x-ray and exam which is fully covered by insurance. I asked about the credit each visit with my other son and they said it as still there, fine when we still planned to use them. Since we have changed dentist for my boys. I have called and asked to get my money the credit on account refunded. They told me office manager would call back after waiting a week I called again. They told me that they were holding the credit until insurance paid oldest boys cleaning, exam and xray. I called insurance immediately and they had no claims submitted from them. I called back checked policy numbers ect. they have all the correct info, here we are a month later they still have yet to submit a claim or return my money back. At this point Im about to contact a lawyer on my options....its not a small credit either!!

WOW...So I was not looking forward to taking my oldest to her first dentist appt (shes 2 and doesnt like to hold still) and kept thinking about all the horrible things that could gk wrong at this appt.I literally did not sleep the night before because of my anxiety.The next day I show up a half an hour early and Im pleasantly surprised when I walk in. The atmosphere is clean and professional, but more importantly looks like it caters exactly to children.Its not the cold clincal dentist office you or I are accustomed to.I filled out the paperwork and almost immediately got called back despite how busy it was. There was kids everywhere but it wasnt chaotic?The dental assistant helped me brush my daughters teeth and while my daughter didnt like it at first (a stranger is touching her), she slowly started to relax and actually started laughing!The dentist came in shortly after and did a dental exam and that went over just as smoothly. My daughter got to take home a toothbrush, floss, kids toothpaste, a sugarfree lollipop in the shape of a tooth. She was also handed a special coin at the end of our visit to spend at their little coin machines.The whole appt lasted less than a half an hour and my daughter fell asleep on the way back home with the lollipop in one hand and the toothbrush in the other.Very cool experience and would reccomend it to all my family and friends who have kids.Thanks for making mine and my daughters first experience a positive one.-Shaye
