This is a general review, not for this location specifically. Make sure you take note of First and Last names of ANYONE you speak to at ICCU along with their direct numbers. Most of the people at member services will not follow the promises that were kept by other employees even with notes on the account, they are very cold over the phone and do not care what your circumstances are, I will be paying off my accounts with them and then closing the bank account completely, I will not work with a company that treats people like a money bag with no sympathy or understanding.

I made a call to the credit union on Cleveland blvd in Caldwell to ask about Western Union and after speaking to several people in what seemed to be some sort of screening process i was finally transferred to the actual location but only to be treated by the most unprofessional teller I have ever dealt with, first of all she answered with a simple hi and nothing else, as if I were just calling some random number then when I asked who I was speaking to she abruptly asked what I needed. It is almost as if she had already been briefed on my call from the other 3 or 4 receptionist I had talked to before her. The topper is this lady blatantly lied about even having any Western union services at that location when I know for a fact from a third party that they do indeed have it there, it even says on their website they do. By far the rudest most wierdest interaction ive ever been through at a bank, these people have an agenda what it is Im not sure but Im going to find out and I will start off by getting in touch with the BBB as I also have the call recorded. Ive seen on past reviews that this is an ongoing problem with them that definitely needs rectified asap

We came in to open a teen account for my daughter. Jose Gonzales was the perfect mix of personable and professional. While he helped us open her account he made nice small talk. No awkward silence. I would recommend ICCU especially for parents looking for free teen accounts.

Horrible costumer service from both lady’s helping me. They had a hard time answering simple specific questions. Instead of explaining why they couldn’t do what I was asking, they belittled me and made me feel stupid and gave me a lot of bad attitude. I haven’t been treated like that by costumer service in a very long time

My husband and I opened an account yesterday at ICCU with Maria Nunez. It was a really pleasant experience and Maria answered all of our questions and made us feel really welcome to bank at ICCU. She worked through all of the details of our account, even setting up the initial parts of our eBanking accounts. We felt really good as we left the credit union!

I do absolutely love this credit union and I have been a custom since this location opened. I started my children with their first checking accounts here, and they have an awesome program for teens. However, I do have to agree with a few of the other comments about a few of the loan officers. We went in to apply for a student loan for my daughter and to my surprise one of the male loan officers was snide and rude. Other then that the employees have always been extremely helpful, and friendly. Besides the one loan officer, I have always gotten top customer service, and I have several accounts. I really do love this bank and am a customer for life.

VERY RUDE AND NO UNDERSTANDING!!!!I purchased a business vehicle and all my payments were on time. I called for a payoff and paid it off. The payoff was wrong and I had to go to the VA for surgery. They refused to let me make the $260 difference with my debit card over the phone. Once I was discharged they finally let me use my debit card and reported me 30 days late on my credit report. They refuse to remove it and just do not care, so why work with them.I have referred many people to them for pre-approvals and that stops now!!! Find an understanding and pro veteran credit union!

I am from out of state, but bank with a credit union that participates in shared banking with Idaho Central Credit Union. Or at least they should. I went through the drive through to make a cash deposit. The teller refused to help me, saying that they only do shared banking transactions through their ATM. So, I turned around and got in the line for their ATM, only for it to not work. I tried several times to get my deposit to go through their ATM, but it kept saying that the transaction was invalid. SO FRUSTRATING!!

We deposited money through their atm to do a phone payment and our money wouldn’t appear so we called the following day and they “fixed” the problem now a month later they decided to remove 110 from our account saying that they deposited twice because of the atm being down so they wanted to get their money back yet they never let us know they just took the money and never told us. To them they deposited twice and in no moment did I see twice the money like they claim to say it’s upsetting because they now lost a client be cautious and pay attention to your bank statements they tend to charge you later on and you never even notice till last minute.

I think her name was Gabby she went beyond and stuck with me helping me and did an awesome job she really did spent her time well helping me out when she could of passed and not help me much unlike the other lady teller who didnt help me much. I still give I.C.C.U a 5 star thanks to Gabby I went home happy knowing my problem was solved .

Jill Rocha is the best loan officer ive delt with! Everyone there is very friendly and treat you like they appreciate your business unlike the majority of banks. Thank you to everyone there for making my banking experience so great!

Jill Rocha is the best! I have dealt with banks my whole life, and Jill is by far the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. I have also have sent in dozens of friends and clients who would agree 100%.

Excellent service and helpful staff

This had been my favorite bank, but when I came in to apply for a service the employees were rude and sarcastic. After sitting down the male employee was rude and demeaning. Not sure if its because I look young that no one took me seriously, but it was unprofessional, embarrassing, and I wont go to this location again.
