I was referred to Dr. Rumack by my lactation consultant for my two week old son’s tongue tie. He had already had it revised twice, once at birth in the hospital, and once a week later at an ENTs office. Dr. Rumack was able to revise his tongue tie perfectly, provided detailed instructions for healing, as well as two follow up appointments. The office was clean, safe, and bright and the front office was very helpful with billing/insurance questions. I only wish I had gone to Dr. Rumack sooner to get the tongue tie revised right away the first time and wish I had known about her approach. I highly recommend the laser approach done by Dr. Rumack - it was quick, precise (!), and healed wonderfully.

I have to say this office is beyond amazing. Dr. Rumack, the technicians and the front office staff are beyond friendly. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Very opposite from my childhood days where going to the dentist was almost a punishment. I highly recommend this office to anyone with child dentistry needs. I have recommended them to many friends and all have thanked me.We just went to see the ortho and my son loved him and is excited to get braces. I mean who is ever excited to get braces?

Dr. Rumack and Dr. Harmer are awesome! I was there for the first time today and I was so impressed with their staff and office. Everyone was so caring and nice. If you are in the area and need a great dentist for your kids, this is the place to go.

My child went in for a regular teeth cleaning, and we found that he had some mouth sores (either from a reaction to a certain food or toothpaste). His mouth was in a lot of pain...on a scale of 1-10, his pain was at a 7. Dr Rumack informed me of a LASER treatment that would help to alleviate the pain and cure the sores. I was thrilled to hear about this and after the quick, painless laser treatment, which was non-invasive, his pain level went down significantly and instantly (from a 7 to a 0 or 1). She explained that the laser treatment increases blood flow to the affected area, causing it to heal almost immediately. I could literally see it healing right in front of my eyes! Only a few people know that this technology exists. If you suffer from canker sores and other mouth ulcers, I highly recommend this treatment!!! Her staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate and went above and beyond to care for him.

Dr Rumack is absolutely incredible. She has been our ped dentist for 10 years and since we moved out of state, I schedule our appts with her for when were back visiting family. My son was anxious because he needed a tooth removed and she did it so painlessly for him, he left completely happy with a Menchies gift card from her. I will take my kids nowhere else.
