I came in for my routine cleaning. The hygienist was thorough and pointed out places of extra care that I needed. She suggested I get the treatment for my gums. I did move forward with getting the arrogation treatment which will help improve my gums. The dentist was very thorough in looking over my teeth and pointing out any possible issues with some of my teeth and gums. Very caring and made some suggestions for me as well. I’ve been coming here for eight years and have never been disappointing. I recommend Dr.Feiz and group!

I’ve been going here since I moved here in 2008. Always great service. I’ve even preferred paying out of pocket here vs using the dental center my job’s union coverage provided.

Going to the dentist is not everybody’s favorite past time. However, a visit to Dr. Feiz is probably easier because of the positive and friendly attitude of all of his professional staff. Dr. Feiz always takes time to explain any procedures and offers a comforting and professional demeanor.

Very clean office with state of the art equipment. Everyone wears masks. Dr. Feiz & staff are professional & they are very personable which makes the experience pleasant. Was forced to switch to this dentist when my work insurance changed and I could no longer go to old dentist. Not impressed at all. I feel like they are trying to sell me on devices that aren’t needed.

Frankly, I’m appalled at my experience here. I relocated to LA from a different state in which my old dentist discovered a cavity that needed immediate filling. Dr. Feiz here claimed that wasn’t so, but based on my previous dentist, I then sought a second opinion, who also said it needed immediate filling. When I called back to Dr Feiz to schedule a filling, I was shamed for seeking a second opinion, and gas lit as to the insurance coverage or lack thereof, as if I don’t know my own plan inside and out or as if to falsely scare me that standard dental work might not be covered under my plan. It is any patient’s right to seek a second opinion about our own health, and to have that not only challenged but conflated into a fictional money issue was insulting and beyond anything I thought I’d ever experience. It completely undermined my faith and trust in this dental practice and dentist, and I will not be returning.

The Dentist was good his Dental hygienists were also good, I would not suggest going here due to the extremely rude and receptionist. I cannot believe a person with such disrespect for others could work there.There are plenty of Dentists that have sweet and helpful receptionists. Go to one of them

I loved the dentist and hygienist here but the office staff are so incompetent. I called to make sure that they took my insurance and they assured me that they did, but I guess they were just too worried about making the appointment. Fast forward to my actual appointment and they make me jump through so many hoops with insurance only to find out that they do not take my insurance. This was only the last of my frustrations with them, but pretty par for the course with this office staff. They do not care about the patient, only booking appointments.

Dr. Feiz is very professional , detailed and informative. Leo is very nice and helpful . The front desk Jessie are so helpful , friendly and accommodating .Everyone always have a smile on their faces :)I feel comfortable and no pain whenever I get my tooth done .
