If I could have left zero stars, I would have. Took my daughter there on a Thursday. She is very sick. Had to wait, not a problem. A lot of people are sick. When we were seen, they suggested getting a swab so she could be tested for Covid, RSV, Influenza A & B. My daughter did the swab. Some man came in to give us discharge papers. Was very rude about getting her a note for school. He told us she just had something viral and it needed to run its course. Weird. Test results were not back so I’m not sure how he came to this conclusion. We get a call on Saturday that she tested negative for Covid. I asked about the other tests. (RSV, Influenza A & B) The lady looks further into it and says they were ordered but she couldn’t find the results so she would call me back. Then she calls back and says those test were never ordered. So which is it? So now it’s been 3 days and my daughter is still sick and we don’t know why. The lady over the phone told me we would have to come back in to get tested again. Why? So they could charge me more money and not do their job. No thanks. I’m absolutely not paying for this visit.

Rudest experience Ive ever had with a doctor.They literally handed me a bunch of papers and said youre all set and ran out of the room. No explanation, no test results, nothing.

From the front intake to the MA, Jackie, to Jake the PA, I had excellent care. They were so professional and the health-care industry is under a huge strain so A+ for Cadillac Urgent care! They did a great job!

I went to the urgent care hardly able to breathe and I felt bad for the very young girl setting in the waiting area. She was as bad as I was. They just left us set there because other people made appointments. They just kept walking in and being allowed to go in while we still sat there unable to do anything.after about 45 minutes I gave up and went to the er and was happy to see that the girl was finally getting in. This place is ran like great clips check in before or you can just wait for all the people who did. It’s an urgent care not a hair stylist. I won’t go here again.😒

Im really not one to complain especially about people in the medical field I understand how crazy that line of work is but I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I went in for body aches and swollen lymph nodes that had been going on for about 4 days (even called ahead to make sure it was something I should come in for since I couldnt get into my regular doctor) and the nurse practitioner that I seen completely dismissed me. Just kept telling my that I looked great? My temperature was never taken, my ears, eyes, nose, and throat were never looked at, he didnt listen to my heart or lungs (didnt even have a stethoscope with him), didnt bother looking at or feeling my lymph nodes even though I told him that they hurt and were so large that my face is swollen (was wearing a mask so he didnt see it) but he still put those things in his notes so it looked like he did his job. He also said in his notes that I claimed the pain had almost completely disappeared in the last 24 hours which I had said nothing like that because if it had I wouldve never gone in! Being dismissed is one thing I wasnt too upset about it I was just gonna make an appointment with my doctor Monday but reading the lies in his notes that make it look like he did his job is incredibly disappointing. I will definitely be going out of my way to find somewhere else to go if I need an urgent care visit again.

They are so friendly and energetic, quick as possibly can be with the amount people coming through, and still had a smile on their faces and laughing! Thanks for doctoring me up!

Nancy K and Margo L worst two ladies to be checking people in. Plain and simple. They were rude as soon as my boyfriend walked in with my two little girls.

Total waste of time and money. Their staff is full of lies. Went in for an infection and walked out untreated. I spent a week in the hospital afterwards. Now I’m receiving a doctor’s bill and facility charge. Never saw a real doctor.

Complete waste of time. Ive never been here before until today was my first time. I called ahead to see if they would see me for something they said yes, but after waiting for the dr he said that he could not help me. Thanks for lying and wasting my time. They were just obviously lazy, and tend to whatever they feel like. Its like then what can you do? I would not recommend to anyone ever.

Probably the worst care ever. The dr walked in and before asking my symptoms just continues to say they couldn’t treat me there for high bp. But then listed severe symptoms off which I have all of them. Then continued to tell me the hospital wouldn’t see me either. Prob only way to be seen is to have a stroke at either place. What is urgent care for?!? Beyond frustrating

Made an appointment for 12. Arrived at 11:30 to check in. Its now 12:45 and 5 people that arrived after me have been seen and gone. Not impressed and getting pretty irrate. Whats the point of making an appointment?

$177 for a sports physical & you dont bill insurance?! Are you out of your minds?! Absolutely ridiculous!!

If you are a single parent, they wont allow you to receive services when you have your child... absolutely ridiculous.

Came to have a baby everything went pretty good up untill our dismisel and then the doctor decides he needs his beauty sleep or somthing. He came in at 8am yesterday morning and now were still waiting and its dam near 11:30 am. The consideration is awsome

Had a skin infection which got much worse after visit. I presented classic signs: bruising, inflammation and redness. Do not recommend unless you ailment is obvious.

Best staff from an urgent care I have ever experienced. Wait times are usually super long, which is a huge drawback. Sign in process is quick and easy, with a top level of care delivered.

Was seen in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and caring. Yvonne was my tech and she made me feel very comfortable. Her personality is bubbly and welcoming, which is what I would expect in someone who deals with patient care.

This place is by far the best place ive been to they are super friendly to my boyfriend an I an they are very respectful people who actually show they care an not just try to rush you out the door.! This Will forever be the clinic I use in cadillac. Dr.Mic is a very nice guy as well we get him every time.

I recently took my grandson whom is a week away from 11 months to urgent care. I was very impressed! I was quickly signed in for him to receive care, and taken promptly to a room. The nurse was very gentle and took her time explaining everything she would be doing to Baby Gabe . Before nurse was finished the NP came in and spoke with me about Gabe and his care also . He was Outstanding! His beside manor ,him explaining everything he was concerned with and his treatment ! I would like to say Thank you to to the staff for making us both comfortable and taking such good care of us . Explaining and making sure you know every step and why your doing it is so very important to a parent or grandparent even if they are in healthcare . I’m very thankful for your services. C Jundt

Went in for a sinus infection and she didn’t even examine me. Didn’t look at my throat or my ears. Then proceeded to tell me that they don’t write prescriptions for sinus infections this early. Next day somehow managed to see my doctor and she diagnosed me and wrote me a prescription. Definitely don’t recommend it and won’t be back.

This business has a problem billing properly.. Been on phone multiple times before due to them being incapable of billing my insurances correctly. Causing constant false charges and now collections due to their incompetence..

The long wait didnt bother me it was late, but the nurse debating outside my door about who had to take care of my injury did. That and all the extra personal conversations that were happening instead of clearing out patients. Neither of which should have happened.
