I fully understand that no medical professional can know about or understand every medical condition there is. That said, these people and their unwillingness to listen to a patient that has been dealing with a condition for more than 40 years is unacceptable. Zero understanding, patience or empathy. Just take these pills, pay your bill and be on your way.FYI.... CLUSTER HEADACHE IS NOT A MIGRAINE.

This place was wonderful. My son and I had a VERY short wait and the paperwork was easy and took no time to fill out. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was really amazed at how quickly we were seen. I will definitely go back if I ever need to (which hopefully I wont have to)! I highly recommend this place ❤

Presented for ashthma attack & COPD flare with mask on. Symptoms are similar to Covid but I explained I was not Covid positive. I was refused treatment, summarily shooed away & told to go elsewhere. Not an ounce of empathy or medical professionalism! Will never seek treatment from this facility again!

Wow this place is expensive. Had to wait 2 hours to see a PA and then was charged $279 to cut a tiny piece of my toenail off. I was astonished. What a rip off. The staff was very friendly but what a huge amount to charge for a small service. I am literally sick over this and will never go back

Almost gave me a shot of something Im allergic to.. After just discussing my allergies. And then didnt bill insurance. Then my husband decided to give them a shot again recently, had a great experience with the doctor, but they did not bill insurance once again. They said they did not have our insurance information though they took a copy of it when he came in. What a hastle.

Good for those without a primary care doctor, or those who need care urgently without the wait to get into the doctor. Very nice doctors, wait times are usually not too long.

Came to Cadillac Urgent Care after a fall resulting in a hand injury that needed to be stitched. Jamie treated me with utmost professionalism and was very caring. Will not hesitate to use this facility again if necessary.

I dont have a primary care doctor so this was about my only option. I arrived at 9 when they open and I was the second person to be seen. When I came out of seeing the doctor there were 20 people in the lobby. I was treated for a sinus infection and given antibiotics. The doctor was really friendly. I had a nice visit and I would come here again.

Staff was super friendly. I didnt have any waiting and Dr. Don was wonderful. Thank You Cadillac Urgent Care for being Available when you cant get into a regular Doctors office. Will definitely return. Thanks.

I was recently seen at Cadillac Urgent Care for an injury. Dr. Don was fast and efficient and was genuinely concerned for my well being. He took great care of me and within a few hours at home I was on the mend. I am very grateful for the care I received here. I will return. The staff was friendly and my needs were taken care of.

Came in this morning with a bad ankle. I lost my insurance card and she had me taken care of and right in the back within 5 minutes. Very nice people

20 minutes to close, I called urgent care asking if they would see my son. He is very young and I didn’t want to wait at the ER. They were very nice and told us to come right in. We probably kept them over a good hour. I am so grateful for them. Dr Don was very kind and even let me son play with his phone to calm him down. Thank you guys so much!

I wish I could say better about this place. They are friendly enough. But my daughter is now having to have surgery on her wrist for an injury that we were told by this facility was just a sprain and that it was nothing to worry too much about. A month later, it’s still killing her so we go to another facility, only to find out it was broken all along! A month of basically no treatment or proper care for the worst area of the wrist means that it was never given the chance to heal the properly. My daughter is a healthy 16 year old girl. Putting rods into her young wrist should not be what we’re looking at, & it wouldn’t have been if they had either the proper X-ray equipment or given her injury more consideration.

I saw Don recently and appreciate his care and thoroughness. He was professional and helpful. I would recommend him to others. I don’t live in the area, but if I am back and need something I would see him again.

Fell through the snow which resulted in a fractured ankle. Don, PA. was wonderful and very professional and personable. X-rays were done and it was determined later in the day that it was a fracture and not a severe sprain. I was fitted for a boot and referred to an Orthopedic physician.The only way this could have been a better experience was to not have a broken ankle in the first place.Thanks to the pros at Cadillac UC for treating me quickly and thoroughly. I had been in before and received the same great care.

I love this place. Sue is an amazing doctor. I have 4 children and have been using this place for years. Fast, friendly and never had to go anywhere else for a wrong diagnosis unlike the hospital. Keep up the good work 😀

Office was busy for a Holiday and we were seen relatively quickly. The doctor was friendly and listened. Very appreciative there was an option other than the emergency room.

Dr. Don is VERY unprofessional. My fiance went in for what we now know is tendonitis thanks to the ER. But Dr. Don chalked it up to just be mild overuse of his arm and sent him on his way. He later went back to push for an MRI because he knew it was more severe than what he was told and Dr. Don said do you have a medical license to ask for an MRI? My fiance then got up and tried to leave saying hes going to get a second opinion and Dr. Don then told him he DOESNT HAVE A RIGHT to ask for a second opinion and to SIT DOWN SHUT UP. So for the love of GODDDD please just go to the other urgent care across the street from the hospital! This place is a JOKE!

Staff could be friendly and show a little kindess..lady at door that took temp was rude as if we were bothering her.

I went to this Clinic a few months ago. Was misdiagnosed and went straight to Munson Urgent Care. Where I was immediately CORRECTLY diagnosed by Dr. Melvin Vallette. Whenever I need urgent care this is where I go now. And always leave with an accurate diagnosis and appropriate medication. Couldnt be happier.

Im in the middle of changing Drs so Im the last 2 wks I have been to this office twice.Both times less than a 15 minute wait, and about the same in the examining room.Both time everyone was friendly & helpful.

I was there on sunday feb3 at 9:15 in the morning and after filling out the paperwork I was seen in ten minutes. the people working there were very professional, and compassionate . The doctors diagnosis was right on and by the evening I was starting to feel better. Thank you doctor Jamie Taylor and staff for everything you people do!!!!!

This place is more helpful than not. Sometimes the wait takes a while, you need to understand its here or there hospital in Cadillac. Ive been coming here since 2009 for my problems and will continue to do so. Its less time and expensive than the hospital and they usually do the same if not better.

Very very slow. Was the first person there at 9:00 and still didnt see a doctor until 9:45. The doctor was ok but the nurses were horrivle. Especially the nurse who brought discharge papers. Better off waiting until you can get into your regular doctors office.

I went in to the after hours clinic tonight with my son who is sick and the woman representative was extremely rude to myself as well as my children and stated that they were closed even though they were still open and slammed the window shut in our face. We didnt hear sorry for the inconvenience we didnt hear thank you have a good night, nothing!! Not happy with that service!!

I have now been here for 2 1/2 hours. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room and now an hour in the room. No nurse coming in to check on us, no sorry for the wait. Seriously the worst service Ive had. I understand its a walk-in clinic but to wait in a room for an hour without being seen at all?

Friendly when we got our sons leg stitched up, but was led to believe they participated in our insurance, and months later we find out they do not and have to pay a bill of more than what the insurance paid to them. These guys are crooked!

I went on a Sunday morning. It was pretty busy. I waited 40 minutes to be seen. I didnt think that was to bad considering it was quite busy.

Worthless place..... So we wont be going there again! They were so rude to the kids and when I went to ask doctor a question he blew me off and said to many people are here he was literally in the room for 2 seconds to look at braydens rash and say what it was

My daughter was seen who has been sick with a low grade temperature and sore throat and nasal congestion for 5 days. She was swabbed and cultured for strep throat. Both came back negitive but she is still not improving. They seen my son approx two weeks ago and swabbed him and cultured him for strep and it was negitive but treated him with antibiotics and he got better. I already understand what the CDC says, I also know that swabs and cultures can have false negative results ( as why they treated my son). When I called this morning to get the results of her culture and to report that she was not better they said they would not call her in any antibiotics and will have to re-see her ( even though he told my daughter they would call her in something if symptoms didn’t improve and after her culture came back) so now I have scheduled her with her primary doctor because she is going on over a week with these symptoms. I will not be returning. I do understand why they would want to re-see her maybe it is something else however I am already discouraged. I also received a call from the same provider approx 20 minutes after I put this review up wanting to know if I got the urgent care providers mixed up because they hadn’t seen me since 2015. When I first put up the review I only had given it three stars and did not give an explanation as to why just yet. I Explained that I put the review because of my daughters care. I find that phone call disappointing as the provider would not come to the phone when I called questioning why the provider wouldn’t put my daughter on something but my son was treated for Same symptoms. The provider did not speak to me instead had the tech answer my questions. The provider didn’t even try to call me back.At first the lady I spoke to said your son was treated because his sore throat came back positive strep and I had to tell her to go back and look because I was told it was negative. She apologized and said you’re right it was negative but the provider is not going to change their mind.UPDATE: my daughter was seen at her primary physician today and put on Augmentin. And the statement they follow CDC recommendations strictly is not accurate as they treated my son when both his swab and culture came back negitive.

Went in know I had a sinus infection. The dr said it was just a cold because it hadn’t been 10 days the next day I was at my family dr to be told I had bronchitis. I went to my family Dr because my BP was 151/110. When I told my family Dr I went to the After Hours the dr told me never to go there again. If Iwould have been hospitalized if I would have waited the 10 days thank god I went to my family dr..

Went for bronchitis a year ago, and I waited 2 hours in the waiting room - 45 minutes in the exam room. The doctor came in for less than 2 minutes, listened to my “cough” once, and left. The nurse that discharged me gave me the list of meds he prescribed, one of which was an allergy pill I was already taking and they claimed they weren’t aware when I told them 2x and wrote it down. Then I went in there a few days ago for an injured foot and I was the first one in the door as soon as they opened.... 2 people went ahead of me, which was fine, still got in within 30 mins to an exam room. Then I waited 10 mins, got X-rays, went back to the exam room and waiting 25 mins for the doctor to come in, NOT EVEN EXAMINE my foot or even look at it closely, left in UNDER A MINUTE, all she came to say “well it’s not broken, just bruised”. Didn’t tell me if I was to take time off to work or anything, didn’t ask if I was in pain, just said “take ibuprofen, you’ll be fine” and left. Then 10 mins later ANOTHER lady came in with crutches and to wrap my leg, didn’t know which leg it was or if it was my foot or ankle... she also added that it was in fact sprained badly, where the doctor didn’t. and the first time I was there, front desk was HORRIBLY RUDE... this time there was a trainee who was sweet as can be, but the one training her was awful and mean. I figured I’d give them a second try but NEVER again... I’ll drive all the way to TC urgent care or Elmira urgent care....

Front counter receptionist is very rude, wouldnt want to go back due to that. The only upside is the doctors very sweet!

Dr.Patricia Moorse is an extremely good doctor, she is easy to talk to and pays great attention to detail. She cares for her patients as if they were family.
