Michelle was very helpful both for my cpap set up today as well as during the whole ordering process. I found her to be very thorough both in instructing me in setting up my machine and getting all the paperwork filled out as well as when she worked with my wife with her setup.

Airway Oxygen helped me with any concerns I had being new at wearing oxygen. Very courteous and polite.

I called on Wednesday 8/19/2020 and informed them that my little one’s g-tube button had burst again. Her g-tube is her lifeline. It’s how she gets food, water and meds, she doesn’t take anything by mouth. It’s now been 7full days and we still haven’t received a replacement. She has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, focal epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, etc.. When they(AirWay) put the urgent order in, they didn’t mark it as URGENT! I even spoke to the supervisor, Dwayne on last week when I called to replace the button. Obviously, he did NOT do his job! I’m beyond out of my mind with frustration towards this company!
