I really like my doctor and the nursing staff, it feels like they do actually care. The office staff has been rude to me more times than I can count, but I look past it because of the great care Im receiving from my doctor and the nurses.

Professional and responsive care in an efficient medical office setting. I appreciate the prompt responses to questions and the sense of calm competency.

Dr Vance is great. I love how much the office has to offer to provide all around care. Very patient oriented.

Dr. Cox has been my doctor, before they opened here. He works hard to help, to listen, and work with you, not pushy. The staff is awesome, they work hard to pull everything together. Calling the nurse, getting info, answers-best blood draws anywhere! Dr. Jen is another one that makes things happen.

Have been seeing them since their office just opened up in Cadillac. The staff and Physican have always been great. Never had an issue with them. most who did were older people or people who expected the world to revolve around them. The receptionists are great to work with and they go up and beyond the call of duty to ensure your needs are met.

Doctor never listened to me for 4 months.I was having horrible symptoms for that long, I asked her about thyroid issues since it runs in the family and she straight up ignored my question and didnt answer me. She screened for tons of stuff and at one point I waited 2 weeks for results that the nurse told me had already had sitting there for a week. 4 months came and went and I decided to get a second opinion.Guess who has a thyroid problem? Right, me.I have EVERY single symptom of hypothyroidism and not only did she not think to test for it, but when bringing it up for concern that it runs in the family and that Id like to have it tested, she ignored me.Would not recommend.

At first everyone seems nice. Ive had so much trouble with everyone there since i started going. Ive been hung up on, talked over. I take medication and for some reason the requests from my pharmacy arent going through, so I call the doctors office directly instead. They tell me to wait to call in until 2 days before I need them, and then dont fill them until days after I run out. I was told Id need appointments every 6 months and I just had to book a 3 month appointment, and no one is communicating with me to let me know if Ill even get my meds before the appointment date. If I could go anywhere else, I would.
