This office is the best dental office i have ever had. They are always friendly and caring. They do a good thorough job. I had a broken tooth and they got me in right away and fixed it beautifully. when i initially started to go to them i had a lot of problems with my teeth , especially my front ones and they repaired them so i have a lovely smile now. I feel i am in good hands having this office for my dental health.

Brought my granddaughter. Alot of kids here but nothing for kids as far as books or magazines. The magazines in the rack are for adults. The tv is on constant loop of their own dental commercial.

Ive been going to see Dr Verdelli now for about a year. I truly couldnt be happier. No dental office or dentist is perfect, but she does an amazing job with my teeth and always explains whats going on ahead of time. I never feel pain when shes working and the rest of the staff is always super nice.

Emergency dental is very useful for dire situations. A lady dentist did an absolutely wonderful job with my wisdom tooth extraction. Id highly recommend this location for dental services.

My Primary Care Provider is based out of this office. She is detail-oriented and thorough, and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Additionally, my son is seen here by the staff pediatrician and he is really great with kids, knowing just what to say to get my typically tight-lipped child to open up! I definitely recommend this office. With that said, however, I still strongly suggest that you interview your potential provider before committing, as not all medical personnel are created equal. I originally had a PCP who was always rushed and regularly made mistakes with my prescriptions.

Jon Borton is the most real PA you will ever meet, has a fantastic knowledge of medicine, and works with you and your insurance. The staff are very caring and accommodating and offer above average access to medical care.

Great service, same day appointments, and very caring employees

I have been a patient of Dr Mirs for over a year. At each visit I give a specific reason or reasons for my visit and what my goals are for the particular appointment. She DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER PATIENTS!!!! She is very unapproachable and when you tell her and show her that her treatment plans are not working, she becomes the victim and everything is everyone elses fault. She makes false claims about her behind the scenes activities (as she puts it), case in point: she told me that they were fighting with my insurance company for days to get me scheduled for an MRI...now, insurance companies are all about records and they have only had 2 forms submitted and ZERO conversations with her office about my MRI request. An obvious lie!I was also told by Dr. Mir that I have no control over my staff, I just work here. You should tell our office manager. If I tell them they wont do anything, but, if an angry customer complains we can get things fixed... when O asked about appointment scheduling and procedure request delay issues. I asked before I left to talk to the Office Manager (I know who she is and saw her moments before my request) and the front desk operators were quite rude and demanded to know what about and trying to just get me to leave. They waited a few minutes and told me she wasnt there...as ai walked out, I saw her talking to them...how unprofessional and childish.So, it is up to me to fix their system issues and when you try, they wont talk to you... unbelievable

If 0 stars were an option I would have chosen that. There were VERY limited options for locations that accepted the dental insurance I had while pregnant but since I only had dental coverage for a few months I wanted to get in for a cleaning. First appointment they dont even do the cleaning. Just an entire appointment for history. They wanted me to have extensive xrays done and assured me they were now safe during pregnancy. When they finally scheduled the cleaning it was PAINFUL (I always enjoyed cleanings in the past) and didnt feel like it did anything for my teeth. They wont allow anyone to go back to the room with you so theres no way anyone else can vouch for you with anything they say or do. I had NO tooth pain or dental issues, not so much as a cavity my entire life. Based on the xrays they took here they claimed I needed 3 or 4 fillings and at least 2 likely would be root canals. I scheduled 2 separate appointments to take care of the needed fillings. No matter what day I tried to schedule on the receptionist kept claiming the dentist I had originally seen was not available that day. Saw a different dentist who checked my teeth and said there were NO visible cavities or issues with any of my teeth but based on the xrays there were cavities inside a couple of teeth, still nothing he could imagine needing a root canal on. Drilled into teeth that appeared perfectly normal and healthy and did a TERRIBLE job with the (I strongly believe) unnecessary fillings. Every appointment I came back for they told me, just 3 or 4 more appointments. I finally stopped going because it was a never-changing 3 or 4 more needed appointments. The work they did caused extreme pain, my bite completely changed and I cant bite down the same anymore. The worst part is that MORE THAN 2 YEARS LATER I STILL CANNOT CHEW OR HAVE ANY COLD DRINKS ON ONE ENTIRE SIDE OF MY MOUTH. This has also affected my taste buds so everything tastes different and off. All this after having NO pain or problems prior to these appointments. Im now terrified to go to a dentist again and will NEVER EVER go back here.

They milk your insurance for everything they can get out of it. Messed up my teeth more than they already were. Do yourself a favor dont go here, and do not see Dr. Mintzer. Worst dentist ever.
