This place is extremely helpful! They really turned my life around!

Nothing but issues with them.Transferred from another clinic. Took them 6 months to get my level right. Somehow they got the dose correct, but from November - March I got excuse after excuse as to why I had to show up daily, when I transferred from going weekly from Valhalla Place in Brooklyn Park.Ive been transferred counselors randomly without explanation.I expressed wanting to relapse when things were going wrong in my life, I was told Well, thats up to you! then shooed out of the office.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE!If you are local, go DOWN THE STREET! Valley Wellness Center is A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY ON Highway 13. They offer Suboxone. Save yourself the trouble and do not get involved with these people.At worst, well, Ive been offered drugs just walking into the building countless times in the months Ive been here. Ive seen them give doses to a woman who ended up overdosing and possibly dying in their lobby *really a set of chairs in the front. Hardly a lobby*. Its a disgusting place with an even worse attitude.Unless youre looking to score easy drugs. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER WHO WANTS TO GET HELP. They dont offer help they offer methadone. If you want to stay sick, this is the place to be!!!!Written 8-5-2021

This place has changed my life. I’ve been going here for almost 8 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this treatment center. The staff is sincere about helping people. They care and it shows. Never feel judged or treated less than because of addiction issues. The nurses are very personable and kind.Doing intake was an easy process, my counselors have been fabulous, they are also sincere in their care. I’m never treated as a number like other methadone clinics, I’m treated as an individual.If you’re looking for a new way of life and are serious about it this is the best place for you to go. In my experience this treatment center is 100% better than any other place. No one is loitering outside, the parking lot is a not a hang out. It’s a smaller more personable place!

Ive used this clinic for nearly 10 years, & its been a life-saver! Even though the staff turnaround is fairly high (common in this business from my research) most every counselor is willing to help & a pleasure to speak to. There are rarely any long lines to dose & even when there are, the line moves at a decent pace in most cases (unless you get a problem/overly chatty person).

I was a client here for over 4 years and I tell you what, thanks to Dakota Treatment Center/New Seasons Dakota it was the easiest and best 4 years I have had in a long LONG time!!! Getting started was a pretty straightforward and simple process. You do an intake and have to dose in clinic daily except Sundays and holidays for your first couple months or so but you slowly gain more take home doses and eventually you can work up to once a month. Dosing is really quick usually and you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Be prepared to start off low and slow because they start you off at a very low dose. So long ago I cant remember the exact dose but I believe it was10mg and it took almost 3 weeks for me to get to a dose that really gave me decent relief from my withdrawal symptoms and held me symptom free to where I needed to be to stay off dirty street drugs 💉 and chewing down pills all day. The staff here has been GREAT!!! They definitely have had a fair share of turnover within the ranks over my 4 years but I never had a bad counselor nor did I ever dislike a staff member. The nurses are the stars of the show really. Theyre the ones that are really on the front lines getting everything coordinated with the doctors, directors, other nurses and your counselor And with that being said let me also say that the nurses here are GREAT!!! Super friendly and really good at what they do. They definitely get Sh*znit done!!! Wow, didnt intend to write such a long review. Hope it helps someone along the way. Thanks for reading.

Nice staff , and after 10 years of use and trying to get sober.well this place sure helped. Great people especially this 1 nurse 😊 all around if you need help check it out.

It stops the chasing immediately and saves a lot of money spent on the street. I have an organized routine now that was impossible when hustling. I can hold a job! If you have any question at all if your an addict please check this place out. I thought my life was over and now i got it back. Thank you God and Dakota Treatment center.

Besides the few nurses, the staff is horrible! The councilors who are supposed to help, will pressure the clients to get a prescription for xanax even tho its a deadly combination, just to cover themselves legally! I was denied a 1 day take home dose for my sisters funeral bc I have thc in my system. This is the only clinic in the united states that is open 365 days a year even on christmas! This is the only clinic in Mn that treats thc the same as heroin & opioids! Except the other clinic that is owned & managed by the same people! The director is unreasonably cruel and not 1 person in the clinic feels comfortable talking to her bc of how condescending & rude she is! If I could give negative 5 stars I would!
