I wish the employees had better communication with the customers. Language Barriers is hard. But they do a wonderful job.

This place is amazing, they never disappoint! There’s a bit of a language barrier BUT the knowledge they have is the body makes up for it. I’ve never had to tell them where I’m sore, and yet they always find the exact place.

Absolute WORST massage I’ve EVER had. After stopping my foot massage she proceeded to basically force me into a chair massage by getting in my face and not taking no for an answer. Both my partner and I were sore for many days after this massage. I also developed a rash on my leg that looked liked bug bites after sitting in their foot massage chairs. Gross!! I usually only leave good reviews but this was absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time or money here.

For a quick Chinese therapeutic quick massage, Good. Eastern massage goes back hundreds of years, and this is very different than western style. Relaxing in an effective way. Fully clothed always and well versed in pressure point. If you have serious back or neck ailments, do not do this. Tips are expected in this culture.

I give them 5 stars because they give amazing massages and always get the knots out of my neck.Be warned, there can be a language barrier and you end up with more then you wanted. I ended up paying $32 more, but it truly was worth it....just be aware.

I love coming here! Ive had several different massage therapists and Ive always been happy. They work hard and I always leave feeling refreshed. Having had close to 200 massages in my lifetime to date, I know a good therapist when I get one. Great for a quick 15-20 minute chair massage when passing through or getting a nice 30-60 minute massage.

Prices are cheap and they do an awesome job. Their deep tissue massage is hands down the best I have had.

First time at the massage spa today and it was great!! The staff was very friendly as well!! Full body massage was great & you leave your clothes on.Unfortunately the outside noise from the mall is a little distracting.

Great place to get the knots out without paying the high price. Choose from the chair, table massage, foot massage and more. No appointments necessary and generally no wait.

Ive been there a few times with decent relief with knots. Unfortunately two days ago i was there for a table massage and the man BURNED me with the hot stones. Literally skin peeled off skin sizzeling hot stones. This was extremely uncomfortable and even now days later still painful. Obviously they need a redresher course on using hot stones.

As a first time person ever doing anything message related i felt very rushed and ignored. I felt like they were trying to push people in and out as fast as they could. That and their was a huge language barrier. They could not explain anything to me or tell me what one thing was like compared to the other. They basically asked what i wanted, told me the time and kept trying to get me to pick a table. I ended up trying something new and random. Cupping. Once i was in it was very relaxing and things got a bit better but here is what prevents me from ever going back..Im sitting there in the room topless since they put the cups on my back. My mesuse is in the middle of removing and finishing up so im not draped at all and another worker walk right into the room with a middle aged man and was gonna let him take a table beside me! I WAS NOT DRESSED! i ended up telling them to make the man leave so i could get up and get dressed! So rude and inconsiderate. Not going back.

Wish they spoke English. Told then not to work my neck as I was recovering from surgery

Terrible customer service, wouldnt even get recognition from employees or assistance when my turn came up other people budged in line and got assistance will not recomend.
