I started getting massages here in 2019 and still do. I used to see Rachel who is no longer there and now see Hope who is so talented and friendly. I get deep tissue massages and Hope has fabulous deep pressure and gets my sore and knotted muscles from my active lifestyle feeling great again. Highly recommend!

Check in was not up to par. Front desk person appeared not to want to be there. Not real friendly or wanted to have any conversation. However, my massage definitely made up for that! My massage therapist was fabulous and I will definitely be back to see her.

Always a great experience here, very professional. Wide range of masseuses with different skill sets from relaxing to isolated needs. Didnt think my back was as bad as it was, but found all kind of knots. Woke up feeling great this morning 🌄.

My massage from Keith was amazing. I was a little nervous about getting my first massage from a man but there was no need. He was professional, friendly, and experienced. He did a technique called trigger points that no one had ever done with me. The migraine I came in with was relieved and I am so grateful. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a good strong massage therapist. The receptionist was warm and friendly as well which always helps.

We started going here in 2005. Janis was then and continued to be our favorite masseuse. She’s amazing. She’s willing to use more or less pressure according to what you want. Her massages absolutely work out stress and achy joints. We look forward to Covid being over so we can get back in for a “Janis massage”.

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and got a prenatal massage from Janis and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. My body went from being tense to feeling like a light feather. She’s amazing at what she does!

I have never had a bad experience and Ive been coming here for about 4 years. I have done medium pressure, hard pressure, & prenatal. All the therapists are professional & do a fantastic job.

I have only ever had great experiences here! Last week, I had a flair up from an old neck injury and wasn’t going to be able to see my PT for a few days. The pain just melted under Shelley’s capable hands and I walked away with relief and a broader range of motion. My neck had turned a 180 in terms of pain and tightness. I have been a patient of Shelley in the past for general massage therapy and would highly recommended her!

I can almost always get in when i need a massage! Though they are usually pretty booked, they are usually able to accommodate, if not the same day, then within a day or two. They hire top notch therapists in my opinion. Ive been an (ir)regular client there for years and have never been disappointed. Its a great business and i like to support locally owned companies! Keep up the good work!

Rachel at Keep in Touch is phenomenal. Each time I get a massage from her her techniques, knowledge and experience are surprising. Each time gets better and better. I wasn’t sure if I would find a massage therapist after moving to the twin cities and looking for almost a year before finding her. Best part is that it’s minutes away from my house!

Wow wow wow! Best massage I have ever had (and Ive had a lot!) MJ was so sweet, respectful and accommodating. She hit all my rough spots and I feel fabulous! Very relaxing experience with a corn bag while I waited and a warm peppermint cloth when I was finished. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating also. Would highly recommend... especially for the price! $70 for 1 hour.

I love this place! I’m always greeted when I walk in the door with a smile and can I get you anything to drink or a hot pack? Then I get to see my favorite Taylor. She is beyond talented and I feel fortunate to be able to see her! I’d like to add that all the therapists I’ve seen there are talented and mature. Everyone is nice and wonderful in their career! Clearly great owners! (Or managers or both)

Covid safe and fantastic massage therapist.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience.We were celebrating our anniversary & I thought we could get massages before dinner to helps us relax. We worked so hard over the summer & this was a treat. When I walked in to make two appointments, I asked what massages they offer. The reception had a sheet that showed what each therapist specialized in & said We would do whatever you want. I told them that we dont really get enough massages to know what we want, other than pointing out a few areas that bother us & to relax overall.The ladies were very professional & kind, but we both walked out with a headache. My husband rarely gets a headache. I thought it was just me, but when we went to dinner, he was miserable. I am still stretching out my neck & shoulder from our appointment. We have been to other Massage therapists in the past for our anniversary and always felt great afterwards. We were disappointed in our experience.They do treat you well when you first walk in, they offer you a warm corn bag while you wait & at the end, they offer you a warm towel & water. They have a lot to offer, but I think for ppl who know what they want & who go regularly.

Excellent service. I liked being greeted with a warm compress bag at the reception area. Therapists are well trained, experienced, careful and thorough. Clean and tidy! Relaxing atmosphere and music as well.

I have gone to this Keep In Touch at Burnsville many times over the last 15 years. I think they do a great job here. The atmosphere is very relaxing with dinner lights and soothing music. The massage therapists have all been really good. Out of all the times Ive been there I cant really think of anytime I havent enjoyed my massage, maybe just once... And I cant say that for a lot of other places Ive been. I am very active so I generally like a medium to hard pressure therapeutic massage as opposed to a relaxing massage, and the staff here never disappoint me, so kudos to Keep In Touch.

Love this place! I originally sent my Grandma here for her first ever massage and she loved it so I decided to try it myself. I’m very particular about massage and struggle to find places that I like but I loved this place!

This is my favorite place for a massage. Ive had massages with several therapists and they always listen to what I have going on. I always leave feeling better than when I come in. Also sell these great corn bags that you can heat in your microwave for aches and pains.

Easy scheduling, friendly staff, timely appointments, and reasonably priced. They take the time to ask a few simple questions before a message to make sure your comfortable.

I have utilized numerous spas, salons and clinics over the years as an athlete for post-competition relief, as well as for injuries sustained in an auto accident, and I was VERY impressed by Keep in Touch of Burnsville when I first visited last year and in repeat visits.The therapist asked me exactly what I wanted and then delivered. Some people think walking away feeling worse than you arrived is a good thing, but I am not of that opinion. I appreciate an effective massage that does break up the knots and releases the fascia, but too much pain is just not what I want to pay for. I left feeling relaxed and soothed. I went home and drank plenty of water and enjoyed a nice bath and the next day my body felt MUCH better.I just scheduled another appointment for this week and know that it will help me feel good for the trail race I have on Sunday!

Easy to get in last minute.

Ive often had massages where there is little to no pressure when pressure is definitely needed. I enjoyed an hour long whole body massage with Hope and I left feeling better than ever. I highly recommend Hopes services to anyone needing to work pains out but in a relaxing manner.

During the massage, I noticed she was massaging with only one hand, which seemed weird. After a little bit, I saw a light. Then, I saw the phone on the floor below the hole in the table. Next, I heard the iPhone camera sound go off... Taylor, my massage therapist, was taking pictures of me during my massage. The fact that massage therapists are allowed to have cell phones during massages is horrible - the fact that she takes NUDE PHOTOS is unforgivable.
