I went today to get my brows cleaned up and the lady took all my eyebrows, made them super thin. Will not be back.

Ive been a customer for years. My first visit since the pandemic, March 2020. It was great to get my eyebrows done and visit with the Technician on duty!

I love this place for my eye brows, I like my brows threaded more then waxing because its more precise. Been coming for the last 2 years. Go to the lady in the first chair next to the door. She does a amazing job!

I went here to get my brows threaded. When I walked in there was one customer in the chair and another one waiting for her turn. I was not acknowledged in any way when I walked in. The lady looked dead at me too. But another woman walked in a couple of minutes after me and was greeted and food to just have a seat and shell be right with her. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional. I left without even getting my brows done and just went elsewhere...

The lady made my eyebrows so thin despite me telling her repeatedly that I just want a clean up and thick brows. Not sure what she was thinking. Definitely not going there again.

The only place I will go to get my brows done. They are all super friendly and inviting. Great price and super quick. Highly recommended.

Super reasonable pricing and the threading lasts long time.They typically arent busy , and that is kind of a bonus too. I have always had a good experience here.

My eyebrows are destroyed😭 it’s worse than a bad hair day.. I’m very proud of my nice and full eyebrows and now they are half the size and not even cut straight. Not very happy

First time stopping in. Beautiful and quick work threading my eyebrows, she even managed to put some good shaping into them (considering they are naturally more round). I was a little nervous at first (as most people are that try a new place) and the staff wasn’t much for conversation, but the results were awesome! I will definitely be back.

AMAZING! Teju is my eyebrow GODDESS! I trust her and her only for my brows and I highly recommend this place. The girls here are so friendly and very knowledgeable about brows and threading in general. Words can’t explain how much I love the workers and the place! Highly recommend!!

This place is like a hidden gem. Ive been to other brow salons and paid $40+ for so-so threading. They nail it every single time here for only $11, and to top it off, theyre QUICK (5-10 mins.) and super nice. I will never go anywhere else!

It took less then 5 minutes, and surprisingly hurt less than waxing. The staff was nice and the place was clean and my eyebrows look great! I will definitely get my eyebrows threaded again.

I drove and called earlier to make sure I had a time slot to get my brows done. The lady literally turned me away because she was closing in 30 minutes. What a waste of my time and drive. I wouldn’t have come if she didn’t say come at that specific time. Never coming back again! I was a usual customer. And I really liked there service. But oh well!

This bar gets you in and out fast! They always do a great job. I recommend them to all my friends

Opposite of perfect. Went in to have stray hairs removed from the sides and ended up with one brow arched and the other is almost straight. And my brows were thick but are now very thin. Never going back. I wouldnt recommend going here either. Not worth the price or having to wait for them to grow out. I have business meetings I attend. And now I have to deal with my eyebrows every morning thanks to the mess I am left with.

Very rude called to ask about a service and she told me very rudely she was busy. And I hung up. Don’t expect my business if you are going to be rude over the phone to me. I understand you guys can get but there are ways to handle situations

I used to be a regular customer- perfect price for a quick clean up.... UNTIL one day when I came and the lady working destroyed my eyebrows. I have naturally thick eyebrows that I always ask for a clean up of the ends on. Usually this simple task is done well and I am satisfied. I am not sure if you have a new staff member, but I am very disappointed with my service. First off, I waited 45 minutes. Next, I asked for a clean up & what I received was 2 different shaped eyebrows- One of which chola-looking, definitely not just a clean up... a whole new eyebrow. The other still thick. I cannot believe I had to pay for this, and I will definatly never return. I urge others to never trust this place if you ever want your eyebrows to look decent again. I am very disappointed and I will make sure to let people who comment on my mismatched eyebrows (its already happened 4 times... within one day...) know that they were RUINED by Perfect brow bar in Burnsville. Would give zero stars if possible.

Tezu did an amazing job! Do not go to the one at mall of America horrible. Been going here at Burnsville mall for two years she knows exactly what I like .

Went to get my eyebrows done, employee didn’t really say anything and motioned me to the chair avoiding eye contact, she looked very angry and tossed the mirror at me when finished. My eyebrows look like twigs and I’m a male. Still put a tip in the jar which she pocketed immediately

I am very selective of who I left touch my eyebrows, especially being from out of state and having my own eyebrow lady back home. I read the views, took a chance on Teju, and was not disappointed. The 7 months I lived in MN Teju was the only person Id go to. When I get my eyebrows done I always say shave my uni, clean up the top and bottoms and shed do just that. Loved my eyebrows everytime I left that place. So if youre picky like me Im telling you, its ok to take a chance with Teju 😊

Good place but the staffs are not really friendly. You have to say couple of time what to do where to clean up. just seem they dont care. Thats just how i felt.
