Literally, the worst. Since dealing with incompetence with this Walgreens since 2018…I’m finally leaving a review. There is one nice curly haired gentleman that works in the pharmacy but aside from him, everyone has been terrible…consistently.I dealt with a new employee who tried billing an old insurance from over 4 years ago and had no idea what she was talking about, insisting incorrect information regarding my insurance. She put her hand up and waved it for me to stop talking at one point. I called my insurance twice to verify. Today, when she realized it was me again, she ROLLED her eyes and told me they don’t have a prescription for me. She was wrong. When I spoke with the gentleman with the curly hair, low and behold, my insurance goes through and I can pick up my prescription. Needless to say, I’ll be switching my pharmacy outside of Walgreens and I don’t know what took me so long.

Pharmacy staff are absolutely worthless here. They are incapable of answering simple question such as do you have a sprain support? Im, no, we have low inventory. Keep up the pathetic work.

Thank you Walgreens for your employees like Betty. She genuinely cares about someone’s health and makes sure they are taken good care of. She is always friendly ringing me out and is the sweetest And when it comes to customer service she excels at it and makes my day! Thank you Betty!

I called to ask about when a prescription would be ready to pick up. A young man answered the phone and asked for my name. I told him I got a message my prescription was ready to pick up and had a question about another. He responded in a very annoyed tone that he didn’t see a prescription in the system. I was a little confused as I had just gotten a message from them saying it was ready and was trying to clarify with him when he cut me off and somewhat shouted “yea! It’s not in here so tell me what you’re looking for!” I asked if I was frustrating him because I was caught off guard by his tone. He said no in a sarcastic tone and I asked if I could speak with someone else and he said yes and then hung up on me. After reading some other reviews it seems this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’ve never been spoken to like that by a customer service representative, let alone when it was unprovoked. I hope whoever is in charge starts paying better attention to their staff. I will be asking my doctor to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on.

Got some photos from this location and they printed quickly, checked me out quickly, and I was on my way. I appreciate the fast service, and the store was clean + cared for.

I would like to thank the 2 ladies working in the front! There wasnt many packs of toilet paper left (limit 2) and you let me grab 2 for my neighbor who has lung cancer and myself! I dropped it off to them and they say, Thank you! I never thought Id see the day when toilet paper can bring a smile to a struggling family, but here we are. Thank you both again!

Awful Walgreens location. Youll get the run-around when attempting to fill prescriptions and theyll make up things to get you to leave frustrated. They dont care about you as a customer. This happens just about every time. Its a wonder they even fill prescriptions correctly at all.

This stores stuff and management are so rude. One of my online order was wrong then they blamed me not even apologize. Never go back here.

This Walgreens is so racist. Everytime my family or I come in theres an old white lady at the register she not friendly, or inviting, she never smiles. Barely anyone who works there smiles. My husband and our son came into the store to buy some cigarettes and she refused to sell them to him with our 12 year old son there. Excuse me? If he can go into a liquor store with our son Walgreens shouldnt be any different. Also there were no signs of any sort stating anything she said was true. My husband had to go to work so he didnt have time to speak with a manager or owner. Im definitely getting my lawyer involved because this was just discrimination. Also the Better Business Bureau need to investigate this store and will be. To the higher ups something needs to change maybe hiring some younger vibrant people or I see that location closing. Or a lawsuit.

By far the worst pharmacy my wife and I have ever been to. They totally messed up her prescription multiple times, and now mine. I got a call saying it was ready yesterday, but we didnt go get it till today. When we tried to pick it up he said it was not ready. Over 24 hours they had to fill it, not a hard order to fill either, but one I really need. Its problem after problem with this pharmacy. Believe the reviews of this place, its bad and we will be changing immediately. 0 stars if I could

I went there to get some items and my one of there item was not scanned right in there part so the old lady there told me just leave because my card was not going through and she was also yelling at me and then the mananger came and helped her out and she was still standing there laughing and it was very rude and I think they should teach her how to control her anger and be polite to the costumers.

Younger employee- I think his name is Alex or Alan is super fantastic! Very personable and helped us with passport pictures !! Excellent employee and nice to see our youth happy at work and so helpful!

The worst walgreen I ever seen the pharmacist guy who was talking to me on the phone today was so racist and rude. I have recorded his voice the way he talked to My dad’s prescription. All of our family members have transferred from walgreen to CVS.

I was there the 24th Wednesday night at like 8:15 pm and the cashier Sammy was phenomenal!!!!! She helped my 9 year old out with his purchase and helped him open what he bought and then she helped me greatly!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive had there EVER!!!! Thank you again SAMMY!!!! Keep up the awesome work we need more people like you in retail!!!!!! Ill be back for sure just because of her!!!!!!Ashley

Theyve held the door open a couple extra minutes at the end of their night for me before​. Really like this one. Theyre always chatting with their customers too. can tell theyre a part of the local community.

Thanks you guys for staying open two extra minutes to help me get relief after my surgery. I felt like you cared for me even though you dont really know me. We need more people like you and Im so grateful to you.

This pharmacy has the rudest staff on the planet. I just switched here bc of it’s close vicinity to my house and I am regretting it already! Dude hung up the phone on me!!

Im am usually shopping off a short list for items from the weekly circular. Most food items I would not buy here because they are so much cheaper at a regular grocery store or SuperTarget, but sometimes their sales are good deals. Offers ShopKick scans and rebates. I cant comment on the pharmacy, as Ive never used it.

Horrible drive through. Asked me to come back in 10 min I ran another errand and came back in 30 min and they asked me to come back in 10 min! Understaffed!

I went to this Walgreen’s pharmacy on 11/9/17 and bought an infant Tylenol only to realize that it was outdated and had an expiration date of 10/17 right before I could give it to my baby. I called to let them know about the outdated medication they sold to me, but the pharmacist guy was rude and hanged up on me before I could finish what I wanted them to know. I called back and talked to a lady the second time and she says she just checked other tylenols on the shelf and they aren’t outdated like I’m making stuff up. I have a reciept and a picture of the Tylenol and can’t wait to return it to them. This was my to go pharmacy and for my family too. I guess I won’t be going to them anymore. I advice you to always check the dates of what you buy from here; especially medications.

Not enough staff and poorly laid out store.

The pharmacy here is one of the slowest I’ve ever had to deal with! All the staff are extremely slow and are stand-off-ish.

I called the Pharmacy ordering two medicines, and requested for delivery to an assisted living facility nearby. After almost two weeks passed nothing happened. I called again and the pharmacist (or the assistant) said the order was not ready. So this place needs follow-ups and you cannot entirely trust it.
