I checked in for an appointment and not even hello and she said after telling them I was a new patient she more or less said and? She finally searched for my name in their system and was sent downstairs and the same no greeting back or anything. I guess they can treat patients as there are not other Neurologist in the area. If I didnt need this appointment I would just walk out.

I had an excellent experience with both the clinic and Dr Stuart Bergman-Bock. All of them were extremely helpful!!!I don’t know which of the reviews are from Mental Health patients. Being dropped from a doctor’s case load after missing two visits is common practice throughout the Mental Health community.

Very courteous and helpful staff. I waited no time at all to see Dr. Evan Williams, a Neurologist. I originally meet him when I was at Fairview Ridges Hospital. We has great! Answered all of my questions, did not rush me, went over all of my scans, and came up with a follow up plan if needed. I would recommend anyone to come here if you are having neurological issues! You wont be disappointed!

I am surprised to see the negative reviews of this clinic because I have had an exceptional experience through and through. My neurologist is Dr. Stuart Bergman-Bock and he’s been wonderful. This is my second neuro clinic and I won’t go anywhere else. My initial appointment was so thorough and informative. It wasn’t rushed and he talked to me like a person and explained his thinking and cared about how I felt and my input the whole way through. The MRI went quickly and smooth and the radiologist was kind and talked me through the whole thing. Got a call back the next day from my doc about my MRI results later on a Friday, which shows me they care and aren’t just pushing work out because it’s a Friday. Thank you for the excellent care .

I was referred to this clinic by my doctor. The first thing I noticed was how kind everyone is from the front desk positions, lab, physical therapy and the doctors. They seem to truly care about their patients. They have been timely with my appointments and when a few minutes late - they apologize. Seem to value my time. The other thing I appreciate is during my appointment he provided a future road map not only with medicines, physical therapy, food changes, meditation/ relaxation, but also a road map once we start making progress what the path looks like to get off the medicines.

Dr. Aggarwal won’t see a patient if the patient has no shows twice. Both times, the medical transportation company screwed up us: the ride was very late to pick up the patient and the driver dropped off the patient at the old location. The clinic won’t let us schedule with Dr. Aggarwal. We reported to the patient’s case manager about this. Very snobby and rude to the patient. If we can find another neurology clinic in our neighborhood, I would definitely switch.

This clinic is terrible they don’t even deserve one star. They don’t document everything correctly and they lie. I told them my very first visit that I was depressed from the medications I was on and there is no document of it and they were not willing to change it.They can’t even figure out on their own what to do if a seizure happens in their office they call 911 and cause more bills for their patients and send them to the ER where nothing more is done than given a medication to come out of the seizure fully. Being a neurologist clinic this should be able to be handled in their office.They also are not willing to work with you On your bill and charge you interest if you don’t pay within 30 days.I Highly recommend that if your looking for good care that you choose elsewhere. I currently now go to the Mayo Clinic and am receiving great care. They also are very willing to work with you financially when your not able to work.

Worst experience ever in a medical setting. Please do yourself a favor and wait ( even if its months) to see a reputable neurologist. I wish we would have waited.

Couldn’t get anything through insurance (only doc I’ve had this problem with). Prescribed onset migraine med., which came out to $10 per pill AFTER INSURANCE. Upon contacting them I was told “I can prescribe something more expensive”. Never had such a terrible experience!!!

I was a bit disappointed in my experience. The first appointment went well and I was very optimistic about finally having my bilateral arm pain fixed. I did the EMG and MRI as recommended. Nothing came of that. Then the Doc said I need a referral to an orthopedics place which is where I was sent there from. Then he decided I needed some type of physical therapy. I let him know where I wanted to go and he said his receptionist will work on it and get back to me. That was 6 weeks ago. I now have such bad pain I cannot type at work; I am a nurse and it is a necessity. Very poor customer service unfortunately. Try Noran Neurological Instead; we send patients there and they communicate much better. Also almost forgot to mention, there are vital signs in my chart that were never taken; very unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr. Aggarwal for about five years to treat my fibromyalgia. He has been absolutely wonderful. He listens to everything I say. Hes not staring at a computer the entire visit. He offers suggestions and help. I am in a much better place pain-wise since I started seeing him, and its not due to tons of pain medication. Rather, he encouraged me to exercise, reduce my stress and try acupuncture. All helped!

Waited 45 minutes with no estimate for how much longer the wait would be. I am tired of these conceited doctors thinking they can overbook and make us sit and wait just to maximise their profits. My time is valuable too.

From getting a new patient appointment, to a very rud doctor, to having to wait 6 weeks between EVERY visit, to having US to call the office to request Information for support groups for a Parkinson’s diagnosis, to having an incorrect diagnosis after 8 months of waiting.. we received an an answer from Mayo ( we waited 4 1/2 weeks for the appointment) in 2 hours of the appointment. Hummmmmm.

Beyond incompetent at the MRI lab. Was treated so poorly by the LL50 MRI receptionist, told that I was going to have a different patients testing!! After my procedure I asked the white coat attendant why I wasnt given a particular test, and she said that it wasnt what the Dr ordered. Asked the receptionist after my test and she was so affronted that I would question her, she snapped at me IM LOOKING AT WHAT THE DR WROTE RIGHT HERE! and as I tried to explain to her that I didnt receive the test SHE SAID I WAS TO HAVE UPON CHECK-IN she said as we were leaving to the other attendant Oh, I read Ellens testing, not hers. NO SORRIES, NO ADMITTING INCOMPENTANT BEHAVIOR, BUT WAS TOLD I WAS WRONG. I have never been treated like this in my life.

Ive suffered from bouts of vertigo over the last few years. Though severe at onset, they would gradually recede until after three weeks or so, they would pass. Then, early spring 2017, I was hit with the worst ever. It receded some, but continued to plague me. I went to my internist, PT, and ENT, and it was determined not to be the ear crystal issue, but neurological. After seeing an excellent chiropractor (helped a little) and acupuncture. (also a little), I eventually chose MCN. So glad I did! Dr. Aggarwahl was very thorough with testing and treatment, which included an MRI, PT, an elimination diet, and medication. I began to feel better after about a week and a half, following over a year of dizziness. I am highly sensitive to medications (and stimuli in general), and when trouble arose, he responded immediately. We addressed the problem and it was corrected. I love being able to contact Dr. Aggarwahl via the clinics online system when I have questions. Its fast and efficient and far better than any system Ive worked with in the past. Every single person I have dealt with at the clinic has been warm and professional. I did the PT closer to my home and will review that location, though I will say I was extremely pleased with my physical therapist. I only wish Id gone here right away!

I have suffered from migraines since I was little. Dr. Aggarwal at MCN Burnsville has carefully formulated a treatment plan that has helped enormously! In my opinion he is absolutely amazing! He truly listens and is always willing to answer questions or tweak your treatment plan so it is the most effective for you. Ive worked with him for years and have never had a doctor have such a positive impact on my migraines!

Ive gone here since 2007. This clinic, the entire staff is great, friendly and most of all caring. Highly recommended clinic.
