I went in for an evening MRI and the front desk ladies were so nice! The nurse and tech in the back putting me through the MRI were also excellent. They took their time to explain each step of the process and it went by smoothly. Everyone there seemed very sweet and helpful. Im a bit surprised to see some other reviewers have had such mixed experiences.

Actually, I couldnt find the place. But got there just in time to see the technician. The person at the front desk was wonderful and the tech was great, as well. I went back for my two injections, which were done by Dr. Johnson. He was terrific. Kind and bent down to talk to me while I was on my stomach on the table. Usually, the doctors just march in say a few words, do the job and walk out. VERY nice experience. This was done 8 weeks ago.

I have had 3 injections over a period of 6 months. In all cases the front desk people and the nurses who bring you thru the procedure have been excellent.Drs. Carlson, Cooperman, Meyers injected me with little pain and the procedures went smoothly. However, both Drs. Carlson and Meyers couldnt leave the room fast enough. There exit to me was very rude. Dr. Cooperman was very good. I would appreciate it if the manager would call. I have other disappointments to report.

X-Ray was fine, but I received no real direction on what to do or what was happening. Woman at the front was short and unpleasant. I also waited past my scheduled time as people who were walking in (2) almost immediately got seen. Id avoid this place.

A very nice experience! I came in for an injection in my hip and I can’t say enough nice things about my visit. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and I felt very comfortable here. Dr. Carlson performed the procedure and explained every thing he was doing- step by step. I would definitely come back and see Dr. Carlson again!

Absolutely awful!!! They were pushing me to try to reschedule due to an error on there side when i arrived. Found out that the receptionist who set up the appointment failed to properly ask me questions about kind of apt it was and if i needed to have sedation. The ladies at the front were NOT helpful with this and still pushing me to reachedule. I told then No Absolutely not. Then had me wait till past my apt time in the lobby instead of taking 1st patient. This is unprofessional and i will never come here nor woupd recommend anyone coming here!!!

This is a very clean, orderly operation. But what was even better was to have each staff member treat my mom with such care. Thanks!

My appointment was set up by my clinic. CDI had record of that. When I went to CDI they said that I didnt have an appointment because I had not called and returned a message. The problem was that they had not called either of the phone numbers I left as contact information. The receptionist that told me I didnt have an appointment spent over 10 minutes on hold before being able to talk to a scheduler. Although the scheduler was apologetic she was definitely not empathetic. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.

Called set up an appointment, told them I was on a tight schedule and I work at 10, told me if I set an appointment for 9 I would have plenty time and would take 30 minutes TOPS. Ended up in the waiting room for 50 minutes before I even got in the room and was late for work. Don’t have front desk quote times if that’s how it’s going to be, people plan their day around these thing.

Simply highly professional service, Procedures fully explained, Staff including Physicians very friendly/helpful, highly recommended

The staff here is not properly trained and is very rude.
