Love this place! Dr. Jeff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt relief from my lower back pain within the 1st session and its only gotten better. He takes the time to explain all the specifics of his diagnosis and treatment plan and he has always been able to answer my questions. The staff is also very kind, considerate, and work efficiently even when it gets busy. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and wonderful.

Dr. Jeff cares about his patients. He knows each one by name. He doesn’t just adjust you and send you on your way. He takes his time, talks about your symptoms, and addresses the root cause. It’s worth the drive to go to a chiropractor who uses knowledge, experience, technique, and compassion.

Eagle trace spine and sport has been very understanding of my sports injuries and competitive nature to keep up with my health as fast as I fall apart. With riding professionally its awesome to know there is a business I can count on to keep me on the bike. I usually always end up visiting before performing a show or following a pretty hard slam and they work with me on so many levels from the adjustment to the aftercare, so if I had to reccomend a service to everyone would consider it to be this one. After a few years of Chiropractic inactivity, I visited Eagle Trace (friend-recommended) in mid-May 2021. The place was busy so waiting close to 30 minutes to be seen was inevitable. Good sign of a successful practice. Being my first time here, a little more investigative work was needed by the doc to determine what my (neck/mid back) issues were and how to address them. This was done by the part-time Dr. here. After some stretching exercises, we moved the the adjustment. Everything went relatively fine but the neck adjustments were a little more violent than Im used to. Before the visit, the neck was slightly stiff at times but really not an issue at all. My ex worked for one of the more prominent Chiropractors in MN who was the exclusive Dr. to many of the Vikings (Chris Carter promoted him to every incoming/current team member through his entire career), so I was able to receive free treatments for 5ish years by one of the best and at have the experience to know how I should feel after adjustments focusing on different areas. I think my neck adjustment at ET was just one of those that didnt go quite as planned and nothing more. Between my May apt. and today, July 2nd, my pain level went from high (painful with very little range of motion) the first few weeks to manageable today. Unfortunately, I will not be back and will take a wait-and-see approach hoping the now minor pain subsides altogether.

DR. JEFF is amazing... I was looking for chiropractor do to my car accident. I have visit other locations, but coming to Eagle Trace Spine & Sport got more then just an adjustment. I was educated in how our spine should be also taught me few a exercise, and etc. Long story short... I walk in with a bad stutter do to my car accidents. The “ masseuse” kept reciting anti-vaccine made up statements and made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable as she was not even wearing a mask during massage. And made disrespectful comments of those who are vaccinated.

I am so glad to have discovered Dr. Jeff. His adjustments are gentle yet effective. I like that they encourage you to do exercises, it motivated me to do what I can at home. I have already noticed overall improvement in my problem areas and decrease in pain. I also like the traction table and electrode options and chose to do those every visit. I was looking for a chiropractor close to me, so decided to try Dr Jeff at Eagle Trace Spine and Sport. Can’t be any more happy with this establishment! Dr Jeff has alleviated my pain. Also, I love that they have exercise equipment that target your problems you can use, a massage table and spine stretching table with stem therapy you can use before or after your appointment. The support staff are friendly and helpful, as are the massage therapists. They are upfront about costs and will investigate what insurance does and does not cover, so you have no surprises. I highly recommend.

Dr. Jeff Plaster is a true life savior. I’ve only had a couple visits at his office, but every time I leave, I feel like a whole new person. This is my first chiropractor experience ever, which was scary for me at first. I usually cringe at the sound of cracks and pops from other people, so I absolutely hated when I had to pop or crack anything on myself. I entered his office with 19 years of tension and he has taken away 98% of my pain. I’ve been seeing Dr Jeff for a few months now and what I’ve realized is he doesn’t give up on me even when I feel like quitting. The office visit is a whole experience that lasts about 30 minutes every time. Each visit includes a neck/back adjustment, doing my exercises and hopping on the rolling massage machine. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who cares about his clients and genuinely wants to help your healing process, Dr Jeff is your guy.

I feel the adjustments are performed at a much too quick pace. Adequate time should be spent with each patient to ensure quality. My first adjustment left me unable to maneuver off table as my lower back seized with pain. My last adjustment was very painful as fingertips were pressed into shoulder area to relieve soreness, which only added to initial discomfort. What was done on the right side was not congruent with the left side. The deep tissue massage was great! I only wish conversation was kept to a minimum to fully relax and enjoy. I agree the sheets I laid on had a stench and were not freshly laundered.

I am so grateful for Dr. Jeff and his team. I walked into his office wanted to quit my job because the pain, the tingling and the stiffness from my bulging discs was unbearable. After few visit, I got relief and after 11 visits, I feel almost healed and just worked double shift at my work. My pain is nearly gone. Just need maintenance to keep me going. I’ve had back pain for over a year. My primary doctor ignored it and just sent me to PT and I tried another chiropractor. I finally came here and Dr. Jeff knew immediately what was wrong and made appropriate treatment suggestions. It took me randomly finding a Groupon to finally get an X-ray and understand what was wrong.I also received a 90 minute massage as a part of this Groupon. Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever received from my massage therapist Renee. She listened to my concerned areas and what I wanted. Could hardly walk with a cane when I first went in, now I no longer need the cane. Excellent friendly staff. Dr. Jeff does a great job. They know you by name when you come in.

Massage sheets smell like cigarettes and cheap perfume. The massage therapist is overly chatty and only focused on my shoulders, even thoughI told her my problem zone was my lower back, I definitely did not feel the zen. They sent a text message asking for feedback, there was no response. The next day i received another message asking for star rating feedback.

Highly recommended!! Dr. Jeff and his staff provide a friendly and professional office setting for their patients, and at very competitive rates. I was introduced to this office via a Groupon offer, was seeking help with neck stiffness issues which had not been resolved under the care of another Chiropractor. Wasnt sure what to expect. During the initial exam consultation Dr Jeff took the time to identify any other issues so he could treat all as needed, vs just my initial neck issue. I confessed to intermittent lower back pain and leg numbness. Dr Jeff took xrays at no added cost to me to develop his treatment plan and took the time to review the xrays and plans with me... very impressed! (Not expected based on previous Chiropractic office experiences.) In addition to the spinal adjustments, Dr Jeff has provided neck stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home, and each office visit has included time on the roller bed and mechanical stretching equipment... again, this is unlike any of my previous Chiropractic care experiences. I am thrilled with my results to-date. Leg numbness, lower back and neck stiffness have greatly improved to the point that Im ready to scale back my treatment, but based on my experience I expect Ill remain on as a patient for periodic maintenance care.

Listen up all you Trigger finger/thumb sufferers… surgery is not always the only option!!!!!A little over a year ago I got a diagnoses of trigger thumb to my left thumb, which is rare in the thumbs vs a finger I was told. I went to a hand therapist one time a week for six weeks. I was told that surgery was the only thing that would help. I was asked at almost all of the visits if I was ready to have the surgery. I was absolutely against having any surgery and had to state this each time. At the beginning of these six weeks my other thumb, the right one, started doing the same thing, but the hand therapist could not treat without a diagnosis. Long story short, after six weeks and not enough improvement I was discharged. However, my left thumb returned to normal! No surgery! This is where Dr. Jeff comes in… He did to my other thumb, the right one, similar techniques to what the hand therapist did, and my right thumb returned to normal too! Dr. Jeff used infrared light, ultrasound, and A.R.T. to bring my thumb back to 100% function… and no surgery!!!! Dr. Jeff was patient and kind and never gave up. To this day my thumbs are still functioning normally. I am so grateful! I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff.Cheryl T.

I have suffered from constant back/neck/hip pain for years. I have never been to chiropractor before this, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I have an office job staring at a screen, and I can tell it affects my body. He was able to get all my x-rays done and explained what was causing my pain. Dr Jeff is always upfront. He lets you know that there will be some pain in the beginning and that continued treatment is important. Itslike exercise. You dont lose weight after 1 workout, and working out can leave you in some pain as you build up your muscles. Dont take the word of a review from someone who didnt come back to see their x-rays or continue their treatment. All of my tension headaches are GONE. I have not had a migraine or headache in a month, and I used to get them regularly. My back pain is has been dramatically reduced, and I couldnt be happier. I love that they also know all of their patients. Great to see a small staff that cares and knows you. Dont let a bad review keep you from trying this place out for yourself!

Both the chiropractor and massage therapist I saw were very knowledgeable and personable. I really appreciate the in-depth appointment I had and got a lot of explanations. They are able to identify issues very effectively.

Came with extreme lower back and sciatic pain for an injury that’s 10+ years old. I’ve been coming for about 3 months and have seen tremendous reduction in day to day pain and an increase in movement and mobility. Can not recommend them enough, especially Dr Plaster. He is very good at setting expectations and is realistic and accurate on the timeframe for results.

Its a one man show but the guy is a rockstar. Professional and personalozwd care. I came with a Groupon but theyve got my business as I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism exhibited there. This is coming from someone who was skeptical of chiropractic too! Honestly I don’t even know where to start!!!! I went to few chiropractors before him and they were beyond incomparable to Dr. Jeff. I have never had this kinda of experience with chiropractor, he put so much time and effort explaining my symptoms and show me what I need to do to get better. After my first adjustment, I felt the relieve. I’m honestly grateful that I saw this provider. This provider is hands on and doesn’t make you sit on chair and have robot do the work.
