Front desk employee had her kids and her husband in the lobby. Was really distracting while waiting to be served.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a chiropractor and I didn’t realize how misaligned my body had become. Instant relief after leaving!! 10/10 recommend and will be going back for regular adjustments. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, understood any anxiety about being adjusted, and worked with me to make a care plan moving forward.

I LOVE visiting the joint! The staff feels like family and the adjustments are first rate! Financially doable, too! Family friendly!! (Sometimes the staff even bring in there best behaving little ones, which is a treat for us regulars!) I always look forwards to my weekly visit. :) Thanks for taking great care of me and my spine!

I enjoyed coming to this location with Dr. Drew and now I really love having Dr. Ellie! I always feel better after my adjustment. I am glad I dont have to make an appointment so I can fit it in when I have the time or go in when I really feel out of whack without having to call first.

Friendly atmosphere. The receptionist Brittany is friendly and informative. And the doctor asks great questions and does a quick yet quality adjustment each time I go in.

I saw Dr. Drew on Friday, February 21st for the first time. I went in with shoulder pain and irritation. He and I discussed the structure of the spine, as well as the nerves within it. He explained if something’s out of place this can cause a host of complications. After discussing a treatment plan, he adjusted me. I have gone to the chiropractor before, but he worked his magic. Once I was done, he wrote out what he’d like me to do for the next month to tell. He was incredibly professional yet down to earth. I highly recommend Dr. Drew and the joint to anyone looking for an easy going chiropractic experience

We love the joint and Dr. Drew and Brittany! I sighed up for the consultation for my boyfriend when he was having a lot of back, neck, and foot pain. We both did a consult and it didnt take long for us to sign up for regular visits. We always feel so welcome there even when we might be interrupting their lunch hour! We honestly look forward to our weekly visits and can tell how much our visits have been helping us both with our pains. Thank you to the joint!

Dr. Drew Selnes is amazing! I have never been to a chiropractor before so I was a bit nervous but he took all my worries away by explaining to me everything step by step! The consultation, exam and adjustment were fantastic. My body felt great right away! I will be coming back!

First of all, I love the business model of The Joint! Being able to use my HSA as well as go in without an appointment are essentially the only reasons I can go to the chiropractor at all!Dr. Bruns is AMAZING. hes super personable and after seeing him for the last 6 months he feels like a friend. He gives me a hard time about my hardcore fitness choices, but always does his best to keep me going.The other docs are great too! Since my usual guy left, it’s nice to know that no matter who I see they’re all friendly and listen to my concernslove love love this place!!

The Doctors are great!! Of course I have my faves but I am happy to see any of them when in need. I love that I can pop in when a condition flares up and not wait hours or days to be seen!

I have had a great experience with Dr John and Dr Drew at Burnsville. Great attentive care, always leave feeling 100% better.

I went in today as a walk-in, and I was very disappointed. The kid at the front couldnt find my prior information from being there, which happens, but then the other girl that works there found it immediately. She then said The doctor will review your file and be right with you. I sat down for 20 seconds and the kid that couldnt find my information initially gets up from the front desk and is like, Hello, Im doctor Drew. Come on back! That was kind of strange. I came in because I was in really bad SI joint pain and my right leg is shorter than my left and it needed to be corrected. He adjusted me, but he didnt really adjust my right SI joint at all. I could feel it was stuck. He then said it was stuck. He pulled on my right leg a couple of times. I felt my right ankle pop but not my hip at all. He then said There we go. Ive been going to my chiropractor for about 2 years and hes never not checked my feet after adjusting me to make sure my hips are level. This kid didnt do that. He was like, Were good. Usually, within minutes after having my hips adjusted, I feel pressure release. I didnt feel that this time, in fact, it felt much worse. I laid on our bed face down when I got home and asked my wife to just look at my feet and see if they were even - OH MAN!! My right leg was definitely still shorter than my left. Its been 3 hours and my pain is still there and a little bit worse. This doesnt normally happen to me after an adjustment. I can feel tension release almost right away, and it drastically goes down fast. I feel like he was in school for this, and there should have been a teacher there but there wasnt. Also, when he was adjusting my neck, one side didnt crack at all. That was the first time that ever happened. I always love getting my neck adjusted, and I feel so much better after. Both sides crack a ton. Now, my neck has radiating pain up into my skull on the opposite side of the side that didnt crack. I called my chiro on his own cell phone to see if I can get into him tomorrow for an ACTUAL adjustment to fix whatever this kid did wrong. Bad experience. Dont waste your money on this place, go to a real chiropractor!

Doctors John Brun and Danny Sawada are amazing people who also happen to be chiropractors. Friendly, caring and it is more than just a treatment for spinal alignment, it is like running into a good friend every week.
