The ladies who work here are super attentive. I love the energy. I asked one girl what foundation was the best for me. I had breakouts and Im always running around so I need one that will stay. She pointed me to a tall lady with long light brown hair. I cant remember her name. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me a it cosmetics foundation in my EXACT shade. Its perfect. Those two ladies were amazing. Definitely know their stuff.

I was here 10/17 2021. And wanna give a shout out to the ladys working the registers at around 4pm. They where clearly short staffed bit working their buttons off. Even tho 3 customers behind me where being extremely rude for no reason at all to them. So props to the chashiers yall handled it like Champs 🖤

I didn’t want to sign up for the rewards and the worker was extremely pushy and made me uncomfortable. She got upset and just tossed my bag at me after the transaction and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service. Nobody welcomed me and they all acted like they were better than me. Won’t come back to this location, sephora is better anyway!

Went in looking for some one-time use self-care items, such as, facial masks. After looking around and finding most items on my list, a staff member helped me find the remaining items. It would be helpful to have all the one-time use masks and such in one area.

Amazing experience. Had multiple employees offer to help and ask if I was doing well. This store seems to really care about their customer service. Store was very clean and organized. If an employee wasn’t helping someone they were busy checking on others or at the front.

Workers werent very helpful until I asked a few different people. Ended up finding what I wanted, not a very big ulta compared to other stores but they have all the essentials. Salon department was most helpful

Absolutely amazing staff af this location! I came in looking for products for my 2b hair. I had a loose idea what I was looking for but the options made it a hard choice. I asked an employee for help and she referred me to her manager. The manager knew exactly how to help me! She reccomend a shampoo and conditioner as well as a cowash and styling product for my type of hair! Also gave advice on what to try next if I need to add something! Highly recommend these people!

This is my favorite location! I see Bridget at least once a month and she does a GREAT job!Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in their store. I went their last night and needed something to clean my make up brushes. A sales associate showed me a product. Trusted him and took it. On my way to the register, I saw another brush cleaner product. Asked the cashier her honest opinion on the two and she said she liked the product shown to me the first time and was raving about it. So..... I bought it, tried it abs it’s amazing!Can I give them more than 5 stars??

I was at Burnsville location for purchasing an item and there’s a coupon fir saving if you spend certain amount of money I gave the cashier the code that what says online and she said this is not working I need a barcode which is am fine with it and I tried plenty time to get the barcode and I couldn’t because the online website was lackey and the cashier chatting with the another one and I’m standing to figure out how to present the coupon and even their supervisors there no one willing to help I never stop for shopping from that location any more, customer service rates are ZERO.

I went in to buy the Dyson straightener, when I got to my car I realized the box was empty! I went inside and the staff was quick to help and found me a store close by that had one in stock so I was able to still get one! They even gave me some awesome product samples as a gift. At this store I had an employee finally match me with a foundation that actually looked like my skin tone! It was magical because I’d been on the search for about a year, trying shades and finishes recommended by other people at other Ulta stores but at this one I finally found my ultimate match :)

What not to like about Ulta. Its your one stop shop for anything beauty. There staff are very helpful when needed and leave you be if thats what you wish.

Great products with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They must be busy on weekends because inventory is sometimes depleted on Mondays. Be sure and sign up for coupons. There is an app that works great.

I really liked this location. I needed some advice on facial products and the two ladies I were talking to were extremely friendly and patient with my 1,453,239 questions. I love ulta! This location has very friendly employees and the store is larger, cleaner, and more well stocked than the ulta inside of the mall of america. I like that I get catalogs and coupons in the mail to plan my next makeup shopping trip and hopefully save a little money since makeup is not cheap!

Everyone there is super friendly, the store is spotless, and they have an expansive selection. I LOVE their salon and Jenna is THE BEST!

I been coming to this location often since it’s the nearest to my house, staff in this store is absolutely rude and no one greets you. No one asks if you need help and walk pass you like you’re not even there. So rude when you ask them questions. I will no longer be coming here. People are coming to shop and spend their money, I expect a decent treatment and great customer service.

Not the most helpful staff. They have all the stuff my girls need but your kinda on your own.

I have always had a great experience at this location. However when searching for a new moisturizer I encountered a very brash and unprofessional woman. She did not listen to what I was looking for and kept trying to push very expensive kits on me to help with my redness which I dont have or even mentioned having. I said Im very particular with smells as well. She told me to try this one product and put on my hand. I smelled and advised I would not use that. She rudely responded saying well arent you just a snobby snob picky little thing WOW! In what customer focused industry would that ever be acceptable. I foresee a very short lived employment there for that woman.

They had a lot of make up; however, I went in looking for something specific and asked 2 different employees. They both told me they didnt have it but they didnt even try to help me find something similar or to look up to see if other locations had it in stock.

Team is super friendly and helpful. The options can be overwhelming, and they help you find and narrow down your options to find just what you want.

I was so happy coning to this location everyone is so nice and helpful and making sure you know what type of deals are going on in the store and they are very informal about all sorts of products its really honestly pretty great.

What a mess; called in and booked... they lost my reservation but allowed me to sit, but pushed some other customer back but at the expense of one stylist who was openly berated by the girl who thinks she is pixie/fairy. I could have cut my hair more fashionably by myself without a mirror, had to have it fixed the day after (at another place) after asking her twice to fix it. If you’re a guy you can do better... anywhere... and for less. Very disappointed.

Ive always favored Ulta. Their rewards perks are valuable and such a wonderful incentive alongside the discount you receive annually off excluded items like fragrance and exempt beauty brands. Wished they would carry the Aveda Invati line. Then this would be the perfect store for my beauty and salon goods.Ive learned to shop the very first day an ad kicks in to be assured I get my color or style products. They sell quickly and will not likely be restocked through the sale. The service is hit or miss but its always been pleasant for me. Overall, this is a nice store, clean and organized.

Worst facial ever! I booked a microdermabrasion and she said - theres the machine but I dont really know how to run it yet. She claimed she had some other options for a deep exfoliation. She mixed stuff right by my ears and sloshed stuff around on her hands over my face, like she was warming it up. It splattered on my face before she started applying. I left a greasy mess. I later found that what I paid was for microdermabrasion but never got it.

I called into the Burnsville store because I have always received phenominal service, and once again that was the case! Katie answered the phone and helped me with my skincare need. I was unable to stop into an Ulta and am heading out of town. Basically, I purchased two products at the same time and now am breaking out majorly! Katie helped me figure out which product was most likely the culprit and she also let me know I can return the product if its within 60 days of purchase. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Katie!

Okay service. The 3 times I have gone the staff seems like the customers are an inconvenience instead of it being a customer service based store. I really like the Eagan store over this one, and they have more on-hand of sale products.

I was treated VERY rude by a very tall blonde sales lady when I asked for help.I just wanted to SIMPLY find a lip liner in the NYX brand to match a lipstick that I have.Every question I asked her was met with a very snotty,rude,crabby attitude.She just stood there & basically ignored the question I was asking,offering me NO help still or at least any suggestions & acting like she didnt want to help me & wanted to leave.I CLEARLY said at the beginning that I wanted to find a lip pencil to match a Lancome lipstick that I have at HOME.She said we DONT sell Lancome here with a very nasty attitude.So CLEARLY she didnt listen to me from the START!!! I TOTALLY agree with the other latest reviewer,They dont seem like they want to help the customers,so I will go to the other nearby Ulta to get what I need.

To the Asian transgender man /women , you helped me on 2/2/19 at 1pm I returned a Nars conclear , you were super rude and I let you know I wasn’t happy with my color match and you disregarded my complaint , also I paid cash and debit , I wanted all cash back for the 32 dollars not just 20 , you guys CAN give cash back on debit you’ve done it before , stop being a snotty little diva wanna be and get over yourself , find a new job !
