My 1st time with Paul for a cut. I hadnt had my haircut for 42 weeks so he had his hands full (literally) He did an awesome job giving me short hair again. My wife loved it as well. Ill definitely go back to Paul.

The guy working completely did not listen to what I wanted done to my hair. Then I found it rude that he would cut into other peoples conversation that was cutting other peoples hair. Not a professional atmosphere and once again he did not listen to a word of how I wanted my haircut.

We got my son hair cut who has alot of mental health issues and suffers from bad anxiety. His hair stylist was Paul who was deaf however hes really good and was able to understand exactly what he wanted! And was fast!

I havent been to a Great Clips in several years since my wife has been able to cut my hair at home. I was pleasantly surprised. They got me in right away. The technician was courteous and friendly and took the time to ask questions to find out exactly what I was looking for in a haircut. She stopped part way a few times to ask if everything was turning out the way I expected. Just very professional all around. My wife also went here a week ago and she also had a great experience. They saved my information for next time so whomever is cutting my hair can look at the notes and know exactly what Im looking for. For the price I feel it was well worth it. My wife struggles with technical fades so I may just have to come back again.

I went in for a haircut with a photo of what I wanted to get done. The stylist kept asking her co-worker how to cut my hair.obviously if she shouldnt have been cutting my hair if she didnt know how to do her job. I think she was inexperienced. One of my side is shorter than the other I had to have a friend help me fix it and she cut way more shorter than the picture or what I wanted. I do not recommend this salon

Came in for a haircut and was so, so happy with the results! My hair is super thick and most times people can’t do layers correctly, so when my stylist asked if I wanted them I was super skeptical about it, but I am so happy I let her do them! I don’t think anyone has done the job she did and I will definitely be coming back to get my hair done here. I am so sorry I forgot her name, but she was the assistant manager there and there is for sure a reason why, as her experience level is beyond incredible!

Really great customer service in this location!! Liked the way how my hair was cut and super friendly! Do recommend coming early after it opens so you dont have to come during busy days. Overall really great to get your hair done here.

Was just in for wash & style. Paul did such a amazing job. also proud of great clips for hiring of a deaf worker who goes above & beyond.

I signed in on the app. Went in to the store and there were no other customers present and waiting. The stylists were hanging around laughing and doing nothing. I was told it would be half an hour. I left, cancelled online and went elsewhere. I guess they just dont need money.All of this after the same girl did a terrible job on my cut right before everything shut down. I thought I would give it another try. Fool me once....

Paul just gave me arguably the best haircut I’ve ever received. And I have been to many high price salons. It was very apparent you took great pride in his craft and cared about how I looked when I left.

The hairdresser did a great job making sure about the length at every step and I was helped with no line.

They are efficient and do a great job!

I was a little weary to get my haircut here to be honest. The times I have had my haircut at other great clips you can tell they are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. I totally understand that. But at this location I always get a really good stylist. My haircut today was no different. It looks great. You just have to be specific to what you want and they will take their time. The times I have had bad haircuts I can recall not being specific enough. I will go here from now on. Thank you for making me silky smooth!

The haircut is ok, however, when calling to put your name on the list you’re directed to the online scheduling system. Normally online scheduling is easy and quick but when you’re driving it’s a whole new challenge. So when I asked whomever it was that answered the phone if she can just put me on the list because I was driving, she said, “No, we don’t do that”. You’d think a simple act of customer service would be perfectly acceptable when someone is driving a car and legally cannot access the Internet. Do better, Great Clips.

Everytime I go there, hair cut is horrible. A basic fade is impossible for anyone to do at this place. I do love the app to check in on line and I go there when I need a quick hair cut and they offer military discount. But usually regret the cut after.

Welll , they cut my son forehead and cut his hair like a chicken . He complained of pain and I thought he was being dramatic so I kept him busy upon leaving I noticed a red mark mark on his forehead the lady was a little heavy handed for her to deal with a toddler not even 2 years old . And to be honest she was inexperienced with curly hair type . For her effort I tipped her 5.00 but would not have if I knew early on that she cut my son .
