Longest wait ever and you better hope you dont need anything more than a band aid. They cant really treat anything. Go to you dr. Even if you have to wait for an appointment.

I had to take my mother to Quick Care on Thursday late afternoon. The wait was short and the Nurse and Dr. Peggy Hirte were amazing & efficient. Antibiotics were called in and she told us of side affects that could be a serious reaction and to contact the clinic right away so new meds could be presscribed. So its Saturday around 12:30 and noone has returned my call. I drive out therr and of course she was at lunch no problem. I leave a hand written note to the on call doctor telling her of the importance of new antibiotics. Its 5:20, office is closed & noone returned my call. I am mad & upset. Very VERY UNHAPPY🤬

Have to get tested for covid, even when there are no symptoms. They push you off to a completely different drs at the hospital. Lazy medicine. Not everything is covid.

This place is an absolute joke. I was instructed to go their based off my doctor not having any available openings. I arrive at Quick Care to be told that the Doctor will be going to lunch soon and that I need to come back in 40 minutes. So I leave and come back in 40 minutes to be told the doctor will still be out for 30 minutes. So i start to fill out the paper work and bring it to the front and I was asked to show an insurance card so I pulled up my digital insurance card to be told they need a physical copy of my card. The Nurse there was a complete dunce and I wanted to punch her because of how rude she was. Quick Care will never see me again. I am paperless with my insurance company so Digital is how they send my ID Card from an insurance provider you accept. I love Dr. Thurman and I wish he had an available appointment to see me.

I visited Great River QuickCare today. PA Allison Walsh was great--very professional and knowledgeable, and nice, as well! The office person was very courteous and helpful (I called back later in the morning with a couple of questions for the dr. and she got back to me with answers in a timely manner). I am very thankful we have this clinic in Burlington!

Took my daughter there this afternoon after she ripped her toe nail at school, Dr Frank did all he could for her with the limited supplies there and tried hard to get her into her GP to have it removed, unfortunately by no fault of quickcare her GP isn’t able to see her until tomorrow morning. The staff was completely professional and did all they could. Dr Frank even wrapped it up for her!! Thanks so much!

This place is beyond worthless. Went in today with cold sweats, vomiting, & diarrhea. I was told by them that they didn’t handle that sort of thing... worthless just worthless. That girl behind the counter pushed me out the door because she wanted to go home for the day. Very RUDE.

I went in with a sore throat, ears hurting, and nauseous. The provider told me it was only allergies and that she couldnt give me anything for it. I have never had allergies before in my life! Im 36 years old. This place is a total waste of time and money. Only good thing I can say is they are speedy there, but whats speedy about not helping people feel better?

The staff was very friendly and tried their best to be timely even though the office was very chaotic. I had a severe sore throat and swollen tonsils. The doctor would not do a strep test and assured me it was seasonal allergies(even though I have never had seasonal allergies). When I got back to the town where I live I was able to see my regular doctor. Sure enough I had strep.

Not even 1 star. The minute she heard we worked at the plant (after she specifically asked), she said they dont treat bones. Um, it was a tendon problem and the point is, they didnt even TRY to diagnose.Prayed they were having a bad day so I tried again for a severe cough and they were great. Doc was nice and service was fast.

Ive been there numerous times; usually sinus and cold related. They have always given me the right advice or prescriptions to help me get to feeling better, and if I didnt warrant a prescription, they were usually correct in their over the counter remedies for me.

Do NOT come here!!! There is a female doctor here names Allison I believe who must have some vendetta against men. She refused to give me antibiotics when i came in. I ended up with severe infections in both ears. She looked in my ears and even made a comment about them having fluid in them, but became abrasive when i asked for antibiotics. Said I had not been sick long enough. The second doctor I seen even said she should have prescribed antibiotics.

Worst experience ever, had a SEVERE toothache I have and Appointment on March 5th at the dentist for a very bad cavity that could possibly be infected, its unbearable, I cant eat or sleep, swallow, spit, and it hurts to talk! And I wanted medically prescribed pain killers that would really help my toothache, so I called my doctor and they told me to go to Great River QuickCare, so I called quick care and I explained what was going on and that I needed pain killers for my toothache and they told me to come on in and so I did. Drove 20 miles to Burlington to go to quick care to sit there for 1 hour and find out that THEY DONT PRESCRIBE PAIN KILLERS and to top that off the nurse was rude and just told me to leave and go to the ER. So I left furious and went to the ER, I was in and out of the ER within 10 minutes. They lied and wasted my time.
